Well appreciated! Morde is basically an AP version of {{champion:122}} both are high powered lane bullies who rely upon snowballing and can get kited to death if not careful. Morde E is basically Darius E too. Is he overtuned? Hell ya, his passive hits way too hard, his W gives immense staying power and his R is rough to deal with since it removes whoever he hits, R needs to have some form of skill shot element or maybe a tether that has to last a second or two in order to trigger the banish effect.
: Don't get too excited about it. A Rioter stated that the rule "human champions with significant weapons" is still in place for Project. He said that there is a lore explanation why Warwick still made it in the line up. My guess is that lore-wise, he will be a fusion of Project and Program. A human Project, who had to use body parts of a wolf-like Program to repair himself. This gives him an unique place in the Project skin line. But the rule is still in effect, which means that Warwick will be the exception here.

arguably he's better at kiting than most ADCs because he doesn't need to pause to shoot as often in his stutter steps, and late game his crits will be frequent and give u speed so kite with. His weakness is that he's not as good a tank buster as most ADCs because of his slow AS and it also makes him less of a duelist against other ADCs in straight 1v1s since they don't have to risk a long pause due to reloads

Morde is strong because his damage is really high for a juggernaut and his R is basically a "FIGHT ME" button. His main weaknesses are he's easy to kite, and his huge model mean skill shots hit him like mad. I managed to outlast his R a few times on Morg with maxed Q. I rooted him, popped R to stun him then just juked him for the remaining time until I was let loose. I also managed to out duel one as Jhin too. He's "broken" because his kit is easy to pick up but trickier to fight against. The main reason he's being ridiculous is because of how tough R is to counter and how he functions as a lane bully similar to {{champion:122}} . He has free % magic pen, an aura that does % max HP damage, his R is inescapable unless u build {{item:3140}} or have some other cleanse (or a REALLY good Morgana since her Black Shield can be used to prevent the banish but only if its put on someone before they're banished). To "Fix" Mord I'd maybe change his passive so it has less base % Hp damage but slap on a scaling so he needs to build damage to deal damage, and maybe put in some form of early escape mechanism into his R or more counter play. Give R a bigger cage, give his R an effect similar to Illaoi E had, dealing damage to Mord knocks time off his R duration, add a minigame into it where u need to collect 4 randomly spawning "keys" that appear in the area and if u do the effect ends instantly, etc... Only other thing they could do is something that people have been asking for for a long time: Develop an AP {{item:3140}} item. {{item:3170}} would be a good fit or something else.

Neeko turns into champions by mimicking their Shoma which is to say their spirit and essence. Minions don't have Shoma because they're not self-aware like all the champions in League are. Self-awareness means you have a Shoma that Neeko can mimic basically, that's why she can become robotic champions like {{champion:53}} {{champion:61}} but can't become minions.

there's the wanting to avoid getting their champion banned by their team, some teammates will intentionally ban champions even if an ally highlights them because they don't enjoy playing with that champion, examples include stuff like junglers who run a farm heavy early game and don't gank (Master Yi, Shyvanna), champions that are very feast/famine like Kayle or Fizz, and champions that aren't in the best place in the meta even if the player is good enough to make it work. The other reason why people often don't pre-pick, or at least why I don't pre-select all the time is because I find my Ranked Queues very unstable, often someone will dodge on my team or the other team and I'll wind up in the same lobby with the same group but the teams have been shuffled, meaning I could be subject to a targeted ban if one of my allies from before the dodge is on the other team after the queue re-pops. Another reason is that a lot of players have a decent sized champion pool for their roles and waiting to finalize their choice based off which champion in their pool matches up well into the opponent's choice is nice to have.

