: So tell me why, Lissandra {{champion:127}} is having her Q's cool down increased? They changed it from (@ lvl 1) 6 seconds to 10. I understand about the shoving, but then again, what makes champions unique is their characterized play style. If you're taking Lissandra's Q for shoving, why not take Master Yi's Q? It's way more efficient for deleting players, evasion, and wave clearing. But we wouldn't because that's what makes them fun to play. Guess I won't be playing Lissandra in a while then. . .
Riot's current M-O is making mages champions supports. This means gutting any playstyle that allows for mid lane viability. Look at Ahri, Liss, Cass, Lulu, Morg, Vel'koz, and Syndra. Not saying these champions are bad (look at their support winrates [excluding Ahri, Cass, and Liss]) there are just other stronger AD champions that get faster, early wave clear. Morg didn't need this nerf, Riot just wants her to support: that's all. This is the primary reason why I don't play any more. AD champions will always have a stronger wave clear in all stages of the game because of Riots recent changes to make it so.
: Diana extremly nerfed 3 combos removed ! @Riot Zhanos
This is just even more proof that Riot absolutely hates ap and has strong preference for ad champions.
: I hope the new mage is a male
I was just about to say the same thing. We have WAY too many colorful female mages to justify another without similar representation of the opposite gender. Needless to say, I will be very disappointed if the new champ is female because that archetype is a little tired in League.
: If you could have one champion's ability, what would it be?
Kog'Maw's passive just so can threaten muggers and bank robbers. _"Gurl don't try me!!! You'll be sorry!"_ {{sticker:sg-shisa}}
: Anyway to request username from an inactive account
Riot made a statement a while back about freeing up summoner names after a certain period of time. It scaled with summoner level which meant that a level 30 summoner had around 30 months to be inactive; I don't remember the specifics. There's a website that tracks availability for this so just google it, but I did check that name for you and it says the availability is May 2020 so... waiting?
: Besides the overall reduction in durability with the mastery rework years ago, enabling some aggressive supports to inadvertently carry lol. The other problem is that items which would amplify crowd control abilities, would be broken as hell, not only on control supports, but mages and tanks too. I can't recall where I'd seen the comment a while back; but someone mentioned removing the percent boosts to heals and shields from items, and raising the AP ratios on such skills of supports, which I'd agree would help slow their snowballing.
I'm in total agreement with this statement
: You know supports aren't the only ones to blame for the damage creep right?
Yes, but the fact that less supports are actually impactful when it comes to shielding and healing is one reason why damage is felt more than it used to be.
: I like this game but honestly whether or not I reach gold this season, I might uninstall and wait until midseason next season and pray that they fixed up the game.. I don't want to abandon this game after 7 years {{sticker:sg-soraka}} edit: if the game isn't at least a little bit more enjoyable, i'm just going to uninstall.. too much monkey business the past 2-3 years thats honestly making me a really toxic and stressed individual now

Just because someone thought of something "first" does not mean they own the idea. Third, Riot has a hundred skins in the works at any given time and are just waiting for the right window to release them. You want an obvious skin for an obvious champion? Well the skin is ready done.

It adds that touch of illusiony confusion without massive frustration keeping her unique and fairly skill based. Are you sure about that? I mean fair enough since it's your opinion but I have never personaly fell to that trick and neither did I see anyone else fell for it either. And for me, if a trick can be detected that easily, it isn't a good trick. In fact I've seen LB players use it as a free scout instead of its original purpose.
Ya I agree that the RR clone isn't much of a trick, but I personally like the clone activation when LeBlanc uses her R to mimic the abilities: it's very shaco-esque.

: Amumu needs a rework??
I definitely feel like he needs an actual identity and a complete art overhaul. Not necessarily a gameplay rework since I don't have an issue with his abilities individually, but he needs to be given an identity as a tank or a mage: not both. I really want a VU for Amumu because his comical in-game model just doesn't fit in League any more. (You beg to differ? Just juxtapose Amumu with Rakan and Xayah or Zoe or Kayn [He NEEDS to stop head-butting]) I would really like to see him become an actual part of the Shurima storyline and be more of a realistic royal looking mummy like his inspiration King Tut. He's just an excruciatingly unfortunate and pathetic iteration of what a mummy could be in the League Universe when it comes to his art style.

: ARURF in a nutshell
Or when you reroll you can choose between three champions randomly selected. You only get one rr per champ select. I like that it is random cause you get to play somethings that you normally wouldnt have thought would be fun, but it gets irritating when you see a champion more than once and others you never see.

