Wouldn't mind it if I didn't see it 3-4 times in the same match by different people. People just building rapid cannon + shrink + rage blade on a Tristana and putting her in the back. Unless you build assassin to counter it your team is going to get the shrink which isn't enjoyable. People also don't have to build gunslinger to abuse it because its that good.
: Bring back the uniqueness that old runes provided
The old rune pages was pretty cool and complex and it was very unique. I had a total of 2 rune pages, 1 for AP and one for ad, but I also had to change it up by going flat armor when I was jungling or scaling magic resistant against a ap laner. Very Strategic. Did i also mention how I stopped playing Hecarim all together because I didn't have 3 Quint speed runes and didn't want to grind IP for it. The unique thing about my rune pages is that it didn't really matter but I had a really cool Razor Quint rune from a free promotion and 2 Halloween quints one had a pumpkin on it.

Can imagine teams piling anyone that gets taken to the death realm and brought back depending on who is winning. To what teams would do in the situation is likely based on fed or not factor.

It would save the time and effort it would take to dodge normally for people but the issue with this is that you normalize dodging. So people that wouldn't normally would start and those that already would more frequently do such. However, Lol has a Surrender button, might as well add a dodge button as people do it anyway regardless if there is a button or not.

I find the reasons you prefer league over Dota questionable and mostly opinionated. Not saying that one is better over the other. Its just that the reasons you give feel pretty opinionated. For example I don't see what you mean by creative ways to control minion waves. You either hit them, don't hit them, or leave the lane based on if your wave is pushing or not. I personally feel weird seeing your 3rd opinion because it also serves additional benefits and depth. It teaches supports how to last hit, allow for last hitting mind games for both sides, and additional benefits while maintaining wave control. Also going back anytime you want you can do this in Dota its called a Tp scroll, you can do much more with it besides that as it acts like {{summoner:12}}, you can't tp back to base anytime you want though because it has a cooldown per use but going back in such a short amount of time isn't ideal in either game. First reason is also somewhat bias as a lot of the changes in Lol have been to make the game less passive. Lol feels that way because it doesn't really do anything to show that your opponent got a gold from a kill so that feeling isn't as noticeable. Also competitive Lol from what I watch is very passive as the capability of outplaying is impossible unless the enemy outright screws up. I am just pointing these out as your thoughts seems pretty opinionated in general and you should consider why certain changes were made as you listed quite a bit of stuff you want out without giving much reason to them individually.

The idea makes me wonder what effect he would have in mid or bot lane if given this change. Blind would be more effective at deterring ranged foes in general and would deter skill shots while blinded. But melee champs could just beat the crap out of Teemo without the blinding affect. Teemo would either have to shift lanes but would be outclassed by the better poke unless additional things get tweaked but by that point its just a rework.

People back then complained that his old ultimate was pretty trash in terms of cc and you would just be a giant damage sponge after the initial bounce. I have initiated before using that ulti only to be ignored and beaten to a pulp once my team died. In a time where tanking was high and damage wasn't as high, now it would just mean you would die very quickly. New Zac has much more control and your impact is much better overall. Being able to pick from quick cc to literally dragging enemies away is great and I wouldn't ask for a revert because so. But in the same sense that control also is what limit him stat wise at the moment. His kit is considered somewhat loaded atm and you can feel his tankiness suffers because of it.

I don't see why it needs to be limited as if they need exclusive content for content creators they can just keep the same thing. They recycled medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick from friend referral to honor system. Unchained Alistair and Riot Girl Tristana where just taken out of the system and could easily be put back in for streamers. Would actually like some more interesting exclusives being presented like for TF2 has the Saxxy for people who win the Saxxy Awards they wouldn't be limited of course but would be a achievement for those who own it. If they want to limit stuff they should prob give it a year or something before locking it away for good. A month seems pretty short for this kind of exclusive content and was pretty under the radar for most people. I don't mind exclusive content just as long as the system implemented is fair. That being said not all content creators are created equally and some would abuse this system to get some quick cash. Riot could prob find their own system of doing this so they could keep it from being abused but I don't think they have something atm.

