: Read the patchnotes once in awhile, recent patches had adcs get more relevant utility on items and allowed them to powerspike earlier but at the same time lost damage late game. Along with true damage taken off of infinity And literally almost half of the changes from this patch has been a nerf to damage, yasuo, karthus, rengar, sivir (who was bugged and did more damage than intended.) The only damage increases I saw from skim reading was varus getting his W fixed and attack speed growth on azir and + 5 ad on essence reaver.
That's fantastic, they lost damage late game when games last 25 minutes, awesome!

The only real problem is with hp also having been previously guttled with the resolve changes, overgrowth was gutted so squishy champs can use it. (Other classes lost some with substat changes too but tanks lost the most, atleast they gained scaling 10% cdr as a weird compensation though)
And how exactly has damage factually been reduced? You're literally just making shit up, nothing has changed.

Early damage is definitely not appropriate, that's probably the biggest issue there is in regards to damage. It's one thing to blow someone up mid/late game, but early on it's completely and utterly ridiculous.

Galio was buffed in 8.24 and turned from a tank into an AP mid laner that takes aftershock and still does insane damage. He became an incredibly strong pick in high elo.

This place is a cancer, but so is Reddit. I especially hate the league subreddit for one brain dead mod in particular, Ilackfocus. Guy is a complete monkey and can't make a valid argument so he just abuses his mod powers by fucking with people who hold a different opinion, but of course, he won't be banned.

Completely agree, I used to love this playing this game. I loved actually being able to outplay someone on anything if you were good enough, and I loved longer matches where things could actually become tense. Those kinds of games were the most fun I've ever had in this game, and season 8 has done nothing but completely destroy what I enjoyed about League. I have played less games this season and all my friends that play League agree that the game is nothing like what it used to be.

Why does it need to be extremes? Riot never just stabilizes the game, there's always a problem that they "fix" by making something else much better.

I don't think Gangplank needs to have 5 barrels, it's way too forgiving for players that lack the ability to place barrels properly. I do however think that his winrate is pretty damn low, and his laning is absolutely atrocious right now.
