I started playing at the start of S3. {{champion:51}} {{champion:99}} had ALWAYS been a nightmare bully lane...... ALWAYS. And I do agree mages are a little strong (I feel a burst mage should still do 70-80% with a FULL combo to a squishy and have to play around thier cds or die to a marksman while everything is down. Assassins should do 100% with thier combo but outright die if they can't get in/be weak to poke. Tanks should laugh at mages and assassins but die to adcs over like 10 seconds while NOT being able to kill a squishy in under that time. And adcs should be tank crushers and either dodge and win against mages or get poked out, and just be weak to assassins in general)

This is something that has been in at least as long as I've been playing. EVERY skillshot in the game has a balloon at it's furthest range.... When out hits max range, it flares out to find targets.... People still get caught constantly... Go watch high elo players.. At that range they would walk forward and towards the wall to escape the balloon..... Take this info and pass it on in 20 seconds when someone else screams about getting hit by a max range skillshot: they are intentionally coded that way to make the max range ones more rewarding. Learn from it, learn the range and walk straight out of the balloon ( if the max range is behind you, walk forward).

Yeah really... What's with the "unpopular opinion" format?.... Kinda a meme now... True unpopular opinions: Cloud Strife was a shit character badly designed that was a black mark on a really good game and didn't become a legitimate hero until after Advent Children and Crisis Core. Assassins and rogues are the most innately unhealthy thing in competitive games... If they do thier job well, the enemy just dies... If not.... They just die... Either way, someone is having 0 fun. Operation Raccoon City was actually an enjoyable game (I love re but never enjoyed either the tank controls or the 3rd person shooter). And four eyes was a unique but not overloaded kit (like Lupo or Bertha) that made the game even more fun. There are some truly unpopular opinions.

Dunno why but people always list lazily to the left while the thing is on its way..... I snipe with {{champion:222}} w insanely well {{champion:45}} w unless they are stuck (delay really makes it rough) {{champion:74}} e... Used to be worse when it was the molasses ball but I still can't hit it. {{champion:555}} r... For the love of God I cannot stick this thing ever..... Kinda liberal here but I can't ever get secondary targets with {{champion:64}} or {{champion:18}} r In teamfights... I can never ever get {{champion:26}} or {{champion:10}} r on the target I want.... It ALWAYS hits that fat {{champion:31}} or {{champion:14}} instead of that almost dead carry... {{champion:1}} r since they last nerfed the range like a year and a half ago... I'm still muscle memory with its range further out and they kite out the short range Not that I miss but if I e in on {{champion:81}} and try to wq someone... Q ALWAYS hits first then the w after the aa so I have to stick around to proc it... I blame this on {{champion:7}} wq combo timing {{champion:30}} q for the love of God.... The pop takes so long....

Being 4v5 means yes, move on... Ff and go.... If it was 5v5 than your ONE hope is to outlast the enemy... To let your hyper carry scale up and do work... But that is a long tedious grind from behind if you are evenly skilled and a coin flip if you are weaker players.... And the 4v5 negates any potentialyour carries have because while a 6 item {{champion:67}} is better than a 6 item anyone on thier team... They have an extra 6 items on that 5th you are lacking...

{{champion:555}}'s execute should NEVER be compared to {{champion:31}} or {{champion:122}}. They have true damage ults that happen to have indicators (not sure about {{champion:122}} ). {{champion:555}} has a true execute... Not bonus damage, not just true damage, it outright kills you below a certain threshold. The only other champion with a true execute is {{champion:6}}. And I do get why Riot made the two different... {{champion:6}} faces champs that stack health so his needs to be %max hp based.. {{champion:555}} is SUPPOSED to be facing squishes so by the time they hit that 20%, one aa would kill then anyways.... I believe the balancing issue comes in the reset (which have always been a sore spot amongst the players), and gold share (which takes a uniquely powerful ult and overbudgets it). All this said, I gave up on {{champion:555}} .... I can't land that ult most of the time... People move out during casts, heals, had a Galio hp regen tick him back above thresholds and my ult did like 20% of his remaining hp.... Then I died.

