I think it would've been fine that they prioritized scuttle, but making it spawn on a random side after the first two doesn't feel right. I just don't think RNG is good for the game.

I believe if you have the extra funds and you truely love this game and wish to continue playing it then go for it. Every skin bought helps Riot fund championships, fund raisers for charities, or fun events/skins. When you also think about it, you like riven, if you love riven and you do HAVE EXTRA CASH then go for it. It will make every game and experience feel better and more epic imo.

: While I'm all for having a report feature, it's pretty much a necessity for any online interactive game, I'm not too keen on the instant feedback report. While I understand it helps some people feel better about a game that went sour or a bad apple that they played with/against, the skeptic in me feels like there's going to be a subset of people that go on a crusade and abuse the feature solely for the selfsatisfaction of feeling like they hold power over others.

If people could abuse the report button and get an innocent player banned, I'm pretty sure people wouldn't be playing this game.

Apparently Riot makes you play against higher elo enemies and lower elo teammates if you win lots, and if you've lost a bunch you play with better teammates and weaker enemies. In one game I ended up against a Plat 2 mid.

Imo most of the toxicity I see is from players flaming others with less skill. People just need to STOP BEING UNSPORTSMANLIKE. Later they wonder why they got a 14-day ban for flaming someone who's new to ADC or smth.

: Honest question about "shieldbot freelo" supports.
Soraka and Sona I'd say are "true" supports, because when you go to their profile page, their primary role icon would be the support one. For Zyra and Brand's case, their primary role are mages. The mage supports **carry** because they use their damage to help the team get kills, or catch kills when their adc can't ({{champion:99}} {{champion:161}} ) The enchanter (true) supports **get carried** because their champion is made for utility instead of damage, therefore are less likely to take kills. Unless, of course, it's intentional The reason why the poke abilities are maxed first are because of a couple factors: 1. It helps with early pressure 2. In early game, some supports have a high cost for casting a heal/shield, like {{champion:37}} , but it's important for mid-game where roaming is important, and teamfights occur, so that's why some supports will max their shield second. Some supports, have a poke ability that is also their protecting ability, like{{champion:117}} E {{champion:267}} W, so they will max that first because it's damage and utility.
: Don't Attack People Who Are Bad In Normals
Honestly I don't care what people do in norms, so long as they don't rq, flame, or int (like not as in a bad matchup, but like the "u took my cannon minion" type of int) As a support main, I absolutely HATE when a support screams toxicity and BMs too much, forgetting to ward and poke/peel/follow up. People just need to accept that we are humans, and we make mistakes, and hopefully they learn from it.

It's not just creep block sometimes, champions (even ALLIES) can pin you between a wall. Nearly died when my tank stood between my feathers and the wall

I agree. It was because Kai'Sa's v-neck (idk what they called it) didn't fit her character like Evelynn, Elise and MF (who used their looks to their advantage) did. But TBH...it's not even that big of a deal. By saying that Kai'Sa's v-neck wasn't ok is like being a middle school teacher yelling at a student for revealing their shoulders.

: You do recieve all rewards as if you were on the team, but a sub can only enter a 1 ticket entry. You also cant sub on a teams first day of play, therefore subbing on a friday is impossible. BUUUUT You can always register and compete with 1 team, then sub on the second day, then sub again on the third for another team. If thats what youre trying to do, then yes you can, and get all rewards. But you only get one-ticket capsules.

Yeah, if your teammate is cut off from the team by Anivia wall, they will probably still die, but you can attack the people killing them if you want. Nami can throw heal and ult over Anivia wall to try and keep the teammate alive until it melts With Yasuo wall, there's nothing you can do except try to walk around it to get an angle. Not to mention Ornn can break Anivia wall with his charge where as nothing will break Yasuo wall.

: Wow, the bounty changes finally made it in! I don't get the bone plating nerf though. It's not that bone plating is so amazing, it's that nothing else on that row is very appealing. Demolish is only for laners who excel at tower taking (trundle, yorick for example), and Font just doesn't do enough. A lot of the issue is how bursty everything is. Bone plating is one of the few runes that help from getting exploded. Font and Second Wind could potentially be a lot stronger if fights laster longer than they do now. At current you never get the full use of those runes because you are dead by the time you would get the entire regen.
I feel like the bounty changes are kinda toxic, but it does do something about the snowball problem. I definitely agree with you on Bone Plating though.

Same here, but I can't log in. First time it says unexpected error, try again. Second time it puts me into a queue, third time it just loads endlessly. I came around to see if anyone had the same problem.

Her E is pretty skinny, and has a little window of time to step out of it before you get stunned. You also have to be careful when you engage alone because she can't escape as easily as a normal assassin can (ex. Kat, Talon).

Eh...kinda not the best idea to first time champions on ranked. Ranked imo is for picking the best strategy to win, and not practicing and learning like normals. I know a couple friends that first time champs on ranked, but because they play nothing but ranked, and are used to the environment. I don't usually judge by mastery, since everyone has different skill levels, and same goes for champs. I'd say if they're comfortable (confident with knowing how all their abilities work, and knows how to deal with their matchup) they're fine for ranked. If not, well, that's a disadvantage. Some people might have to give tips.

Focus the Lulu first. Yes, Kog'Maw does damage, but he can't deal more damage if Lulu has to shield/ult herself or use her polymorph on you. If Lulu is always following him around, then it's best to not kill them alone, but to all in them with your team.

Although early game it's easy to stop his stacking, mid-late game he's tanky, and at that point Akali is just an assassin, not a dueler, even worse if you're behind. You could play champs like Teemo and amazingly Illaoi (because although he can stack off tentacles, you deal a lot more damage) EDIT: You could also spam gank him, although I know a lot of people don't really want to do that...

Did it actually show the orange numbers with the explosive orange thingy next to it? It showed on Ashe's arrows for her W. I think that she might have the Cheap Shot rune, or it was combined damage from Tahm. I also heard the Press The Attack proc in that moment. Maybe she also had that rune?
