: You really should rephrase the question. If he intentionally let his friend play on his account: Definitely not - first, that in itself is also against the rules. Second, you're responsible for everything done on your account (i.e. even if you get hacked and the person gets you banned, you're still technically responsible. Riot may be understanding, but just saying). If he didn't intentionally let his friend play (e.g. he left himself logged in, the friend started a game when he wasn't around) then there's still the second point that he's responsible for what happened on his account. That said, Riot may be more understanding in this case (i.e. apply the hacker-scenario understanding) and might be willing to reduce the punishment with a reasonable discussion (including a lesson on making sure no one else plays on your account).
Holy shit ty where would he contact riot about this?

: ###Try these in order and not all at once. --- 1. Go into (C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS) and search for '.exe' 2. Find 'rads_user_kernal.exe' right-click and select 'Properties' 3. This will open a new window in that window go to 'Compatibility' 4. Make sure the box under 'Privilege Level' is checked as 'Run this as an Administrator'. If you still get stuck do the below: Go into this **(C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\system)** directory and delete **'rads_user_kernal.exe'** Extract **[this file](http://www.mediafire.com/download/uprr1a85gq6x5kh/rads_user_kernel.zip)** into it **(The file size is 1/2 a MB)**. --- ###If that doesn't work, try uninstalling **Pando Media Booster**. 1. Open the Start Menu. 2. Open the Control Panel. 3. Open "Add or Remove Programs." 4. Select "Pando Media Booster." 5. Select "Uninstall/Remove" and follow the uninstall procedures. --- ###Then try a Winsock Reset. 1. Press the Windows Key + R 2. Type cmd (Run Command Prompt **[as Admin](http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11841-run-administrator.html)**) 3. Press “Ok” 4. Type the following: netsh winsock reset 5. Hit Enter 6. Restart your computer 7. Re-launch League of Legends --- ###For some people download and patching with **[HotSpotShield](http://www.hotspotshield.com/)** has been effective. --- If issues persist please attach or [PasteBin](http://pastebin.com/) your most recent patcher log found here **(C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Logs\Patcher Logs)** along with **(C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS) a 'rads_user_kernal.log'** Good luck!
