I forgot about this post until recently. Looks like morde got even more CC then we could ever have predicted.

I never felt like he was Volibear . . . I need to watch his game play more. See if I can see that connection! I like Voli so I might end up liking Aatrox more then!

Ahri having a fear AND a Charm would make her too strong as both forms of CC are heavy, it fearing anything buth champs might be acceptable tho. Also it doesn't fit her theme she wants to draw her targets in not scare them away. I'd do some research on what Ahri could have been, or some of her old kit designs that didn't make it live, and read her lores/short stories before editting her kit. If I remember correctly she absorbs emotions from humans to feel more alive and like humans, but she doesn't manipulate them like how you have her kit doing so. Ur akali rework is very interesting...im not sure i would have given her invisibility during her dash, as a dash is already strong as a repositioning tool and it really wont matter if u can't be seen since u would be using it to either attack or dodge an attack, the invisibility is redundant in use for during a dash. Moving the Shroud to the ult and having it interact with the Dash is very cool, but I wonder how players will react when their shroud will be on a much longer CD then they are used to, since they wont be able to use it as often ad that affects how she would be played a lot. What if Q was initially a skill shot and once there was a marked target it became unit cast? Just an idea. When I came here I wasn't expecting a Morde kit, and im pleasantly surprised. "It does three auto attacks against the closest target. If that is..." what it looks unfinished. What Morde doesnt need is CC, sure it would be helpful but part of his balanced is based around the fact that he doesn't have CC. Sure it thematic and useful, but at minimum it should be gated behind meeting certain requirements, because with the dmg and survivability he can get with items he's SUPER strong and even a slow in his kit could make him too strong. What would be helpful is some CC negaction. Allowing Morde to cast W on an enemy makes it too easy to build up his shield and keep the dmg on the enemy, additionally it makes him too sticky once in range. Using the ghost for E is a great idea.

I think any changes that would make him more played would be cool though. He seems like such an interesting champ but I don't see many people use him in a way that helps a team win and I honestly did not even know much about him before reading up to make my imaginary reworks. I had read through Ahri's lore. In my mind playing with peoples emotions - causing love, fear, or simple apathy. Originally I thought a taunt would work, but I did not like the concept of putting squishy mage in so much focus. The fear would not be long ranged like the current fox fire. I saw it as more of a disengage or a reward for walking close to a charmed enemy. I do see how that can get a little overpowered if not done carefully. It would also give her cc on three of her abilities which would make her passive I suggested activate more. The idea being while toying with their emotions she is also drawing out their life essence - once they die while she is healed as she takes a large bite from the departing essence {{sticker:sg-ahri-2}} With akali i see what you mean with the dash not needing to be invisible.
