I don't disagree with you, but Elise's spider lings don't have cc resistance. They take less damage from multi-hit abilities, IE Sivir's ricochet.

: To the latter, nope. Annie's ult with rylai's is the AoE 40% slow for 1 second on the initial hit and DoT/summoned 20% slow on Tibbers himself. Minions don't get forced into a stronger category just cuz the spell that summons them has a different slow. Furthermore, Zyra isn't just getting the 40% 1 second slow that AoE gets, her plants appear to be getting the 40% for 1.5 seconds, the 'single-target' slow, which is not what ANY of her initial spells can cause.
With the case of Tibbers, he will only apply the 20% slow if he is attacking you directly. He has an aoe burn effect around him that applies the 40%.

Pet's are summoned units that can attack on their own regardless of the summoners actions. Azir's soldiers do not have a multi-hit attack. Multi-hit means it deals damage directly to multiple units like Ruunan's Hurricane, or Sivir's Ricochet.

I don't understand why you would want to force the enemy team to play a 4v5 for 20 minutes just because you got first blood. If they are certain that the afk won't reconnect, then they have no reason to play if the game will be voided anyways.

If you are killed, then you disconnect your team cannot do a remake vote. If someone is disconnected from the start, and someone else is killed, then you can do the remake vote.

I don't think you understand what it means by an afk. It's not just if someone connects and doesn't do anything. It's if someone fails to connect. Besides, would you really expect the team with the disconnect to stand at the fountain waiting for the 3 minute mark just to have the afk reconnect at the last second and void the remake option?

No one gets free LP from using /remake. The game does not count as a win or a loss, with the exception being the afk/s. The team with no dc'd players cannot vote in a remake as it would be unfair to the team who is short should the vote not pass due to the full team voting no.

Three minutes is plenty of time to reconnect. In 3 minutes, your lane opponent could have around 18 cs, and level 2-3. Even if you do connect before the 3 minute mark, they will still have a clear advantage in lane.

Exactly, even if you run away from her ult, she will still have done alot of damage to you, and unless you are a tank, you won't be able to go back into a fight for a while unless you recall. By the time you get back her ult will be close to being off cooldown, depending on where the teams are at, and she will be able to do it all over again.

: 6701 Max health with 5 Warmog and Spirit Visage excluding everything else. Tentacles heal for 5% missing health whenever they hit a champion. Multiple champion hits per tentacle dont increase this. But multiple tentacles do. Basically, 1 tentacle hitting 2 champions will heal for 5% missing health. 2 Tentacles hitting 1 champion will heal for 5% missing health twice. And 2 Tentacles hitting 2 champions will heal for 5% missing health twice. Spirit Visage makes her healing from 5% to 6.25% missing health. So if she has 5 tentacles hitting 2 people, thats 6.25% missing health triggering 5 times (31.25% missing health). So if she has 6 tentacles hitting 5 people, thats 6.25% missing health triggering 5 times (37.50% missing health). The issue is that you think it stacks per champion per tentacle. but really it only stacks per tentacle. And Grevious Wounds is really easy to get (annoyingly {{item:3165}} {{item:3123}} {{item:3033}} {{summoner:14}}) and that cuts it down to 3.75% missing health (22.5% in a 6 tentacle 5 person ult) and it makes a stupidly huge difference.

: On some real Riot you need to do something about this, you limit what i can report someone for and have such a strict limitation on even those it's sad, how am i supposed to report someone who wasn't afk but spent almost no time in lane(was our mid laner as zilean) went 0/6/3, and couldn't even get farsight to be a useful roaming ward, this guy contributed nothing to the team and twice just ran down bot and mid to give free kills for us not accepting his surrender vote? That's clearly some form of offense but seeing as how he was only 0/6 with 3 assists you'll say" oh that's not feeding", gave the enemy diana a free lane and the ability to roam where she pleased(her and their GP pushed top lane out i was our top laner and guess what no zilean in mid or top) but he wasn't afk, so what are we supposed to do give a bullshit report hoping you'll look at it and punish him for giving the enemy team a free win? This is crazy and frankly it's stuff like this that's gonna kill league cause as it stands i'd rather play GW2, Dota2, Smite, and Overwatch. At least in those the bullshit is acceptable by the companies themselves.
When you report someone, you can add a description to the report. You could just say what they did in there.

I played League for about a year, then I stopped, then I started playing again a year after that. Before I stopped, I played alot of {{champion:63}} . He was my goto midlane mage. He has a burn that reapplies {{item:3116}} slow effect which also increases the damage of {{item:3151}}. Also with the new Deathfire Touch, you will kill people without really trying. **What aspect is most core or sacred to their identity?** I feel as if his passive, and the effects it has with his abilities, i.e. the stun with his Q, and his ultimate are the first things I think of when I think of Brand. In teamfights you can usually RWE then Q the champion with the highest damage output, or the squishiest. I feel like his basic abilities could be completely reworked, and as long as he keeps some sort of combo with his passive, I feel like he will still feel like Brand. His ultimate could be tweaked a bit too, kindof like {{champion:98}}, and as long as they keep it as the giant fireball of doom that it curently is, I think that he will still feel like Brand. **What issue bothers you the most when playing them?** Just like what Condomlancer said, > Only his immobility, but he needs to be countered somehow. His ult being canceled by Zhonya's or anything that makes you untargetable. Yet again it needs to be countered somehow. His mobility is something that is lacking, but then again so do most mages. But also, if you look at some of the champions, {{champion:67}}, they are already heavy counters to tanks.
