: A fix for Yasuo?
yasuo has been allowed to exist because Riot has a fundamentally flawed perspective on player experience. They would rather reward individual players at the expense of every other players experience. They have said in the past that its better to have someone have a great experience on the champion they play, even if it means the other 5 players on the enemy team have a terrible experience. It's honestly one of the most fucking r%%%%%ed game philosophies I have ever heard. It's why champions like Zoe and Yasuo continue to exist and be fucking cancer in this game. It's why champions like Lucian can dumpster botlane for years and not receive any changes. They would rather have 1 yasuo player have a great experience, even if they other 5 enemies in the game have to have a terrible experience

Vladimir might be fair, but he's picked far more often in the mid lane. The highest pick rate AP top laners are Vladimir and Swain and only swain is picked more top than mid. Fiddlesticks has had a 65% winrate at one point this season despite being probably the worst champion in the game. Winrate is a terrible metric for judging a champion's power level. I would rather her kit reward syndra players for landing orbs or abilities on targets rather than merely casting them.

Cassiopeia is in a pretty good spot right now I don't think Miasma is a problem. You seem to indicate that miasma is the problem, but have a problem with the entire grounding mechanic. I think grounding is a fine mechanic, it's probably necessary in a game that has had such severe mobility creep since season 1, especially for completely immobile mage. Remember cassiopeia can't build boots and has no mobility of her own. Her movement thresholds are level 7 and level 12; removing the grounding effect from miasma would actually destroy her

there wasn't really good reason to remove it other than the fact that it was either terrible or really good. The only champion that really even utilized spell vamp was vladimir and thats because it was too weak to buy on anyone else. I thought WotA was in a fine, state, niche on certain champions not a great item but also sometimes worth buying, thats how it should exist, but I imagine Riot doesn't want to deal with the hassle of making sure spell vamp is balanced

the frustration comes from champions like Fiora that are allowed to exist as pure cancer for multiple patches and months. It felt rushed and unnecessary. The old shen had a very archaic kit and you could feel it, but I think there are other champions that should have been higher priority on the rework list like warwick. I agree they could have done better
