I don't think any ap poke builds are low-key. I see more ap Kai'sa than I do ad or even hybrid. I only see ap Shyv anymore.... Non-ap Nasus is a god-damned unicorn..... Feels amazing when you have an ap assassin, two poke mages and two "bruisers" building full ap so that Galio, Kassadin and Mundo walk over your team post 10 minutes

: Healing on ARAM isn't really worth it for any healer besides Soraka and that's only when she has 3000HP and Warmongs. What makes them OP is self healing as others can't back to heal. Simple solution, reduce ALL healing by 33% (not just ally healing by 50%). This will keep Vlad, Aatrox, Illoai and Warmong users in check (as Warmong's will heal 33% slower).
This would also hit the passive regen of {{champion:86}} {{champion:36}} {{champion:223}} {{champion:555}} and {{champion:28}} as well. I've found all of these champs work to great effect as simply poke sponges early game making that {{champion:99}} or {{champion:101}} go oom before everyone hits 6.

You might be cursed... Learned long so I cannot win a game where I play {{champion:90}}. My stats are great on him (good kda, cs and damage dealt)... My winrate is 0% over about 15ish games.

LB at least has a far more dynamic playstyle, where you have to consider your positioning, how you use your ult and how you get away from danger.
^^^ {{champion:7}} is actually effective at multiple levels of play. All the way from beginners to pros. She is also decently well represented as her pick rate isn't "mains only." I love LB.. She's my main mid. Visually, she's bland and her voice lines could use an update. But she id's much less a priority than many other champions, and her gameplay isn't busted but isn't useless either (which is where most champs want to be)

I've already heard of this concept awhile ago, and i'm not a fan of it. Plant stuff on the ground is not a skarner thing. Especially if it's going to be the same flawed concept taking an item slot. I want a passive that stays on skarner without gimmicks.
How would a passive giving him his attack and move speed burst for 5 seconds upon doing damage to any large monster, epic monster, tower, inhibitor, or champion who has dealt damage to one of those in the last 5 seconds work? I think it still shoehorn him into the jungle because it won't proc in lane unless you are at a turret (your's or thier's). And it would give him the passive even if the enemy is attempting to zone him from baron or dragon as long as he could hit any of them instead. It would allow Skarner to be really useful in counter siege as well as proccing it and sniping a carry would be easier than it currently is. Unsure about aram though.... As the objectives on that map are much more sparse.... Could still work though.

{{champion:7}} got reverted because their fix to her double distortion combo was to remove 80% of distortion's damage. This put her from 100% pick/ban EVERYWHERE to a healthy % of play and winrate in the highest echelons of play... And a horrid winrate below plat..... She fell into the 30s for winrate iirc. The entire trick to delayed burst at that point was a fast double distortion to set up the passive then **back out** and fire off a sigil to detonate it all.(all this ended by any point and click cc or right click burst) She was a aoe assassin that in practice died before getting any damage off... That's why they went back to the single target burst and Riot have just balanced her off distortion since.

Honestly, I loved watching games during the bot diversity meta the most...... I find Ziggs cancerous and I hate Yasuo inn every way conceivable..... But I enjoyed watching {{champion:115}} {{champion:74}} {{champion:8}} {{champion:50}} {{champion:157}} in not lane. I like watching {{champion:37}} + {{champion:44}} or the {{champion:86}} + {{champion:350}} EU craze right now.... Not because they are flashy(they are indeed the opposite of flashy), but because they are ingenious changes to the meta. I've forever wished any champion hitting 34% play presence in pro would be disabled for pro play for a smash number of games.... I feel their rules and their balance should new different than the general populace because the games and tactics are very different. Give me my adcs junglers (not the standard ones), my dual bruiser bot lanes, my mid tanks and caster tops.... I love seeing the standard change and change often (just keep one tactic from being literally the only viable one). I miss second iteration dual Masamune top lane {{champion:44}} beater.... Farm under turret until tear is stacked then catch everyone by surprise as you point and click stun and hit hard... The spike comes so suddenly it's great to watch.

I have one minor knockout if used defensively and a slow... That removes our speed boost away.... Kog caught 3 hooks straight and went right to "this Janna is trash, never stopping this thresh engage or jumping in to help once I'm caught"........ This was early season 6 iirc....

