Riot is sorta doing that on PBE. They are reducing the base damage and increasing the AP ratio so it is weaker early game and stronger or as strong late game.
: Deadman's doesn't need a lower cost, it needs a better statline. Sunfire still isn't cost efficient even at its lowered price, but at least it gets a huge benefit from being rushed in that it lets tanks CS more easily. Deadman's, however, is a mid-late game pickup for tanks and juggernauts for its mobility. A lower price won't have near as pronounced an effect since it will come along at a point where 150 gold is paltry. Instead, it deserves a stronger line of stats for its slot cost to make it more effective at its role as a later game item.

Ehhh guys. All I'm saying is that, if riot is to buff Sylas, they can improve his ultimate interactions instead of his actual stats. A good example is Vayne ultimate. It isn't completely useless.

: Her E is percentage damage though and later on (as in level 6), explodes with a rather large radius, dealing the full damage to everything in the explosion. You'd effectively be tripling the damage output of her E. That's way too much to ask. I'd much rather see an Annie-like mechanic that involves the E refunding some mana and cooldown when used to last hit a minion. Kayle should absolutely not be allowed to trade effectively in the early game. That would negate her entire identity of being super weak early and a late game monster.

: Just gotta make sure it's not a free 3 hit tap every time it's up with 0 chance of retaliation for pure melee (not the ones u mentioned necessarily but there are tons of other toplaners with abysmal ways to counter range). I think it's better to release her weak and gradually buff.

Tho for the record, I'm not a fan of forcing champs into one single role. I loved Taliyah jungle and that's the main reason why I started to play jungle, so I would like her to make a comeback.

How about Aatrox? Is he problematic? From my experience, he isn't that much more problematic than other junglers.
