: I've bought something like 20 name changes with IP.
Or, you need to play this game less. You know, do something else with your life other than play this game. I've played this game for the past 2.5 years an ungodly amount and I still don't own all of that stuff. I don't want to know how many hours you've logged to get what you have...
: You know what's worse than losing because of a troll?
I don't understand.. mute whoever annoys you and play the game. I am so confused why riot and the league community hasn't realized this is what should happen...
: Do you feel salty when you burn all your summoners and mana but they still escape?
this is so bad... literally you just walking in a straight line running from your enemy, etc. No skill, dodges, outplays here... is this sort of thing impressive in bronze?

: Lets give League of Legends the Titanfall treatment
This is already in play.. it's called normal draft. This is where toxic ppl are banished to while on rank bans. If you've never played there, try it out. People are toxic AF there...
: Just Left A Game In Progress
Did you hear that guys? This voli 'landed 4 flips in a row'.. as in pushed Q and ran at someone. ROFL you made it sound like you landed skill shots and did something difficult. and LMAO you're raging about a normal draft? WTF is wrong with you? Let me guess... you're in normals draft because you're rank banned from exhibiting toxic behavior? Funny how this all works out... Also, one last thing. When in Bronze V, you literally cannot complain about anyone being bad at the game. You are all absolutely horrible - absolutely fucking terrible at this game, literally the worst of the worst in LoL. Think about that before you flame someone else.
: The awkward moment (while smurfing) where the person on ur team doesn't know what tank means.
If you don't play ranked on your 'main', then how do you know what your actual rank is/should be? And since you don't know this, how can you possibly be smurfing? The definition of smurfing is a higher elo player playing under the premise of a low elo account. IMO it is much more likely that you are just bad and deserve the elo you're in..
: Sated devourer isn't as strong as you people make it seem
Well if you properly OP.GG'd me you'd see I mainly go against silvers and still win games. Even when the odds are against me I still pull off wins but whatever ignore that if you'd like. I guess that concept was a bit ahead of your level. Sorry, resume what you were doing beforehand. The fact that you brag about going against silvers and 'still win some games' in and of itself cements that you are a bronze scrub. Only bronzies think beating silvers is a significant achievement. Also, you can't win too much vs silvers because if you consistently did, you'd be out of bronze. Lastly, you get salty AF and go into denial when people question your skill, which is the final piece of why you are cemented in bronze.

: I'd rather be 2 week banned than 300 chat restricted games.
I have dislocated fingers and my shoulder, popped them into place and kept playing. I have been slammed by blindsides and drilled going for tackles. and I loved it. if someone wasnt trying or was crying I told them "there is the bench there is the showers, get tough or get out" I have ran down the field with sprained ankles and knees, had my knee then taken out while trying to score a goal and gotten up to continue. Such a badass!
: Venting about Ranked
In b4 rank ban.. you sound toxic.
: Ranked should be for Veterans/Skilled Players
"So about a month ago I went to get seeded, Rito blessed me for the most part with non-toxic teams and people that knew how to make plays as a team. I was placed silver 2 and very happy. Fast forward to now, after extremely frustrating games in ranked and getting demoted to Silver 4 I had to stop playing ranked." Translation: I was lucky and got put with good teammates who initially carried me to silver 2 and once I stopped getting carried I naturally fell down to silver 4 headed towards bronze. This realization has made me very frustrated and now I shall lash out on the GD board. Next....
: i use clarity early game to keep pressure in lane so i can push my enemy laner off with my q and get kills with me e,w. I am very accurate with my early game q's and use them to stay safe and farm cs and to poke my enemy. clarity really helps early game and gives me a lot more sustain and pressure in early laning. I don't need flash, my ult lets me do everything flash can do and more and is up more often.

Don't you think if clarity was the correct choice you would see high elo players doing this? If not, what makes you think you know better? Take flash and ignite you nub. Also, I don't even want to know what your average CS numbers are for fear that it may make my eyes bleed.
: Worst problem in Bronze 5
"i've gotten pretty good at league and queue solo all the time" This statement combined with you being in B5 is such a massive contradiction.

