: This may surprise you but Savagery is already a super strong mastery for tank junglers. A lot of tank junglers actually have high level 1 attack speeds. Maokai, while not strictly a jungler is actually tied for the highest level 1 attack speed. Sejuani and Sion follow quite closely behind him and with the exception of Naut, Kench, Rammus, Cho and Mundo all jungleable tanks are above the standard .625 base attack speed. That's before mentioning that many tanks have an auto attack reset to help proc the mastery. That's not to say this is a bad idea, just that from the tank side that mastery's already one of the best in it's tree.

Despite all the benefits of the amazing dynamite queue that riot has bestowed upon us, the only two times that I've queued with players that were higher ranked than myself, I ended up against 3/10 of the top 10 challenger players yet I've never even hit masters. Sure it's fun to play with your friends but is it really a game when you get stomped in 10 minutes by Eveloken, Keane and his challenger team? In soloQ I'd at least have a chance to get them on my team but in DQ, there would be absolutely zero chance if I queued with my friends. Now I'm pretty much only playing solo in DQ and playing on my smurf with friends, which in turn boosts their MMR artificially. something something small sample size but the problem still exists where players can get placed higher than where they belong. I can get 3 of my diamond/master friends on their smurfs and easily boost a silver player into plat/diamond, where he will feed endlessly. He himself knows he doesn't belong there but can reach that rank and get the appropriate rewards thanks to this broken system. This happened in the old solo/duo system too but there would be absolutely no party boosting in soloq.

If the adc buys more life steal or mr then this damage becomes negligible and just counters out the life steal itself. Note I did not add any BotRK damage here because this build does not include one since they only have 20% life steal, 350 ad (IE, PD, BT, LW, boots), and a 50% chance to crit. With BotRK thornmail becomes laughable and the tank just gets melted at this point which is why a full build adc will always beat a full build tank with a few exceptions of tanks that were MADE to counter adcs just like certain adc's counter tanks themselves. So please tell me how attacking a thornmail is taking 50-60% of your life bar when at BEST it's taking only a third of it?

So lets dissect the OP. 1) adc is a skill match up remove crit so we can have a true test of skill right clicking and whoever has the most AD wins. 2) Crit is the only aspect of luck in league, Rawr we dumpstered you in lane, had nothing to do with our jungler ganking 12 times by 20 minutes I AM JUST BETTER THAN YOU I HAVE MAD SKILLZ, had nothing to do with the luck of having a far superior jungler assigned to my team at random! So lets be honest huge part of this game is luck beyond crit, and right clicking as adc isnt really very skillfull, and the inequalities in kits makes it even more absurd to suggest the match ups can be resolved by skill. But hey keep trying to inflate your ego bro you only lost because of a lucky crit! it couldnt be that your build had more striaght AD and the other person invested into crit so you appeared to be winning until law of averages of their build added a crit to their dmg output.

This implies several things A: you're not an ADC main, your champion pool as an adc consists of X<3 champs B: Your knowledge of ADC builds is limited C: Your understanding how champions benefit from certain items over others, too is limited. On this meta with the only exception of Kalista, there are 3 starting large items these are {{item:3031}} ,{{item:3153}} {{item:3078}} . these signify the 3 groups of ADC's IE ADCS :High Damage AA's, they scale better of more AD than AS or SD BOTRK ADCS: these champions benefit from high AS most but still require some damage TRIFORCE ADCS: these champions cast large amounts of spells, allow them to weave spells in between AA's, the increased Mana pool and MS from Triforce benefits them greatest. WHY THIS DIFFERENTIAL IS IMPORTANT: these champions cannot simply switch from one item to another as their primary item, and doing so will result in a loss against a champion that already relies on this as their primary TO BE NOTED: some champions DO use the other primaries as secondary, however NONE of the IE Prim's use another primary as their secondary. WHAT THAT MEANS: I.E. is an incredibly strong item that almost ALL adc's benefit from. WHAT THAT MEANS WHEN I SAY WHAT THAT MEANS: that even the tank bustin BOTRK users still need crit to bust tanks. WHAT THAT... you get it already BOTRK is not a perfect solution as you STILL need crit for tanks... WHAT I FEEL I actually don't like crit myself HOWEVER i do still appreciate the value. Here's an idea for crit, make it so there is a small window to click as you wind up your attack when you can proc a crit. Building more attack speed will make it harder to crit often, but having a lower attack speed will let you crit more often and hit harder. I think I'll make a thread on this later.
