This rune benefits mostly tanks and can't be abused on every single champion like Electrocute or Aery. Can you calm down? This is like plants all over again. Also we don't know the cooldown on procing it, i doubt you can just spam it. On a non-tank champion it will deal about 100 damage mid-game. Compare that to Electrocute that deals 30 - 180 and scales with 40% BONUS AD and 25% AP, meaning on Kayn (my current main), i can deal ~300 damage with Electrocute assuming i have ~200 AD.

It can be abused by every single champion because 1. shield can come from allies 2. shield can come from items {{item:3155}} {{item:3156}} {{item:3040}} {{item:3072}} {{item:3190}} 3. shield can come from other masteries (aery, nullifying orb, overheal) Remember.... it can be used WITH electrocute. Or literally any keystone for that matter

: League isn't for everyone. Just because League of Legends isn't at your entertainment's standards, doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it. There are bad games and there are good games. Every game has its flaws, but your experience doesn't speak for everyone or speaks for the game as of whole. Don't question it. Just don't play. Really that simple. No one is forcing you to play. Even if someone is forcing you, you have free will. Do what you want. Play video games that are fun. If it isn't fun, then don't play. Don't come rant and say "Oh I had a bad experience and had familiar experiences to this, this game is simply bad". It's a video game. It's either fun or it isn't. It's either for you or it isn't.
Are you entertained when people tell you to kill yourself? Are you having fun when people take your role in a lobby, forcing you to either dodge the game or lose? I don't think it's unreasonable to complain about these things because they are PREVENTABLE with a better system. You cannot explicitly report for role stealing. Unless they say exactly "kill yourself" or "kys" they probably won't get banned. He said to end my own life, which could dodge their automatic detection code. And you know what, you're right. I will delete my account. I have tried to uninstall and quit several times but just can't. For the record, I really do have fun playing league. But so so so many people take away from that and riot does NOTHING. That is the point of this. Not that I quit for no reason and these problems don't exist. Urgot and aatrox are also super high but not quite as high. Clearly people DO NOT like playing against them. That alone is a problem, when virtually every single game had some bullshit champion people hate, it's not nearly as fun

Normals is a joke for matchmaking. You should never have the bottom 20% of the ladder matched with the top 20%. It also makes it the worst time ever trying to learn new champions. You might be against someone ranked way higher than you on their main, and you have little mastery on your champ

: My main point here would be that your team has no armor pen whatsoever and he benefited off of it fairly well. Not only that, but he's built full armor + cd which gives him enough pressure to out duel udyr, jax, or jhin. His only issue was Diana and when she overextended into a control mage, she insta died. It was fairly wp on his part for the build path he took and countered your late game accordingly.

I'm in electronics, so everything is already basically SI units. Volts, coulombs, henry's, ect. So it seems very natural to have an electric field be V/m, since volt is already SI. Just keep it all SI since they play well together without coefficients. It's funny though working in canada, virtually all lengths of industrial stuff is still in imperial. The mechanical engineer I work with designs everything in imperial because some parts often come from the USA

If i had a counter? If i had lag? If i had bugsplat? If we had afk? If i had to go afk because of some serious reasons? If there was a bug? If i had a troll? I could say tons of games where i was really good, i won my lane and right after a few kills i run to help the others. But in most cases ONE guy is enough to ruin everything and ONE guy is rarely enough to save the game. Show me statistics about how many % of bad games were saved by one guy. I highly doubt that the the amount of that would be higher than 10%. And don't show anyone "high elo" stats. They are the lowest % of the whole community, so it doesn't prove anything. Also what if my champ if very good for combos with the team but they don't want to cooperate? What if i had to build tank on a "not really tank" champ because others fed my enemy, or just we simply didn't have tank? That's why i think that a champions winrate is irrelevant. There is no "your champ's winrate". You have a team and this means that you will lose even if you are the best and you will win even when you are the worst.

The things which you list are random variances which do effect your win rate for sure. However they effect everyone else too. With enough games, they cancel out. With few games, maybe you actually did just get screwed by chance. This is why with more sample we get more confidant. The odds of getting screwed at random more than other people get lower.

She failed on the upper confidence interval with p = 0.5. You are correct that np >= 5 is not as good as confidence intervals, it's just a rule of thumb. But still it's a decent rule of thumb. If you had zero successes after 10 trials, you clearly have no idea whether the probability of the event is 0.01 or 0.001 or 0.000000001. Where as if you had 5 successes, the true probability is likely to be relatively close to that

I think instead of nerfing sion they should buff the minion-less damage reduction. Currently 66.6% less damage when no enemy minions nearby, buff it to 80% Sion should be able to nuke a turret if he is there with minions just like anyone else does, but not when he ults in without them

Zed and Ezreal don’t have the ability to dive you still after using all their tools. I think it's one thing if the enemies are low under tower and outnumbered, then get killed before the turret can shoot more than maybe 4 times. But this took way too long with the turret shooting continuously. i feel like they werent low enough and played well enough to live that long and the turret should have helped kill something

They are thinking about increasing the base MR/mr growth for champions. Duskblade and Stormrazor burst is getting reduced. How about you read the patch notes before complaining on the boards?

Who gives a fuck about 38 damage man. Assassins are often overkilling by so much that this nerf is completely irrelevant. This of how many duskblade deaths out of 10 000 would now result in someone living with the <38 damage nerf

: Normals are too competitive
I have thought this since I started playing. They need a "low mastery" / "new to the champion" matchmaker. Your matchmaking pool is limited to champions with less than some mastery score or number of game on, but ALSO matches you based on your MMR in ranked. Everyone's on something new to them, everyone's (in theory) at a similar level of skill