Not sure what happened with the Draven R but the Thresh hook has a weird coding thing it shares with some other spells called Lollipop-ing. Basically the spell gets slightly wider as it travels and at the end of its flight path it does a circular check to see if any valid hitboxes are in its radius, this final radial check is often quiet large versus the actual spell's graphics which is why we get those weird snap on Thresh hooks. Some other ones include Blitz Q and Naut Q. I don't know if its something that will be fixed or not, I do know some Thresh mains know and use this to their advantage often, BunnyFuFuu has a video where he has a "trick" where he uses the lollipop effect and the hook's slight widening to let him catch people off guard by threading it past minions easier

I literally said make the CD 12 seconds, u could also balance it around having the CD only start when the buff expires. 12 scaling down to 8 with ranks, that's a 25% up time at rank 1 scaling to a 30% up time by lv9. I also said remove her E's AoE effect she normally gets at 6 and increase it to level 11. Kayle is so weak early on that she can be bullied by any other top laner and ALL mid laners. She cannot hope to trade or fight well against anyone until post-11. Her only saving grace is how she can use W to self sustain letting her take more punishment without needing to B.

Malz is his biggest mid lane weakness since only his basic attacks can be countered with wind wall, and Malz can use his R to lock down Yasuo to kill. The others are strong duelists with high durability and great early game pressure which can allow them to put Yasuo behind before he scales into the ridiculous late game monster of bullshit we all know and love to hate

I would like to see her E buffed so that the first AA is the execute shot like it is now, then for say 4 seconds afterwards she gets ranged AAs when under lv11, change it so the exploding E doesn't happen until level 11, increase CD to 12 seconds scaling down to 8 and you're good. Why? In this meta and in general its too tricky for her to CS early and get enough gold so she's in a good position post 11. Her main lanes were supposed to be mid and top, right now if she's against anyone with early game pressure ({{champion:105}} {{champion:114}} {{champion:122}} {{champion:39}} {{champion:7}} {{champion:80}} {{champion:238}} ) she's screwed, early I wouldn't even be surprised if a {{champion:75}} could beat her early. The idea of adding the ranged autos is just to help her a little especially in poke heavy match ups ({{champion:99}} {{champion:518}} {{champion:61}} {{champion:142}} {{champion:161}} ) so she can get CS lol. Maybe even make the AA range on the E 400 under level 11 if you're worried about her being able to get a slight advantage against melee opponents

The two side things around her legs are supposed to be hover turrets I think, but at the same time I agree it needs more glowing effects and stuff, I half expected when Kayle went to form 3 or 4 she would lose the tech components and become more like Inumuta from Kill La Kill, his first form is all cables, armor and keyboards. His MKII form makes him into a living hologram basically which would be an ideal for Aether Blade Kayle's final form
: Arclight Brand - WHO MADE THIS, RIOT?
His abilities need to be a bit more bold, add some more dark gold accents to provide contrast. His passive is also disgustingly underwhelming: its literally just a golden ring, Vayne's Arclight Silver Bolts have more VFX involved
: Back when they separated stealth into camouflage and invisibility they made it clear that the main distinction between the two was that camouflage was intended to be a longer source of stealth, at the cost of a delay and potentially an indicator, that allowed said champions to get into position to do what their job, whether it be assassinating high priority targets, such as the case with Rengar and Evelynn, or get into the perfect position to team fight in, such as the case with Twitch. Pyke being able to instantly enter camouflage not only goes against this design philosophy, but also synergises far too well with his passive and makes him disgustingly forgiving. Pyke is literally able to dash into the enemies, miss his stun and still be able to escape with 20hp and not need to recall because of how ridiculous his passive is. If they then decide to give compensation changes to put it more inline with how the other camouflage champions work then I think that's fair.
Pyke's Camo has the weakness of the circling sharks showing he's in a specific range of you, Twitch has the delay, and Rengar has the indicator because of how his R camo gives him the free jump + free crit on the marked target. Pyke honestly isn't that crazy unless he either gets ahead or he gets a decisive R chain off. Unless he gets that all he is is a pick set up champion like many other supports, with the added weakness that he can't get as fat as say a {{champion:497}} or {{champion:53}} since his passive makes all HP he tries to build become damage. His healing isn't that busted especially since they nerfed the numbers awhile back, if you really wanna mess him up get GW or just have someone ignite him, Ignite has the double benefit of applying GW and it reveals him too preventing his healing from triggering

