: Perhaps it pulls them in automatically if their HP drops below a certain threshhold, or if they would die from another source otherwise? I don't think I've ever seen someone die from anything other than urgot ult after being ulted, so maybe if their HP drops below like 10% or if they would otherwise die, they get pulled in automatically. Otherwise, if they died without being pulled in you wouldn't get the fear at all. I don't play Urgot though so I could be totally wrong, just brainstorming. Edit: Yeah, I was wrong. Idk what the cause is.
I'm pretty sure you can still kill somebody marked by Urgot's ult before he begins to pull them in. Automatic pulling is supposed to happen at the end of the ultimate timer if the person is below said health thresholds, but what's being said above is something like it just popping whenever it wants to

: This actually matters more than you silver players can admit. In case you didn't know but most people take W level 1 because it has high base damage and costs nothing, allows him to farm from range if he is ever in a bad spot and harass the enemy for basically free. This will mean he can still do it, but he iwll be punished through mana costs severely if he keeps doing it.
Pretty much it just slows down Lucian early game and makes him have to choose a bit more. Does her use his Q for greater damage, or does he use his W for a bit of poke that might not be worth the mana cost? Overall, Lucian is on the strong side and this probably isn't enough, but gating him behind his mana costs further early on isn't a bad idea. One must also remember that crit items are being changed next patch so stay tuned...

I literally just got flamed for a playing a normal summoner's rift game and not doing exactly as my team wanted me to do. I bought IE instead of stormrazor, got camped, wasn't in range to instantly fight (Their comp was pretty easy to engage on me if I didn't stand back a bit with Lee + Lulu + Vel + Varus), and didn't do everything perfectly. Then I got called a boosted ARAM player. Damn. I guess I'm not allowed to have an off day, or play whatever I want, and that I gotta be in perfect practice at the diamond level for a normal game?

: Unless the cooldown is less than 2 seconds, I don't think there is one. Looked it up, and indeed there is no such cooldown, you are talking out of your ass. All there is is a breif period of stasis/untargetablity applied to Kled when he gets dismounted that lasts about half a second, and prevents him from taking any damage during this time, or restoring his courage (the bar that must fill to remount) until the stasis ends. So, if you want to call an untargetability/stasis effect where you can't even touch Kled a "CD b4 he can remount" I suppose? I think you're just bullshiting though, especially with what comes after. Waiting through a total of 1.5 seconds of stasis between 3 remounts is hardly "a pretty drawn out fight."
Doozku was referring to how Kled can get a remount once, but then if he's knocked off his mount immediately after he won't build up courage (for like 30 seconds or so?). This means that the fight must have lasted quite a while for Kled to have been able to remount three times

I think the main reason that they're gaining some health but losing some armor is because they plan to make ADCs about equal if jumped on top of (generally by AD assassins in this case), but worse at staying alive in the long run. This is because their health regen has also been lowered (also targeting fleet regen?). Additionally, the base armor reduction hurts ADs that try to jungle like Twitch because they won't be as able to tank the jungle creeps. ADs should be slightly better against AP mages though

Fun fact: Vayne's stealth lasts a maximum of 1 second This means that in order to proc duskblade she has to wait until her stealth is up and cannot auto earlier. My honest to god first thing to say in regards to tips would be to play the champion for maybe 10 games in a row if possible. You'll figure out a few of his major downfalls there (Relatively weak early compared to bruisers and can be set behind; tends to play up a bit more or push; cocky/baitable)

On the other hand, Vayne who is a splitter with one of the weakest early games out of all ADCs can't really scale safely and needs quite alot of farm time in order to do so which won't be offered right now. In addition, similar to Tristana, Vayne has no poke (Trist has better burst) but is also less safe and has lower range.

To be honest, I would say the only thing that Rengar should **NOT** have to hit to get a stack would be his bola. That thing is really hit or miss and it could seriously cause more problems than it'd be worth changing for. The rest is pretty much either you're fighting and on top of your opponent, or with the case of his Q, spammable so there's far less risk to missing it. This would bring down his skill ceiling decently and could allow him to see a change that might make him better for the average person and worse for the god.