I don't get people that can't help but be toxic. Seriously, stop being a jerk to your teammates, don't troll, and you won't get banned/restricted. I got banned for asking my 0/5/0 support who ragequit our game why she wouldn't just play it out. The game was close and we definitely would have won if she just played on. After going back and forth pleading with her to participate, she reported me in post game and I got a 14 day ban. How is the system working properly?
: This game is fucking stupid
I'll admit, I USED to be toxic. I am way different now but the problem with the system is that once your account is flagged as toxic there is no way to remedy it. You're constantly only a handful of reports from a ban and when anyone doesn't like you for whatever reason and they report you, you get banned. It's very annoying
: This game is fucking stupid
currently on a 14 day ban myself. I was being a good teammate when our 0/5/0 Leona decided to afk and was spamming 'ff20'. We were barely down in kills throughout her afk period and were even winning fights. I was pleading with her just to be quiet and play the game but no she kept walking around in base ulting randomly and spamming wards in our base. After the game was over, she reported me for verbal and I immediately received a 14 day ban. Have to love the system in place
: Someone just argued that if Ez does 50k damage it's less damage than if Ziggs does 50k damage.
Nothing will compare to the time I argued with a Janna on why sightstone was a good buy. At the end of the game I said, you're the support, why wouldn't you buy a sightstone? You have to ward. Janna's response: Sighstone is a worthless item, plus I warded all game. Turns out the Janna bought almost 40 green wards throughout the game. After presenting the fact that he spent 3k on wards vs 800 for sightstone, he still said sightstone was a worthless buy and that it was not worth getting. Oh and he also complained that Janna is too squishy, which SS would have helped (a little bit) with. The mind of a noob is very interesting. Thinking through their lack of logic is like studying a rare species for a scientist. Very fascinating.
: Bronze, the ranked pool of absolute shit.
"bronze has become a pool of where the worst of the worst go" Yes, this is why it is bronze. It IS the worst of the worst and if you cannot get out then.....
: Bronze, the ranked pool of absolute shit.
Simple, you pick a champion in a role that can carry and focus on doing your job well. If you outplay your lane opponent every single game you will without a doubt climb. If you make excuses for why you didn't outplay your lane opponent, you will fall into the trap of blaming others, which is a big part of why bronzies are bronzies. By picking a carry role/champ, I do not mean pick Garen top and then complain why you can't carry. IMO, mid, jung, or damage top laners are the easiest to carry low elo with.

He didn't do anything but talk shit and stay in the brush. No wards, no skills, just sat there and talked shit all game. Totally my fucking fault. True, but that's not why you lost the game. If everyone is missing cs and out of position as you said, that probably had more to do with the loss. So back to the original point, you can't climb because you are not good.
: I have never been chat restricted, ever. Because even when I get provoked, it is rare that I give in to my impulses to flip them off verbally. Telling someone they are wrong (even when you know you are right) isn't going to help. Calling them names isn't going to help. Nitpicking at their mistakes or item build or champion pick, isn't going to help. Anger is a perfectly valid human emotion, but how we choose to express that anger is ENTIRELY on us. Let it also be noted that there are many unacceptable forms of expressing anger such as: verbal harassment, negative attitude, griefing, afking, leaving the game, flaming another player, telling other people in the game how bad another player is, telling a player all their problems and trying to correct them, etc. It is valid to say, this is getting me angry. It is not valid to take out your anger on other people. That is why we have a system in place to deal with "toxicity" and chances are if you are getting chat restricted, it isn't because you were Mr. Nice Guy, positive role model team player. Some alternatives to poor play that won't get you in trouble: When someone starts feeding: Hey (champ), looks like you are having a rough lane. If you play safe, we may be able to get you back in this and win it, ok? When someone starts flaming: Hey man, I know it's frustrating but lets regroup and try to focus on the next objective (insert obj here). Let's get some wards and setup a pick. When the support isn't warding: Hey (champ), can you help us get some wards here, here and here? (pings) Thanks! Notice that none of these things are destructive criticism and each attempts to focus on a positive aspect to improve the game situation. If you look for opportunities to turn a situation around rather than blaming, it will work a lot better to not only improve your game, but give you a shot at making a comeback.

