As far as the art goes; the new one is an upgrade. Its clear that the painters who did the recent one have more skill and knowledge then the old one. The leafs in the old one look like feathers(which is not intentional so don't try to argue that there suppose to look like that). the pose is mediocre and plain. and there is no separation between her and the background. Also, the render in the new one is cleaner the anatomy is clearer, and more accurate. The old one uses amateur shading with terrible textures which don't match the object present. And finally the color coordination is a mess. Now the new one isn't perfect but it's definitely better , technically. Of course art is subjective but skill is not. you may like the other one but the skill is sub par in terms of riot splash arts now.

IDK if you've seen the video I posted with this, but essentially in theory priority goes to the ultimate's/ most impactful abilities and newest will be louder while in teamfights if footsteps were added would be unnoticeable. However the final decision is down riots sound team whom I trust very much. Where I see the biggest value is for smaller scale teamfights such as bottom lane ganks or really ganks in general as well as 1v1's and chases. if you hear nidalee pounce clearly you can better predict lets say a thresh hook and the same would go with decision making in the less cluttered teamfights for more inexperienced/ unaccustomed players. Because you might say ultimate>normal spells, but that's not true a lot of other spells can be more impactful and its a super complex situation because there are 130+ champs with 4+ spells. meaning in any given game, there will be an uncountable potential combination of spells. I voted yes, I'm just pointing out the difficulty.

: Usually because the traditionally strong picks are seen as "healthier" to have strong by Riot than the newly strong ones. If Fiddle or Heimer become meta, everybody wants to fucking die because laning against either of them is absolute torture. Yet if Ahri is OP, less people care because it's just less shitty to be against her. If you can fight them and win even when they're OP, that's usually more preferable than someone who you can't. And someone's *always* going to be OP, so it's better to have a fair OP champion than an unfair one.

seem's like a pretty good Idea, but I think with league getting so messy in team fights, I think it would be really hard to create a priority hierarchy. Like image trying to decide whether an adc's AAs are more important than lee seen sending in his q or Oriana ulting, or what if we have multiple ults going off anything can be game-changing but how do you decide which noise gets priority. Is it better to just hear a mess? idk just some thoughts I had. P.S I do think sound IS CRUCIAL to make a game feel fun and immersive so if a dynamic mix would allow for that improve I'm down lol.

It's quite literally just drawing a few lines and editing them to make an outline, then you color, easy blending, because it's all computer based clean blending and then you shade which is also hella easy. I DO this all the time. This is just proof...
you better have some master level digital art to be talking all this shit, you know how disrespectful you're being to all digital artist right now? saying it's easy, no medium is "hard" and I've used oil, watercolor, digital, pencil and charcoal, the subject and fundamentals of art are what make things difficult and if you honestly think otherwise then you don't understand, and it's that simple. Most traditional artists draw some simple ass ugly sketch and expect to beat out more skilled artist who happened to use digital as their medium, I know some people who could destroy these entries in traditional the truth is most peoples traditional art isn't as good as they think it is, Traditional has an IRL charm that can be easily beat by skilled digital artist.

: The new Karma bio
I don't know if this was just me but the new Karma reminded me a lot of the Avatar from the Avatar the Last Airbender. Aang is a monk who wants nothing but peace and is distraught with being the new reincarnation of the avatar whilst maintaining his own peaceful identity. Not to mention he has glowing tattoos lol. Just me? anyways, I'm not trying to attack the new lore or say it's copying just reminded me of that. That thought aside, I had some positive reactions to the new lore. I really liked that it maintained her nature, that is she is constantly struggling between peace and action. "if you desire peace, you must prepare for war." her voice lines are some of my favorite and I just love her attitude. When it comes to her new identity as Darha I'm not mad, seems like a lot of people think they're losing Karma but She's the same girl just a different name who is now_ the_ Karma. it is cool, it matches her character in-game and explains why she becomes sort of possessed when she uses her R, it's like she's channeling all the new power and you can hear the voices inside her echo. I read a comment that argued against the new lore because she is no longer Karma she's Darha, I don't see it that way she's both Her identity as Karma isn't erased by her past as Darha she is Karma. Anyway, from what I've read about Karma's past I love Darha I too would question my identity as the Karma, who could refuse to use the power to defend their country and people, I think she's relatable and realistic given her circumstances. On a side note It's obvious to me that her character is heavily inspired by Buddhism and she is like the Buddha, hence "the enlightened one," and Karma being a very important belief in Buddhism, makes perfect sense. I didn't read much of the short stories but I did read her lore update and i'm fairly happy with it.

it really isn't. As I said anatomy is a science, and her hip placement is not right. I didn't give her an ass I raised her hips to where they naturally would be for anyone I also added size to her entire left leg because the perspective chosen dictates which features are bigger due to their distance from the camera. You can't even see her ass.... that's her leg.

It isn't a matter of proportions its a matter of bad anatomy and perspective. Most of the females in LoL already have long necks, it's part of the exaggerated beauty, you may see it as normal because it is so common, but in this piece, it is beyond possible. Her neck has a second bend???? and the human skeleton has never supported such lengths. As for the torso, long torsos are a normal thing. She doesn't just have a long torso her hips sit too far from the end of the rib cage, no matter who you are, your hips start almost immediately after your ribcage ends she has this super unnatural length to her abdomen sitting between her ribcage which ends early and her hips which start late. Anatomy isn't something that can be random it's literally a science.

: High Disciple Syndra looks like she was disciplined by Ionian teachings and was given a 'Mantle of Decorum' which is given to highly revered Ionians. This is very nice cause even though Justicar was technically made with a similar take like that of Arclight Varus (and how you mentioned opposite timeline), it does feel as though Justicar Syndra is part of a higher order than she normally would be able to obtain. Seems like she is part of some celestial tribunal with Kayle. If anything I always saw Justicar theme as masked heroes of Justice. Compared to Arclight you can see that Syndra and Aatrox both have masks. My guess is because they don't judge by looks, but rather by action. Edit: If anything Justicar would remind me of elemental heroes from Yu-gi-oh.

As an Irelia player I disagree, her model is god awful and her kit is so underwhelming(thematically). her Kit has good synergy but in the overall game it is really inconsistent and it's hard to find your place in games. I'd say she's an equally viable candidate for a VGU. Just because you don't play her(I'm assuming I might be wrong) doesn't mean she's not in need of one. Nunu, Morde and Voli do also need it though. I feel like Visually Morde needs it the most lmao but I feel like they've put it off because his kit is kinda interesting and can work in its current state.

: MISS FORTUNE BEST GIRL I like it, it's pretty good, what splash art did you base it on? Captain Fortune? It's the one where her lips and her ginger profile pop more, just like in yours. She has a longer, thinner face and a more prominent jawline in other splash arts, yours is fuller and more pulpy.
I looked at a lot. I looked at her classic, pool party, the captain and her model. Still i would say she's attuned more to my style

so I went through my phones settings and I don't know if its because it is old but I couldn't find anything to help the hue be warmer. However It must be my phone because i recently got a new one and the painting looks warmer on it.

By default, such things are usually turned right up to 11 to give as much brightness as possible (also, drains your battery in 0 minutes flat), and so to not get complaints from anyone going "I can't see what's on my screen (while in the sun)! [QQQ]". If you change the setting to "Warm" (more yellow is better for your eyes in dark environments), it should come off as purple.