Not a fan of adding Lifeline to Phantom Dancer for a few reasons: 1 is that it hurts the item's identity as the crit AS item that enhances mobility and adds a defensive passive plus removes unit collision. Lots of ADCs and duelists like the Spectral Waltz passive and the Lament passive ({{champion:236}} {{champion:67}} {{champion:157}} {{champion:498}} {{champion:29}} {{champion:23}} {{champion:18}} {{champion:15}} all come to mind) , if you wanna make a more defense focused crit item, make a new one or maybe even just change {{item:3155}} into either an Armour/MR item or just make it give health? Heck even another boot option is an interesting idea for a Lifeline shield
: What Is Sylas' Magic?
I think Sylas' magic is to say the magic of control? If that makes sense? He doesn't have tremendous power on his own but his magic is adept at controlling magical energy. He functions like a magical battery and siphon able to absorb and store the magic of others, which is how he's able to detect other mages and steal their powers for himself. It also explains his natural affinity for Petricite, it's literally him in stone form, able to absorb and store magic. I think he keeps his chains because they likely have a lot of magic stored in them since in his teaser art you can see the chains connect to a massive block of petricite above his cell, so my guess is that the Mageseekrs built their entire compound out of petricite and thus the whole building kinda acted as a magic battery. Sylas' chains contained a portion of that power so he keeps them since they're a constant source of magic for him to manipulate. Sylas is less of a mage and more a manipulator of magic energies, he doesn't use any formal magic systems or formulas to control his powers, using the chains as just an extension and an external battery pack for his powers. Lux likely needs her wand to properly channel her powers and thus adheres to a specific school of magic or teaching system, same with Ryze and even Vlad who (least in his old lore) learned hemomancy from an old hemomancer indicating it was once a school of magic. Sylas is in a way more like a Vastaya, he lets the magic do what it wants and just kinda guides it where he needs

That's the quote from the story, Sylas tried to body block the Mageseekers, touched the girl and her magic went into him. Guessing usually magic flowing into people is destructive in nature since most people's bodies aren't designed to handle it unless its their own, which is what the statement meant, not that the girl attacked him, Sylas in turn couldn't control the girl's magic and it went wild nuking the Mageseekers. As for the magic from petricite thing it was because Sylas learned that like him, Petricite absorbs and contains magic instead of nullifies magic like the Mageseekers claim. So he was able to use his own power to harness the magic contained in the petricite and use it like a battery, where for most people it works more like a leech siphoning off their magic where it becomes inaccessible. Sylas' magic allows him to act like Petricite to detect, siphon off and contain magic within himself to be released latter. That's why he was able to do what he does, and use the petricite chains as an extension of his magic. Yes it's not explained but at the same time he's also probably one of the most informed people on Petricite aside from Duran himself since the tome Duran wrote on the use of Petricite is considered forbidden since it teaches how to work around Mageseeker restraints

His E kinda has the whole Hunter thing to a degree since it has a stun and a drag/gap close but it's still kinda meh to me. I like the premise but I would like to see him be more of a Mage and less of a scrapper, and possible given some form of shackling debuff kinda like his teaser art.

It's an interesting passive in the sense that it works better with allies to assist it, I've had Liss passive do some interesting stuff in Nexus Blitz team fiestas and stuff. Issue is that unless you're able to CC the enemies or your allies are able to pin them down its tricky to land, it also has the weakness of being useless in 1v1s, that's the only situation where its truly useless. Liss passive can be devastating though in a team fight with a decent CC like {{champion:61}} or even just an Assassin to burst the support so u can get a slow off and a corpse bomb

Kindred ultimate is a very thematic ultimate without being much use for them personally. It's good for dueling, main trick I've read is to beat enemy down to the invulnerability stage, then stack E to 2 on them before the heal pops, AAing the last stack just as it does: the wolf AA is slow so it should land just after the heal pops and the enemy becomes vulnerable. The critical damage should proc and kill your opponent. Thematically I would say maybe make a reverse Kindred ultimate: expand the radius and make it so no enemy within the area can heal and they have a resistance shred, while maybe adding additional damage to Kindred's mark if they're inside kinda like Camille R? Still kinda fits Kindred's theme as the embodiment of death since it brings her targets/foes closer to their demise. Only other idea is maybe reformatting it into an execute kinda like Urgot's or Pyke's or something since R is supposed to represent Lamb, embodiment of a Merciful Peaceful End while Wolf represents a Violent End. What's more peaceful than an execute? Ending your enemy's suffering. Maybe make it a literal Lamb's Arrow kinda like Ashe's R except it puts a debuff on whoever is caught in the explosion that causes them to be executed if they fall below an HP threshold

