: Idea of a system for Vicotrious Skin
As someone who wants Vic Morg/Elise and doesn't have them I don't support If they do this then all the Pax skins, Riot skins, and OG skins like Black Alistair need to come back. But then those players with those skins lose the prestige of having them, even with some cheesy crown/icon.

: Honestly I believe that compensating players with "Release" borders or loading screen flairs for previously earned skins would appease the older players. I had PAX Sivir prior and getting a cool border and Neo-Pax (not that I ever use it) as compensation made me happy and didn't make me feel like my skin was any less special. Same goes for the old holiday skins, originally they used to be limited, but Riot decided to bring them back and compensated original owners with cool flair (which you don't even see anymore because that's how rare the skins **WOULD** have been had Riot NOT re-released them)! The same goes for the Victorious skins. **I hardly ever see Victorious Janna, Jarvan, or Elise anymore**, and bringing back old skins would be incredible, because it would mean that you would **have the chance to SEE more of them in-game again.** I never got Victorious Janna or Morg and have wished for years to obtain them instead of being disappointed every single year there isn't a second support victorious skin. (Morg was released as midlane). Obtaining a skin I want each year for _someone I actually play_ would feel much more rewarding. Adding onto the idea of crafting, why not give players an opportunity to disenchant currently owned Victorious skins if this is implemented (just for the first year it's implemented)? I would love to disenchant Victorious Maokai for example, and I don't want or like this Aatrox skin at all, which I would happily disenchant for a Victorious Janna or Victorious Morg skin any day. I mean, actually they're all pretty different champions. Thresh's Hook is more of a drag with a slower build time while the rest of his Kit offers Peels. Blitz's Hook is fast but after that he's pretty useless Naut was made for JG/Top but got put in support because of the mass amount of CC he has but he's somewhat similar to Thresh in that he has CC out the ass, but isn't quiet as good at peeling but great at engaging Pyke has a extremely telegraphed hook but unlike the other 3 tends to offer actual amount of Damage and some deception, while not being anywhere near as tanky (in theory). While they all have a similar ability (I mean we can argue a lot of champs have similar abilities (Are AA and Riven the same champ because of their Qs?))

Don't take this the wrong way, but at Lv22 if you're still struggling against bots, when you hit 30 you're going to hit a brick wall. If I was you, I'd switch off the bot playlist and play Custom bot games, put yourself against 5 int Bots and give yourself 4 teammate bots (I do all 4 at beginner, but you can do all 4 at int or any combination). this way you won't keep leveling and you'll win or lose on your own skill. Also boots, get them early, upgrade them no latter then after your 1st item. The two tank boots may also help you against "tanks" Champions like Mao Kai isn't going to have a crap load of damage so that MR from Mercs plus tancity will give you some early beef, coupled with the HP from Phage/Tri you should be able to start trading with him just fine. A lot of your problem is probably not the match ups but knowing the ins and outs of the games and your overall mechanics.

Urf was fun that very 1st year, but it kind of turned eh after the 1st week when it became the same champs over and over. Also just a FYI, the original Hexakill was featured on SR. I could care less though if any of those games come back, they're fun for a few games and then they get old.

That 200 gold cheaper though still equates in far less actual Fap then dirk until Lv18. Ghostblade may be cheaper but it's been nerfed a lot since then as well. We also had a bit where Maw not only gave the shield but FAP as well. There may be more overall items, but that doesn't stop the fact that raw FAP is still better then Leth. Armor does indeed counter Leth, specially considering most Armor builders build more the 1 armor item. Leth users are burst oriented, if they can't burst the target then they failed their job. What's the 4th %Armor Pen (Assuming we're counting Cleavers Armor Reduction) Considering that 2 of % Arm Pen items are a unique passive in Last Whisper, can't really double those up. Either way the overall point stands. Leth is countered by Armor as Leth users need to use everything (Full spell/ability rotation) to kill a target, if target survives, most the time the Leth user failed. Mages have Zhonyas and Tabis plus HP items while ADCs have PD, GA, and BT to negate large amounts of burst (Plus Tabis too actually). Also Leth != %Armor Pen.

As far as Syndra, she's has a higher skill cap now, with 3 orbs W, her skill cap drops dramatically. As far as Viktor, he honestly suffers from the same fate as Syn, in that he can waveclear quickly from a mile away and with buffs he becomes to good in pro play. Also a 800 range radius on his W would be nuts in teamfights.

I used to be a tank jungler, but a lot of that was more due to the fact the people I played with were better then me and It was more useful to be a tank in the jungle or more of a utility champion in mid then trying to be another carry we didn't need. We also need to remember, for awhile there tanks just did stupid amounts of early game damage while tanking up turret shots like they were feathers. Something I didn't think about until after I had post that before I went to work was for a solid year and a half all the patch notes had were nerfs, rarely did we see any sort of buff, which adds to the fact that damage has been around for a long time now, we just don't have tanks soaking it up. Also S5 I believe introduced the masteries we lost to these new runes, in the offense section it was nothing but %damage increases. But, like I said previously, I do enjoy more tank oriented teamfighting metas then 5 raw damage deals just deleting people. I miss when everyone and their grandmother weren't hyper moblie champions as well.