If you look for opportunities to turn a situation around rather than blaming, it will work a lot better to not only improve your game, but give you a shot at making a comeback. Coming from a player who has been toxic in the past (I'm much better now) after many cycles of chat restriction: Saying anything positive like you suggested can be very difficult when you're chat restricted as you have such limited opportunities to 'be positive'. The very few chat messages I'm allowed to send must directly be used for short, objective messages instructing the team on what to do next. 'group, end, baron, drag, inhib'.... etc. Also, there are legitimately MANY times when you say something positive to someone else that will get you reported as though you were toxic. This is the problem with the chat system. If one person is toxic and you talk to them, try to get them to refocus, many times they will report you as payback for getting reported. Since the system in place doesn't audit these, a faulty report is weighed the exact same as a legit one. When you've had a history on your account, this is enough to get you banned and the cycle repeats... tl/dr ITS A SHITTY SYSTEM and does more harm than good. Bans should be reserved for the most extreme cases of toxicity. Otherwise, people should just mute others.

: >On a side note, I think champions that do not use mana or energy are toxic in general? Why? Because they can spam skills left and right to their heart's content and never ever worry about running out of mana or energy. Mana gating is only one way to restrict a champion's play patterns. Take Riven or Yasuo as examples - they're both fairly squishy and lack any sort of sustain. They can only mitigate damage once every 10 seconds or so using their E/Passive, and if you manage to land harass on them when their shield is down, it'll stick. If Riven misuses her shield or if Yasuo uses his Q or E in situations where you can land harass, you can punish them for it. Basically, laning against them is defined by your interaction with and control over their health bar. Now take another AD assassin that *is* gated by mana - Pantheon. Pantheon in lane is going to spam Qs at your face until he's OOM. If you have enough armor, you win. If you don't, you die. Basically, laning against him is defined by how he chooses to manage his mana, while you're just a bystander with no real control over what happens to you. Does that actually sound more interesting or interactive? If someone is gated by CD and health management, you'll have windows of opportunity to attack their primary resource directly, and how well they do in the lane will be primarily based on how well you played around their champion. Someone gated by mana management has their laning defined by a resource that you have no direct control over - if that's accompanied by abilities with low margins of error like Pantheon's, it's a significantly more 'toxic' mechanic, in my opinion.
did you really just refer to pantheon as an assassin? LOL

: > Smurfs didn't kill new players. > > The god-awful leveling system making smurfing last for-fucking-ever is what killed new players. NO THE FUKING SMURFING KILLED THE LEVELING SYSTEM, if people would play the one account they started with and not try to smurf and sell accounts for boosting then we would have a level playing field of ranked gamer's. and NOT a cluster fuck of mixed match players from PLAT to lvl 1 beginners.
I think many people want to play the account they leveled with. Riot bans accounts now for literally ANY reason, which is so fucking asinine. Can you imagine Microsoft banning an Xbox Live account for shit talking some kid while playing Halo or CoD? That's part of an online gaming experience. If you don't like it, use the mute function and BAM, problem is fixed. But no, Riot thinks its cool to do 2 week bans and permabans for minor shit and therefore, driving tons of experienced players back into the fold with all of the newbies. This is why the smurfing is so god awful.
: This is garbage, smurfs have killed new players.
I guarantee you a HUGE reason why there are so many smurfs is because Riot is so f****** stupid about banning accounts. You literally can get 2 week banned for a few games where people report you for any reason. Instead of raging about how people are so mean, toxic, etc (wtf is this kindergarten?), how about Riot just encourage people to use the mute function. I know the only reason I created a smurf was because of stupid bans and I know everyone I talk to on my smurf seems to be on a ban for their main as well.