There's one thing I absolutely hate about people Vayne complaints and it's that they never bring up how weak she is early on, nor how she literally sacrifices any ability to do anything other than all-in, nor that she has no poke, and that a single point and click CC can literally shut her down hard (or force her into an early QSS, which will take a dip at her damage) The higher in rank you are, the less of a problem Vayne feels. I don't know, I've never felt like Vayne was a problem, nor do I really feel like there are too many over the top broken champs. Annoying champs, yes, but not brokenly overpowered.

Those nerfs were targetted at a specific part that made him stronger than he should be. Now I'm going to get downvotes for this, but he really isn't that overbroken right now. His laning phase was the main problem, and if he can't just snowball out of control, he will still take a while to ramp up like his old self (which wasn't seen as broken). His old self could pop out without the ability to be seen and literally walk past a team if they didn't have vision and immediately blow up the backline; now Twitch has to take a more strategic approach which led to an increased stealth time (unseen consequence-> better ganking). The better your ward coverage and vision, the more counterplay there is against this new version of Twitch (does help to put your main damage in the middle rather than on the outskirts as you would usually do). As a result, Twitch is very similar to his old self, but people just didn't play against him enough to get used to him and as such he seems more broken than he actually is.

It's rare but think of it this way: you're playing Draven; you have your spinning axes ready and in use; you auto attack something; the axe doesn't register additional damage nor does it bounce and come back (If you had 2 spinning axes, that next one you throw will also dissappear into nothing, and will continue until you lose all of your spinning axes)

D3 (last season) Draven main and I know alot of these pains more than most people who play Draven casually. I almost always go what the fuck when I watch my axes dissappear after each consecutive autoattack because I usually notice it as the first axe doesn't come back. Q axes going in the complete opposite direction isn't something I've ever problem with (the initial movement command just post-throw decides). Last points in terms of damage values, it's just that Draven can get shut down in the first few levels very well because he doesn't really have good burst, and most ADCs who play smart won't allow you to come close to duel early. He does, however, have scary natural scaling into level 9 so long as he's not far behind (Ahead is all the scarier) (330 bonus movement actually)* But please, don't continue to play like a zombie on Draven D:

You'd be just a bit shocked to realize that I've done this on my high platinum smurf as Draven (top) alot and have done just fine (won more than I've lost by far, even if the jungler comes to me). The jungler either camps me and takes pressure off of the map for a while (I usually either get a kill on one of the people or get a double), or (if I get pushed onto) I will win most poke attemps and all-ins until about 6 if I haven't gotten a kill. At that point, threats like Darius and Xin start to become a problem again (until ~level 9 where he regains the advantage). Then again, Draven is a major exception to most ADCs in terms of early game power if he can just keep autoing.
: Skill shots not landing on Jhin
Jhin has this fun bug too where his W skillshot has to be aimed in such a way that it misses the target in order to hit the target sometimes. Also, sometimes if you hit your target with the W visually, you don't hit them at all :D Ain't that fun? So I think it's just a thing about skillshots fizzling when they hit on your screen, but because of local lag, it doesn't actually hit.

So..... I'm not really seeing much of a problem here. Graves with ignite is a personal thing that this person appears to either like or want to test out further (it's the preseason so nothing truly counts to the same extent as the normal season). A tip, always blur out the names with an editing software otherwise a mod might yell at you for it.

The fact is that the extra damage from the Duskblade is *maybe* a 10% damage increase on her burst. She can already do absurd amounts of tumble damage on the live servers right now. Hell the Static Shiv proc dealt more damage than the Duskblade.

Now it's back to 70% The only difference in the crit other than the damage aspect, is that it no longer rolls independently of the auto attack and as such if the AA crits now, the tumble will also crit.

Zyra's plants literally become a liability to her and her ADC by adding a spot for the double up poke to work from a distance.