: well you are one of the few lux support players i ever seen build SUP items i have some i cant reason with to even get a fucking {{item:2301}} which drives me insane im a support main myself... and when i adc i pray i dont get a lux people thing they need to rush items like {{item:3165}} on her as a support , i have even seen someone rush {{item:3089}} FML i legit hate playing adc due to the way most people play , no protection, no peel, every one wants to do damage no tanks . {{sticker:zombie-brand-facepalm}}
oh, ya I rarely get anything other than {{item:2301}} . It's way too efficient to pass up because you get all stacks of the wards early meaning you can sustain your warding and you don't have to sacrifice an item slot like {{item:3092}} requires you to.
: you would think it would be good to get unholy grail but i dont think she can effectively shield compared to any other champ with a shield. her shield isnt point n click it has to travel out and hit the ally and if they move or whatever it dont hit them then its just wasted . now unholy grail on morgana with her black shield you got something
http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2564588177/207266115?tab=stats I mean... it is slower that other shields, but do you need to shield when you can delete also? also the pairing of Redemption on her plus the Athene's is actually not bad. Too bad my Twitch fed early and my Kalista had subpar positioning.
: That's a problem with the players, not the champion. People tend to play Lux "support" when they don't want to actually support. She has better base combat stats and higher scaling, meaning if the person playing her knows how to avoid damage at all, she's a better support. Additionally, she has a shield (which was recently significantly buffed), giving her supportive utility Brand and Zyra don't have. Over this season, I have a 52% win rate as Lux support. Recently, my win rate has been close to 60%. That isn't luck. She has utility and the base damage, along with the greater range, that Brand and Zyra lack. Lux support has been stigmatized and labeled trash for so long that people only play her when they don't want to support. Again, that's a problem with the players, not with the champion.
Lux Support main unite! {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}
: Lux (please click)
Lux definitely isn't trash. I would say, however, that she relies heavily on her team to help late game for peeling as well as not feeding their lane (F***ing don't let your top laner feed Olaf). As with every mid-laner matchups matter as well as rune setups. You don't take her against a Gal, Malz, Annie, Talon, Ahri, or Akali. Notice these picks show up on a regular basis which means if you pick Lux into one of these picks you will have a bad time. (Granted that the enemy player knows how to play them correctly) So I am currious, do people actually not build Athena's Unholy Grail on Support Lux. Given her poke and shield, shouldn't she be one of the best enchanter supports especially now that her shield has been buffed and so has the item. (You double heal with her shield) Also, PLEASE stop talking about my main girl like she needs a rework or buff that will ultimately make her unplayable because of resulting community backlash that gets her dmg sliced because Riot is notorious for not reverting reworks that weren't needed (Cough*LeBlanc*) Lux is perfectly fine where she is. It's the meta that you're annoyed with not the champion balance.

Its got a partial cooldown reset if she gets a kill with it so that late game it's up every 18 seconds (ish) [if she kills with it]
: Champion Concept - "Hope - The Last Descendant"
This sounds like how Kayle should play. Maybe she has a pulsing aura passive that grants ms bonuses and a heal per tick instead. The current passive is a bit convoluted. Think Khepri from Smite or Brightwing from Heroes of the Storm.
Civafu (EUW)
: > Then why is she, specifically, the worst of the assassin's? Leblanc currently has 49.9% winrate in plat+ KR, which is decent I'd say, considering zed has 48.6% winrate. She isn't weak because of her damage, she's weak because it's hard to pull her assassination combos on teamfights vs peeling teams. > And if you don't think you need gunblade it is because you don't play her. Check someone's champion mastery before saying that please. >She needs Gunblade to kill an opponent within equal gold value which is why it is rushed; obviously, because carries do not build much defence (or any for the most part) you can sell the gunblade later once your damage has scaled up as all burst does and it will suffice to assassinate players with no +hp and little MR. (Still shouldn't because it's OP) However, early/mid game to 100-0 somone, unless you are 10-0 already cause ur playing in bots, you need gunblade to assassinate. Leblanc is an assassin who becomes a lane bully after level 2, and who can 100-0 after level 6. Gunblade is an item that delays that burst and makes you weak for a while because you have to pay 2350g after building hextech revolver to finish gunblade. With that much gold, you could pay 120 AP to build deathcap ({{item:1058}} + {{item:1026}} + {{item:1052}} = 1250 + 850 + 435 = 2535 gold), which clearly isn't worth considering leblanc's high ratios. You could also build {{item:3135}} almost at once, with 2650g. {{item:3146}} is more used as a sustain tool to safely farm or splitpush, while keeping a decent assassination burst. Gunblade rush is actually a build far from being the one with the highest burst due to resistances and HP taken in account: * Pen build, the least safe one (because you're easy to kill and have high CDs, meaning that you can get ganked right after using W to push a wave) but it's probably the build with the highest early game and mid game burst. It works well against champions with scaling MR per level and/or who would rush MR (risky to use VS {{champion:238}}, but possible if you feel like you can dodge his Qs, risky to use VS {{champion:38}} aswell, it should be used VS him to outroam him and sometimes kill him if he mispositions or is too greedy) * CDR build, using {{item:3165}}, fits better most leblanc players' playstyle, who don't like playing with big CDs (especially on W) and being restricted by mana costs. That build still has enough burst to 100-0 those with no magic resist and/or few HP. * Defensive build, rushing {{item:3102}} or {{item:3157}} are better in hard matchups you cant kill opponents easily (against {{champion:38}} as exemple). It's also used if you want to make sure you have the tools to survive the enemy's poke/burst and poke him safely ({{champion:238}} or {{champion:91}}). Outside of lane, {{item:3157}} helps procing the chain in melee safely and {{item:3102}} helps coming closer, which makes this build safe in teamfight too. * {{item:3146}} build, good in matchups you're at ease, since you would get fed with pen boots and hextech revolver, helping finishing gunblade faster. The healing helps trading in lane, roaming or even splitpushing, the slow allows you to make sure enemies dont run away from your chains, and the extra burst from the active makes the item more worth the price, though it's not that good if enemies rushed magic resist. All these builds are viable and better based on the player's playstyle and the matchup, but gunblade definitely isn't the more optimal if your goal is to burst people in 1v1 (aka assassination).
So the issue I have with LeBlanc isn't that she's incappable of assassinating people, It's that she embodies an archetype that is severely under developed. In all of her combos the only, and I mean only, illusionistic outplay is her RE since the mimic stays the full 1.5 duration. Also, I understand that there are other builds besides {{item:3146}} that make LeBlanc's assassination stronger. However, in pro play* {{item:3146}} is built 83% of the time with a 55% winrate and a 2.5% pick rate (ProBuilds). A hybrid item is built on a character who has no hybrid scaling 83% of the time with a 55% winrate. This is why LeBlanc NEEDS to be looked at again. In my opinion this pattern is toxic to the game and is very unsatisfying to play. *The highest competitive level of League which Riot constantly balances champions around (Azir, Kalista, Ryze)