: Unpopular opinion: Annie is harder than Azir
Could be you're just more used to his playstyle, I will admit playing Annie you gotta play a bit Kamikaze: in a teamfight your basic goal is to get a good bear bomb on the enemy team, W a decent number of targets and Q to hopefully delete a priority target then either die or just run away with E on until your CDs come back up, using Q and W to chunk frontliners or carries that get too close. Azir plays further back and is more high DPS vs Annie's burst, Azir wants to use R to foil enemy engages or divide teams using his range and DPS to mow them down. Azir has more complicated mechanics like the Shuriman Shuffle (E to a soldier and Q mid E to extend dash range or curve it, possibly even using R mid-dash to displace enemies), and managing stutter-stepping while micromanaging soldier positions and your W AS buff. Annie is a one and done kinda champion vs Azir which has a more consistent involvement pattern

White Butterflies are a good idea, even if Dumplings are his favourite food it just looks kinda funny since Jhin is a very serious character and the dumplings are just too silly for him. Maybe stylize his mask to look kinda like a butterfly then you can have little bullet bodied butterflies as his guardian spirits

When Riven realized this her whole sense of self worth was shattered and she deserted the Noxian army. She lived for that whole ideal and built herself up to be a weapon of Noxus, she based her whole identity on it, so she wound up what is essentially a broken slate after it happened. Simply put no, just because that makes support Pyke less viable due to costing his AD a lot of gold in the long run: alternatively Whenever Pyke executes an enemy, he gets 200 gold for the kill and whatever ally assisted last gets 300, if no ally assisted Pyke gets 400 gold. Logic: still allows support Pyke to be strong and allows him to share the gold with his team, because of his R reset mechanic it's not unreasonable to assume he'll get several kills in a teamfight which should balance out the lost gold. Thematically it could also show how Pyke doesn't really care for anything except the kill, not even the money. Pyke R is hard to balance like all other gold affecting abilities in the game, it's why Draven's passive is so feast or famine, why TF's old passive got changed. Giving your team free gold is an insane buff since it can allow allies who were thought to be little threat to actually become relevant as well as it furthers snowballs

I don't mean this as an excuse but Riot tends to give skins to champions who fulfill a few different criteria. One is easy/simple spells to animate, another is an easy/simple model and the last is popularity. Lux and Ezreal are two of the most popular champions and have very simple models making reskinning them fairly easy. Their spells also aren't crazy complicated either meaning you can redo them decently quick, it's part of why Ahri also has like a billion skins: she's popular and her spells aren't complicated to make variations of. Ivern has a complicated model since he doesn't obey standard proportions for a human, well his spells aren't complicated his ultimate requires a second model to be made for each skin because of Daisy which adds more work, and his popularity isn't insane either, on Champion.gg he's sitting at 137/207 in terms of play rate with a play rate of 0.98%, as context Jungle Twitch has a 1.66% play rate. I don't agree with it, I'm just explaining Riot's logic behind who gets skins

TF R comes to mind just because you can teleport a massive distance away with whatever you can carry. Vlad W also useful, just turn into a puddle at the sign of danger. Bard E could be fun too, walls no longer become an obstacle.

I mainly like Amumu cuz he has a fairly easy clear due to his E and W, his Q makes ganks easy (glitchy hitbox plus a solid stun with crazy range) and I'm usually bad at tanks cuz I fail to stay alive and more often than not and my team doesn't realize I've engaged but with Amumu you can pretty much die after R and if u hit a carry or 2 the fight SHOULD be won, and his R is a pretty obvious ATTACK NOW kinda spell. Only downside to him is his early dueling sucks so you're jungle often gets stolen, I had a game where the enemy Kayn took my entire red side jungle and I got jumped by him and their mid when I tried to steal some of his jungle, we still won though cuz Amumu ult is just SO strong in team fights, much more useful than their Kayn