They can still incentivize champions purchases by leaving in the affect on reroll speed owning more champions gives you (plus the mastery thing). Opening up the roster doesn't hurt their profits at all since you can't target who you want and more players would want to get more champions so they can earn mastery and get rerolls faster. One of my best friends owns less then a dozen champions.. I own every champion.. The champion pool I enjoy playing is considerably bigger than his, but guess who gets who they WANT to play more, by a large margin?

Just feel I need to point this out: Slice allows the use of dice for 4 seconds, chompers lasts for 5. Slice cd starts lower but ends higher then chompers (and is usually prioritized over chompers in ranks). So in your average scenario as listed, chompers ensures {{champion:58}} loses his gap closer.... He will have a 3-7 second window to engage again with chompers down...... In about 10 seconds.. Jinx had that long to kite an immobile bruiser that is far, far, FAR behind her in terms of items and stats.... Jinx drops chompers on her own feet... She will win with those kdas unless {{champion:58}} is 100+ cs over her......

I'll point out... E is aoe with two charges(unless you whiff). Putting the shield break on that would be INCREDIBLY bad for teamfights. If you suggest "make it only remove from the first target hit, or first champion hit" then you have effectively removed his armor shred AND replaced it with a 90% useless teamfight skill. It NEEDS to be on w because that is the long cooldown and only single target basic skill Renekton has.

I've been of the opinion that they need two rotating game modes that stay unlocked at all times One for the pve modes: Doom bots, Odessy, and star guardians... Changes weekly One for the massive amount of pvp modes: Urf, arurf, OFA, hexakill, blood moon, project, butcher bay, dark star, nexus siege, nexus blitz, nemisis.... Rotating daily (probably with a bias to make blood moon and project up less since those modes were less popular. Or at least let us make any of these in custom!!

They aren't talking execution as inn scales with missing health... They are taking literally dead below a point. I agree that Jinx/Veigar is as much an execute as Darius and Garen though. And Cho might as well be Urgot and Pyke since there is a clear visual indicator for the death ranged.

But if you stay near your tentacles you'll get a fresh one when he ults and your passive procs. I think Riot MEANT for him to counter the champions that rely on spawns. Yes he craps on you if you go hard early, but I think that was his intention. Just like Yasou craps on numerous champions if they throw out multiple projectiles at once (like Ahri banking on a charm).

Since Morde's ult checks for it's target twice, you can negate the ult with anything that makes you untargetable AFTER he uses his ult but before you get ported. {{champion:67}} {{champion:518}} {{champion:35}} {{champion:15}} {{champion:121}} {{champion:62}} {{champion:56}} (possibly {{champion:114}} ) can all innately NOPE a Morde ult without items at all... Though Vayne and Kha have to ult to do so. Unsure if troll pole, blood pool, ice prison, or Zhonya's can be used to negate it though. Also unsure if unstoppable would work.. If it does, {{champion:516}} and {{champion:14}} are immune too.

I had actually done a hybrid of Akali and Leblanc that was terrifying to think about. Akali's passive and e, LB's q, w, and r. Would get bonus damage for leaving the ring when Lb's q is already outside ring range... And with Akalis e for mobility you could do disgusting things. Like q, aa to proc passive, e to detonate q, e again to proc passive.... And you still have w and r up....
: You're not entirely wrong but there is way more to it than that. Pushing a lane in means more than just opening yourself up to be ganked. There are a lot of benefits to it. It makes it harder for the enemy laner to CS or to roam, and it opens you up to help in a jungle fight or to roam, pressuring other lanes and the enemy jungle. And if you are attracting lots of jungler attention, put out wards so you see them coming, or organize a countergank. It's not this so-called "turret humping" that is losing games, it's a lack of map awareness. And yes your team's jungler CAN be involved too.
I feel "turret humping" a good term for not making plays or roaming/helping the jungler... Or even warding.... It just sounds like someone mindlessly shoving the wave without vision and without any plans on how to push that advantage. And if they are at 40-50% while the enemy is full, then they took A LOT of poke to shove.

She's a highly mobile, incredibly versatile AD assassin with, wall jump mobility, tenacity proof cc as well as stun, and invisibility..... To be honest, her wave clear looks weaker than Talon or Zed.... And that's it.... She has the best part of their kits with cc sprinkled in to make her able to jungle....

I like the 50%... So you get hit, slowed and the second hit that's much harder to dodge is fatal... Items could increase range , cdr, hp regen, maybe allow you to survive the second hit barely... Extra slow...