Had a game against 1 recently, he fed like crazy but was forcing sum1 on our team to be on constant watch for him. He manage to destroy like 4-5 towers doing it despite being constantly patrolled whenever he appeared. Its manageable but really annoying in terms of pressure despite his constant feeding. Won the game because he decided to push when down two teammates with me and my jungler still up. Wouldn't mind this type of play style if it wasn't so strong with the amount of feeding it had in it. Weirdest thing about it was that I went 18-4 around 190 creep kills only to get a A rank.

Weird that they are having exclusive giveaway recolors even though they refunded a bunch of limited skins for purchase a couple years back so they could resell them as seasonal. There are skins that are limited for one reason or another, at least this doesn't look like its going to be limited and even if it is its only a recolor of a skin. My only problem with this is giving streamers who could be reselling them behind their back or rigging things to be in friends favor. Streamers aren't the most honest of people and some are willing to throw others under a bus for some quick cash.

As a person who likes playing support fiddlesticks, sustain hurts my poking strategy and as most sustain champs are also ranged pokers they can out poke me and ruin the effectiveness of my crow bounces. Fiddlesticks can only fear 1 person at a time so you might be too deep if your adc can't support you with damage. If i'm at full health, over level 6, and look like i'm heading back to base, I prob trying to yolo ulti you. Also warding the bush i'm hiding in at level 6 keeps me from yolo ulting in. I like melee ranged tank supports as I can poke them easily and fear them away when they plan to go in. They tend to hug their adc which makes crow bounces more successful. In these situations you need to pull me at the right time or wait for a gank to pull in.

You don't often see a dying game because by that point you are already gone. Dying games die without a sound as by that time the game has lost their population of players. Approach velocity also allows you to move faster towards impaired allies which makes it more of a utility rune. Ingenious hunter also requires you to take bounties in-order to benefit from the cool down reduction bounty system makes it more of a Domination rune. You forgot to mention the parts of the abilities that make them part of the path they are in. They could modify already existing runes to be added to additional paths but it seems they would need to make sure balancing for stacking types of runes doesn't get out of hand. Wouldn't mind if they added some copies into different paths though.

{{champion:1}} {{champion:17}} Kit seems really outdated, gets destroyed by anyone with mobility, has to be like this because ultimate is considered too strong, can't be changed too much as considered somewhat iconic. {{champion:254}} {{champion:427}} {{champion:102}} {{champion:72}} Rarely seen or played because limited to mostly jungle only role, too many champions do what this champion does but with more damage and/or with more mobility. There can be a lot said for other champions and more specific stuff but wanted to keep it short.

Champions having overlapping gameplay/gamestyles is going to lead to a limited pool in general. The diverse roster in reality is pretty limited if you really look at it. Name a champion that has a dash, cc, a shield, and a aoe ability. You can prob name around 20 or so champions with ease that fill this criteria because it was a meme back then for new champions being pumped out during the time. The meta generally revolves around who has the better stats because the lines of uniqueness is generally blurred into just numbers at the end of the day.

As a person that use to spend RP on skins, I have had no interest in purchasing any more RP since you can get skins for free. No point as a person who is going to play the game enough to get chests and keys for free. I don't like the orange nerf but can't blame them as the system prob made some people stop purchasing Rp.

Not sure if you can consider paladins card system successful. Some card choices compliment play styles but most of the time it seems to force a single role just because the benefits for other roles aren't as strong or available. The Epic card system are a crutch for some of their characters and force a specific gimmick because of it (Street Justice). A card system could work but I think you need to consider the various roles champions have and tailor it specifically to each one so they don't just get forced into a single role. Other problems with cards is that they have too much customization capability. They have 20 cards each with able to be upgraded to 5 but you can only spend a total of about 15 points and must pick 5 cards. Some of those abilities are health adjustments, others are for additional ammo, some are free reloads based on ability use. While it might be ok in paladins who has around +20 characters. In a game with +140 champions having to know what your enemy pick can be hell. Cant really make certain plays in Lol if you can't tell tell what passive abilities and in general looking up and knowing what passive abilities someone has would get tedious every game. I think a more specifically tailored system would be better but I think the customization should be limited. I think if anything they should take the epic card system, chop the choices down to a champion's specific role, and add stat buffs/ability modifications to those roles.