Cc wins ARAM... People echo that it's the tanks... It's not.. It's the cc. My latest game we strangled out the opponents with {{champion:267}} (me) {{champion:40}} {{champion:26}} {{champion:10}} {{champion:63}} We had 0 tankiness and 0 ad... But our disengage and aoe cc was ridiculous. Every time the enemy {{champion:57}} opened up with his ult, I'd return with mine, then our team would stack so only one person got rooted and that person got {{champion:10}} or {{champion:26}} ulted to survive the engage. I've also watched {{champion:23}} wait out the entirety of his ult multiple times in {{champion:25}} snares into one other cc.... Our comp was all engage with no real cc... We got crushed. Biggest stomp I've ever been a part of was a 4v5 where our team was 4 engage heavy bruisers and the enemy was all burst mages and adcs with no good disengage

I've been tinkering with the idea of making champions in ARAM receive a cost increase for casting the same spell multiple times in a row. While this doesn't effect those that cycle spells({{champion:13}} and such, who goes oom anyways), it would effect the spam pokers quite a bit..... {{champion:101}} {{champion:145}} {{champion:115}} {{champion:110}} {{champion:99}} are notorious for holding back most of thier kit and spamming a single long range aoe poke skill. Make them use thier other skills or the mana cost on that one goes up by 10-20% each time. While cc (particularly aoe cc) is what wins ARAM, spam poke is what is the least fun to play into. Even with the damage nerfs, the spam poke will clear waves and shove an opposing team under thier turret for ages.

As to the winning champs, {{champion:420}} is still REALLY good in aram, where her team can protect tentacles, sustain is hard to come by so an e nets good damage your team cannot save you from (a {{champion:201}} can stop almost all the burst from a {{champion:99}} combo AFTER his ally catches a q). And if you go in on her, her ult and passive make her ridiculously tanky in the small map where up to 9 tentacles are often in range. The only patterns I've been able to see is reliable hard cc, particularly aoe cc is godly. Most one sided match I've been in was a 4v5 where my teamwas {{champion:59}} (me), {{champion:5}} (a friend), {{champion:24}} (rando), {{champion:80}} (rando), {{champion:92}} (never showed up to game) versus a comp of 3 adcs, one enchanted and a non cc tank ({{champion:36}} I think).... We ran over them before the 10 minute mark (back in season 4 so damage was lower). We just had the cc and engage that they couldn't peel.

I play ARAM pretty much to the exclusion of other modes. I like the rng forcing people to learn new champions (and the variety helps keep me interested).... But the more I think about it, the less I want the pure toxicity of ranked polluting ARAMs. I say this because it has already tainted normal draft (used to be my favorite mode), and blind pick. Ranked means competitive, this means egos and a meta.... This detracts from playing a game to have fun and makes it about playing to win.... It would spill over from the ranked mode to the normal just as it has on summoner's rift andwould ruin the one mode I still play.

Riot has some absolutely evil characters. Almost ANY shadow isles champion falls under classically evil the way you would expect traditional undead to be evil. It's hard to justify what {{champion:28}} or {{champion:7}} does as anything other than evil.... Eve being chaotic evil and LB being lawful evil. I feel they take a more muted stance on traditional good characters because lawful good has always been a less engaging alignment story wise.

One Sylas taking an ult locks it for others (if it is consistent with how ofa has been in the past). As the bushes share vision it would negate all the bushes. 5 Qiyana ults would work... And suck to get hit by No but they can make it 5 1v1s as it takes the caster and his target only. As Yuumi becomes untargetable, no you couldn't attach to an already attached Yuumi... And I dunno if her attaching would boot you off. Unsure if an attached Yuumi is unique or not... Would be cool but bs at the same time if 4 could attach to 1. Any damage from any Ezreal would proc any w on the target so one hitting with w then another following up would be like Lux popping passive with ult. It would pop and immediately reattach. (I believe this because it does damage first then sets the debuff) Here's the terror... 5 Pykes sharing gold..... As Pyke gets cuts if his ult doesn't kill but is casting as they die...

Sometimes it's merely a matter of lasting long enough. A team off 2 tanks, Morde, Vayne, and Kayle will get shoved hard early but can absolutely stomp after scaling a little. That's what often stops me from surrendering.... Knowing my team outscales thier's early enough to make fighting from the deficit worth it.

Rift walk away as soon as his mace raises. You will outrange his ult before getting pulled in and he loses the cooldown without removing you for more than the ~2 seconds cd on rift walk.

Ranked shouldn't include free week champions( unless as said, ALL champions are unlocked). I feel role based might be an issue... The amount of adcs and control/burst mage queues would far outweigh pretty much everything else. I play aram pretty exclusively, those two types are rarely left in the reroll pool up top (occasionally Lucian or such is)... It's pretty much non-Sona supports and tanks/fighters... Juggernauts get grabbed pretty fast too.