So...... tanks get dumpstered in lane because A.) melee freaking sucks in today's meta and B.) melee vs Range with burst and high dmg ( the first 15 mins is lane phase - literally only like.....5-8 mins from average game times in League today) so in my opinion high damage IS the problem. If tanks can't actually do their job....damage is too high. I highly enjoyed Season 4-5. Matter of fact, I didn't even put my imput during such seasons on the boards because it was honestly the most balanced(in my opinion) Tanks were actual tanks in which would take some time to scale with items etc but would have a common ground because games wouldn't end at the 20-25 min mark like today. Assassins could assassinate but would fall off mid/late game but not be viable through the whole game like today's meta.
Not that I disagree with you, but I still think damage is equal now to what it was then. The difference is that tank items no longer provide nearly as much defenses. Early S4 still included DFG and 120 AP Zhonyas, AP items gave more AP and cost less. BT still scaled to 100 AD, Lethality was Armor Pen which didn't have a scaling to it like Lethality which doesn't begin to equal Flat Armor Pen until around Lv13/14. On the flipside, Randuins no longer gives 500 HP and 70 Armor, Abbssal Scepter no longer is around to give Mages the MPenn debuff or the 70 MR it came with. GA is no longer a item for any champion, most Tank items give less HP now as well. The Zeds and LBs of the world still tore you a new ass, but champions like Janna, Lulu, and Karma where actually played to protect the squishies. I loved S4-6, so don't get me wrong, but I can't not remember the OP shit either. Mid was a nightmare if the other team got Kass or LB when they had silences, or even Talon. Raka and Lulu mid where oppressive and downright unkillable machines. Ziggs or any other mage could basically stall out games to a hour so any leads you got early where useless. Those years where great and I do miss them, but they had their probs too and people bitched about them all the time. Really we need to split the difference of then and now and we'd prolly be ok.
: I disagree. A better example of bringing an old kit up to speed is what they did to ezreal, malzahar, maokai, kayle, and morg. New graves doesn't resemble old graves at all, Aatrox is NOTHING like he was pre-rework, and Akali is unrecognizable except from the shroud.
I mean, Yes Graves does resemble old Graves, literally his entire kit is a upgraded version of his last. The difference is his shotgun that makes him feel different, but new Graves really does fit more into his theme and actually makes him a viable champion. (Not that he wasn't necessarily before, but even back then he wasn't played often and with how the games as changed, I doubt he would see much play now.) Aatrox is a complete overhaul, but he did keep some things about his kit (Although the revive is gone now). Aatrox also sees way more play now, and his kit actually does something meaningful. Akali also kept some of her past functions and themes, while I do agree she is pretty different. But, like I said, both of these reworks do to some degree do what they intended too, but some skill experison in a otherwise pretty brain dead champion, Akali you used to just smash buttons, but now you have to think about what your doing. AA was just a draintank auto attacker, now he has more to do in a actual fight then QE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, Maybe they are/were over-tuned, but they'll get to a healthy spot, just like Sion and Poppy once did.

Well, depends on were your looking. Corki and Sej have been mainstays in the pro scene all split, while Graves as always been top tier - mid range tier pick since he was reworked. Nunu is also starting to pick up steam, Even before Quinn was reworked, she was more of a top laner given her kit, and she still fits the niche pick she always has. Alot of these reworks have just modernized kits, outside of like Galio, and that honestly needs to be done. I'll admit some of their kits are overloaded, and that's why over time we see things removed (Irelia W no longer reduces magic damage and her ult doesn't disarm anymore while Akali lost a crap load of healing and her true invis.). We look at it as them overloading old kits that were honestly for the most part braindead. Fiora is far more healthier and skill oriented now that she was prior. Same can honestly be said about most of the champs. I'd argue them as failures if every new modern champ wasn't also overloaded, their just bringing the old champs up to speed.

The problem is which season was good is subjective. I enjoy tank Metas, or rather more strategic metas where there is a front to back teamfight and not 5 assassins running around. I really don't know if damage is actually the issue and long CCs has been a thing for as long as I've played, it's not like Lux, Ahri, Syndra, Sona, Sion, Shen, Morg, Thresh, etc where released yesterday. The issue is that why play tanks when they get dumpstered in lane, why play a immobile mage/AD when mobility is in a over abundance. Why play a Enchanter/tress when old mid lane mages have been pressed bot/now have the gold from all the support items being buff over the years to make supports more resourceful. Eitherway, we all have Metas we enjoy more then others, and yes IMO this "damage" meta has gone on for far to long, but even if it was a different meta, people would still bitch and moan. Season 4 and 5 although great weren't all as good as we remember with our rose tint glasses.

When was Urgot a ADC? I get ya sometimes he played ADC, but he spent most of his pre rework asa solo laner. You know except maybe in S2 when Raka E gave Mana. Furthermore, when Graves go reworked, it was in the same patch that Corki got reworked along with tweaks to Cait and a few others.