I don't know why E needs to be a empowerment as the R and W affect appear to be the same. A empowerment should offer a unique affect that benefits the already existing abilities. Also I don't think aoes would encourage hitting. Its also sort of her unique ability that one ability you point to that no one else really has (ultimate reminds me too much of Warwicks old R/Dashes with cc isn't anything new) and you put it on 1/3rd of her abilities. The W new ability affect and function seems similar to Camille's Hookshot offensively except its a illaoi Harsh Lesson? I know you need some form of cc to keep on enemies these days but not sure if this is the way to do it if you want to keep her unique. Just my take on it. It needs more change to be considered a rework and sort of seems in-between a rework and a buff.
: A case for Ohmwrecker: What can be done with this item?
I think the ability is nice but it doesn't work because most of its potential use is for early game which it never really gets to see. Perhaps they could do something similar to stopwatch with the ability and perhaps give the Ohmwrecker a additional ability that can be used on your own buildings or destroyed buildings. Some ideas I thought of include rebuilding destroyed buildings to a partial state, summoning a mini inhibitor, and building a teleporter to a tower (mini teleport). Another idea is that is called the Ohmwrecker which makes it sound like its a siege weapon of some sort. Possibly add some ability to damage towers by x amount or flat out destroy them if they are under a threshold (like Ziggs satchel).

There isn't much room for counter play when the opponent has the lead at a high level of play because the capability of a comeback relies greatly on opponent mistakes. This isn't anything new the game's competitive scene has generally been like this for a long time and the idea that games are won based on the first 10-20 mins at a competitive level is why there is this turtling spectacle. My guess is Riot is depending on junglers to pull off those early game brawls to bring in people to actually watch their tournament. They want more variety in terms of these types of assassin junglers (_Graves_) and that is why they are buffing Kha zix. They cant opt for more item complexity nor game changing abilities to lessen the turtling mentality of pro play or else they are treading in Dota 2's territory.

Having a 4 3 and 2 one seems just lazy and repetitive. They should of removed 4 and 3 aug mission and put a complete onslaught for 1 mission and pick something more interesting for the other. Also there is this meta game of sabotaging missions by picking 5 aug which only shows how messed up these missions are.
: There was nothing wrong with the last Runes + mastery system
Neither system is better to be honest. But you have to be a fool if you liked the old rune system or blinded my nostalgia for old Lol. Old runes were just stats and some champions needed specific runes to be played without feeling gimped. Junglers needed flat defense, Jax abused dodge runes when they were a thing, Hec needed speed runes to benefit fully from his passive and being counter/countered on the rune page. So if I was playing against a Rumble top, I could switch to flat magic resist for the lane advantage. I myself just kept flat def yellows, scaling magic blue, flat ad reds, and 2 Halloween event + monster energy drink glyph if you want a idea of how diverse they were. Runes also cost IP which means you pigeonholed yourself into using a few runes or using a few champions. Also there were 3 levels of runes so new players choose between buying no runes till they reach the level to buy level 3 runes or spend more IP on level 1 or 2 runes and being short on IP to spend on champions. Old runes were so bad in fact that Blizzard backed off implementing something similar in HOTS because of the backlash they got. Mastery system is mostly just free stats with the last parts of the tree offering a gimmick (but mostly just free stats). New rune system is similar just that the runes you pick all have some gimmick that need to be satisfied before you get free stats permanently or temporary. At least now you can tell what exactly your opponent pick and work around them.

