Yes there should be strong healing reduction, but not 100%. Its far too easy to apply these buffs to an entire team. With their strength added to the fact these items are bugged, its beyond op. The healing reduction can sometimes just not wear off for some reason, and i suspect it causes GA to revive with 0 hp on occasion.

It isn't RNG which Zephyr uses to pick a unit. I'm told it picks similar to a blitz hook, and by positioning/counter-positioning, you can keep your draven from getting hit.

I've never seen anyone surrender in TFT. I have however seen people get no items through rocks and just sell everything to open and leave the game.

Five could very easily sell your "real" units that are a core part of your team. Additionally part of the challenge is balancing which champions you are going for/ who you are actually trying to 3-star. Nine isn't so much a problem with the game. There are ways the work around the rng/levels to ensure you get more T(1-5) units. The higher the level you are the higher chance of getting higher tier units, but lower the chance of getting the t1 units. Ten really could be added to the game and it wouldn't bother me, but trying to combine those champions later could become strange to the player and, in my opinion, adds a little bit of decision to the carousel round.

I'm not sure about the gold option, because if you econ right and all in right after rocks, you can have 5 three star units far too easily. I do like and option after a minion wave, though giving a player a chance at a up to (1 item early, or 2-3 from wolves) from the minions in addition could be cool. I like the RNG aspect myself, but it makes the games decided 5 minutes in too often. As a side note, the armor/health/ and mr items aren't entirely without use and if built into a dragon claw/ PD can turn your frontline into an immortal wall.

Yeah a fair number of games are decided by someone with double or triple the item count as everyone else. You don't even need any synergy at that point - just throw some items on whoever and you win. The people saying "Git gud!" or that items don't matter clearly haven't played much of the game (or have been playing against people who waste their items on something like a shiv varus)

in a post by riot they say that "In some regions, (NA,EUW/N, KR, VN, TW, LAN and LAS) TFT’s missions and client hub will be enabled one week after the mode is released. We want to be sure that the missions and beta pass are functioning as intended. We don’t want you to think you’ve completed missions to get your free Little Legend only to have them break. Once we’re confident that everything is working, we’ll get the pass and missions to all regions. Note: you will not earn progress towards the free “Beta Pass” until this system is up and running. This means that your free Little Legend, emotes, icon, and board skin will be delayed." It seems we will be likely to obtain a little legend from a quest, though how much you can level is doubtful.

When you receive a threat online, if you really fear for your life, you can report the player to the game company (obviously) but I also recommend you contact the police. Granted, I only recommend getting the police involved if you seriously fear for your life or that the aggressor will act on their threats. This is from US law, but Code 875 states that: §875. Interstate communications (a) Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any demand or request for a ransom or reward for the release of any kidnapped person, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both. : I had just ended a game and i'm just waiting on the main screen when a message pops up saying this "There was a problem patching League of Legends. We'll restore a backup version and try updating again after you restart the patcher.", so i press the restart button and this message comes up "We have restored this installation to an older version of League of Legends. Now we'll try to patch it up to the latest version." once the login page reopens, i click and it immediately puts the original message back on the screen so I press restart again and the same thing happens in a loop, i don't understand the problem and i need a solution please. I am using a mac (pretty sure that's important).
The same exact story is going on with me. I don't use a mac.

1 year later... I am now experiencing this issue ever since 7.13. The client randomly freezes as said above, but I can play the game perfectly fine - if I can get in. The game freezes during the champ select screen and lasts anywhere from 5 to 40 seconds. This is enough time to force you to dodge :(
