currently, the damage is dealt the moment one side loses all units or the timer ends. both of these are not fun. sorcerers, Elementalist, and others have effects that persist on the board and by stopping before those completed you cheat those strategies of their earned damage. you should not have damage calculated until all effects ran their course much like having the ball still in the air in basketball. sometimes there is a draw due to the time running out. when this happens you get a loss and take damage of all remaining units. in the event of a draw due to loss of all units or time out, no damage should be dealt to either side. this will open new strategies making them viable.

Except there is no Institution of War, every mentioning of it was removed from {{champion:122}} and onwards and is still in wait to be removed for the slow poke champions. You obviously havent followed information given to us before and after the retcon was announced.
why do you focus on a single detail. so there is no institution of war and no mention of a league. i still say the celestials we get now are to fight the watchers. the existence of those details do not matter for the theory. focus on the important parts.

you cannot remove the suppress malz has. that said it cannot stay as it is. since it make him an instant target in teamfights he should get some tankiness buff during the potential duration. What i mean is that if the ability duration uninterupted is 2.5 sec than the buff shoudl last 2.5 sec, regardless if he keeps channeling or not.

: Well if you knew he was coming you could have just left. But yeah, here's some advice for playing against Shaco. 1. lvl 9 red trinket. Makes chasing him down a breeze, makes his teamfight useless, and does a great job of clearing the wards and traps he's got that let him see you when you can't see him. 2. Pink wards. If you can see him coming, you should be able to kill him every time. 3. He's squishy, you're squishy. Whoever blows their load first wins. You both have stealth, but what Shaco doesn't have is skillshots. While you're stealthed, he can't damage you. While he's stealthed, the majority of your damage will still be usable. Use that to your advantage. 4. Specific combo for when you know he's coming: Ult, wait as long as you can or until Shaco's stealth wears off, WE to Shaco, Q. Easy kill. 5. There's a poof of orange smoke when he uses Q that's visible to you even if you don't have wards when he uses it. 6. Invade his jungle. Contrary to popular belief, Shaco's clears after his first one are abysmal. Taking his camps sets him back far. 7. Ward out deep. Shallow wards aren't gonna do much considering he can stealth right by them. The deeper you ward, the better off you are. 8. Play safe. He can't do shit to you if you're under tower. It's not ideal, but if Shaco can't get fed early on, he's gonna lose the game. 9. Interrupting his lvl 1 clear is a great way to make sure he's behind, way less of a threat, and next to useless for the majority of the game. and finally, 10. If you think shaco is about to gank or you saw a blip of him on the map or within your vision just pink ward yourself. Another thing you can do is counter pick him. High burst style champs hurt him pretty bad. If you are adc I'd suggest Graves. Graves is a very strong 1v1 adc. Watch out for his clone, if you're going to kill it kill it with ranged because it does a lot of ap damage.
i play jg mid and top, i i jg i go bruisers or kindred which can deal and invade early game but otherwise it feels useless when it happens to an aly.

i was playing talon mid and he always seemed to kill me faster than i could execute my combo and auto him. when i managed to react adn ult i was generally about quarter health. this happened know he is coming and not knowing.

actually vi and malphite will not be blocked as they are immune to cc during the dash. so sad :(
: The attack point is interesting, as it is the nature of how poppys ability work is that it bounces them out instead of stopping entry. This in turn has some benefits and weaknesses. On one hand the fact that it bounces them off means that it cvs them for a short duration which is always beneficial(I haven't tested but yasuo should be able to ult it) On the other hand because they enter the zone before bouncing out instantaneous things that are cast during the dash (such as lunge{{champion:114}} or reign of arrows{{champion:203}} ) will act as if they were cast from the point inside the barrier
but, should fiora lunge that would hit a vital but is blocked and never approaches it should still hit from the final position rather than the blocked one.

should i really in a game that is advetised as a 5v5 and snowballs are a thing, i need to carry a 4v5 on a regualar basis, and if i dont i get just as hurt as if it was a 5v5. i was not saying to make it so if i have an LEAVER i dont lose lp, alll i asked is that it is taken into account. because i lost my dreams of gold because 8 times in 2 days i had at least 1 LEAVER and after 40 min i just could not manage too deal with the extra body the enemy team had. i once forced a surrender in ranked in a 3v5, and that was not easy, by any means. they could have won all theyt had to do is farm and wait. and that is how you lose a 4v5, the enemy team waits. they dont play too risky and they will win. and for you you have to go out on a limb everytime yoiu try to take anything, and everytime that fails you are 3 steps behind where you would be in a 5v5. so excuse me for no wanting to be punished for losing a 4v5 when im on a series/about to get demoted/any other time. i am not a dimond playing with bronze, im not a god at this game, why do you and riot expect me to win when the odds are stacked against me by my own team on a regular basis.

: When you checked the death recap, what did it say that killed you? Because it could be that you were hit by a Q previously. What order were the abilities from Varus in order from top to bottom. Because you could have also taken minion argo and that could account for the perceived bug. Not trying to be a jerk here I just want to make sure we can exhaust some possibilities.

: That is normal from what I recall. They react the same way like {{champion:17}} Shrooms. You can use the sweeper trinket and reveal them, but they will still function like normal if you get too close.

: The problem with tanks being too strong isn't their ability to do damage, it is their ability to do so much damage while being almost impossible to kill. It isn't as abuseable in competitive play as players there will usually give those champions the respect they deserve, but in solo queue it is a huge problem because those champions will steamroll the other team without being able to be killed. This will also be the reality of competitive play if the tanky champion gets fed as well, hence the nerfs. As for Vayne, she is a problem more so because people play against her wrong. Unlike most champions, a few kills for her will offset a poor laning phase and she can do it by outplaying poor plays done by a winning team. This is more so because one of her weak points is her laning phase and she is VERY item dependent to do damage compared to some other ADC's. Once she is ahead in lane, unless she makes a mistake she shouldn't lose to her counterpart ADC unless it is a burst ADC early game or {{champion:119}}, though a stun into a wall should guarantee her victory.
my issue was not with the fact that tanks need more damage it was primarily on lack of itemization counter play and how the game favors damage, even on tanks over tankyness and utility. the point was not vayne. that was a context to the metaphore. and i could use alot of damage dealers to give context but that one is the simplest to show.

first thing first the majority of player play a form of blind pick, where you have no countering. we have what you brought and you dont always have burst. second, the loss of 1500 gold is if you only have one item randuins omen, do the math. third, burst is not always applied at the same time, giving sustain holes in which to stop it. all im saying is that there is no item for non dps mages to use to prevent such healing. lastly that was just a jab at the fact that not all counterplay is shit, and this is not a post about math, this is a post of i've done the numbers here is the conclusion, if you want the numbers ask.