In the situation where one is forced to use cc to stop someone it can be considered bad design. Being forced to force something to literally stop means something in the opposing kit is too strong to handle otherwise. Though nothing is really considered this broken and the general idea of countering with cc is a sort of a easy way out of explaining a real counter. If cc counters anything specifically it would be channeling abilities. Cc in Lol is generally minimal at most anyway and the reality is you are just delaying your opponent (very few exceptions).

He has to line up the shot with the minion and its pretty telegraphed when it does it as he generally has to angle the minion between you and himself. Standing to the side of the minions makes the telegraph more easily noticeable. Also baiting his E by pretending to go in to hit/last hit a creep helps out too. The slow/armor reduction does seem overloaded a bit but he needs it to land his Q more reliably and putting the slow aspects in his w would prob be too telegraphed. Armor reduction is prob for more oomph for his other abilities.

Hes one of the few champs that is pretty lack luster in versatility. He singed knock ups, slows, and Frenzy and/or thunderclaps. You can reverse order of first 2 and last 2 depending on order. Think his passive has more depth as you can determine when to all in or not based on it. If they really want to do something about it a idea I have revolves around his roar being a switched out with a deploy-able totem that only he can interact with with his other abilities for specific interactions. Hes technically a shaman in his lore (old one maybe not sure bout new one).

This champion seems to require quite a bit of skill in my opinion. But I do agree that the bubble traverse wall distance needs to be standardized!! And I do agree that the new champs are starting outpace the older ones.

You make some good points but I just want to clarify some points. 1) Only applies to team fights/botlane, mid lane can't depend on teamplay from a jungler constantly. The Q is actually being countered not the bubble. Any one who wakes the foe up deals the bonus damage from the bubble and in a team fight that will occur. Even if it doesn't that is 2 seconds of doing nothing during a team fight. 2) You are a sitting duck once you go into sleep and unless you have a spammable dash and are already far enough to be out of range of a flash or R you are going to get hit (unless the Zoe misses). Shielding is a counter though it still hurts as you are taking the combo. 3) True. But depends on how Zoe engages it. If she R into a combo she gets back to safety. If she R away to get distance on her Q she is close range. The first means she cant use her passive and passive on her w. The second is 4) Yes but it also makes for easy escape depending how use use it. Actually I think her full combo is too spammable is the issue. It really reminds me of Nidalee spears back in the day except its like landing a 0 damage spear hits allows you to set up a second spear that does twice the damage. I think players should be focused on just landing the Q more then having to set up with the bubble to land it.

You prob needed to end early to win as Vayne and Yas can get hard to deal with late game in-comparison to other champs. You also need to take towers and objectives early so games doesn't last as long. Ping to bring your team out to help if they don't normally.

Not only would be they using the same content but it would be a pain to know you bought one of those skins for rp when you could get it for ip. Why can't they just make new limited skins or re-skins of limited skins instead of being lazy and reusing old skins. If they re-skin the limited skins that prob would work out best in the long run. Why does a skin you cant have is considered "Ha ha, you can't have this since you weren't here this long". They are just skins at the end of the day I don't care as much as you do about this sort of thing as I don't own them either and don't see it the same way. Why do you want every skin to be "oh I bought it from the store/got it from a capsule" it makes everything boring if you make everything like that.

I prob don't own any of the skins they would add to the limited pot why anyone arguing in defense of limited stuff should stay limited is considered a snowflake. Why are you ok with hand me downs that are devalued anyway instead of something new are you? Wouldn't you rather ask for a new skin or a reskin instead?

If you own the skin and play the game but never use the skin, your opinion doesn't count. Only people who own these skins and actively use them have the right to criticize Riot, but the problem is that is no one. In my years of playing League I have never seen anyone use the urfwick skin, not even 1 single time .

Think it would be better if they made a reskin like that have done with other limited skins as it is a cool skin but Id added too much fluff to my original post and now people are thinking of this as a A or B type of thing when i'm suggesting there should be a C option that no one else sees.