Coolest thing I've seen was a friend playing tank {{champion:57}} mid back in season 3ish. Enemyjungle was {{champion:56}} . For those who didn't play back then, Noc's ultused to be near global.... The range was nuts. And you could target him while he was in flight (was just very hard with lack of vision). My friend went to engage on his lane opponent with arcane shift and wound up grabbing Noc on his way to gank bot. I can only imagine that jungler's face when his 3v2 gank suddenly turned 3v4 because the red jungler counter-ganked too

{{champion:1}} 4th cast e now creates a sizable grounding field around both Annie and Tibbers. (Keeps her immobile but allows her too be a counter to highly mobile champions..... Would rewire reworking q into a skillshot to keep her from being too strong in cc). {{champion:143}} passive plants trend to spawn towards the player's cursor giving you slightly more control over one of the most rng passives in the game (with some scaling and base damage tweaks that could pull her from solely support back towards mid) {{champion:26}} at 18 his passive now gives a time scale boost for a short time ( increases movement speed, cdr and attack speed by a small amount) {{champion:157}} w is monodirectional....(like {{champion:201}} considering it lasts longer and Yasuo can act with his up. Back to instantly blocking projectiles from the intended direction. {{champion:10}} passive for level 6 and level 11 swap places allowing her to be a champion early.. Her 16 passive is split damage instead of true damage so she doesn't just delete everyone late game. {{champion:246}} (not so much to her but qol) howling abyss and twisted treeline now allow Qiyana to get water element near the health relics. {{champion:91}} if e is used in open areas and does not use terrain, Talon leaps a small distance and e is put on cd for 20 seconds (give me a reason to ever take this in aram)

I started playing at the start of S3. {{champion:51}} {{champion:99}} had ALWAYS been a nightmare bully lane...... ALWAYS. And I do agree mages are a little strong (I feel a burst mage should still do 70-80% with a FULL combo to a squishy and have to play around thier cds or die to a marksman while everything is down. Assassins should do 100% with thier combo but outright die if they can't get in/be weak to poke. Tanks should laugh at mages and assassins but die to adcs over like 10 seconds while NOT being able to kill a squishy in under that time. And adcs should be tank crushers and either dodge and win against mages or get poked out, and just be weak to assassins in general)

This is something that has been in at least as long as I've been playing. EVERY skillshot in the game has a balloon at it's furthest range.... When out hits max range, it flares out to find targets.... People still get caught constantly... Go watch high elo players.. At that range they would walk forward and towards the wall to escape the balloon..... Take this info and pass it on in 20 seconds when someone else screams about getting hit by a max range skillshot: they are intentionally coded that way to make the max range ones more rewarding. Learn from it, learn the range and walk straight out of the balloon ( if the max range is behind you, walk forward).

If they didn't call you on your mastery they'd just call you on something else. As the saying goes "haters gonna hate"... Just because it's your mastery they are using doesn't mean it would be ANY better without it being displayed. People using externals would still call you... Others would just use the "kys" style bs.

To be fair, Doublelift plays locked.. Or at least he admitted as much a few years ago. I played unlocked but I use a gaming peripheral... So playing at my friend's house on his wife's pc just really stinks for me

Day by day it seems to favor specific champions... And I mean on any given day I will get the same champion as first or my first reroll 3 times in 6-8 games... Some days this is awesome.... Some.... Not so much

I've never had my champion sniped while rerolling... I airways quick grab it back really fast. And I pretty much only ever aram....

Hhmmm mine are some truly hard to land... Others I'm just VERY bad at {{champion:7}} e... I always w into the enemy and fire the chain randomly off the wrong way...... {{champion:222}} , {{champion:119}} , {{champion:22}} r.... Dunno why but people always list lazily to the left while the thing is on its way..... I snipe with {{champion:222}} w insanely well {{champion:45}} w unless they are stuck (delay really makes it rough) {{champion:74}} e... Used to be worse when it was the molasses ball but I still can't hit it. {{champion:555}} r... For the love of God I cannot stick this thing ever..... Kinda liberal here but I can't ever get secondary targets with {{champion:64}} or {{champion:18}} r In teamfights... I can never ever get {{champion:26}} or {{champion:10}} r on the target I want.... It ALWAYS hits that fat {{champion:31}} or {{champion:14}} instead of that almost dead carry... {{champion:1}} r since they last nerfed the range like a year and a half ago... I'm still muscle memory with its range further out and they kite out the short range Not that I miss but if I e in on {{champion:81}} and try to wq someone... Q ALWAYS hits first then the w after the aa so I have to stick around to proc it... I blame this on {{champion:7}} wq combo timing {{champion:30}} q for the love of God.... The pop takes so long....

I played maybe 6 tft.. Won 1, got second in 1.... Not my cup of tea. I'll stick to my arams and rotating game modes (when they get some again)
