If you're playing from the NA region, your routing to EUW is generally going to be pretty high. An increase could be how you're getting there. A [DNS configuration](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues) may help by updating that routing, but keep in mind we can't exceed that physical distance to EU.

When I open the client to login screen I get a message saying that the client detected that my computer has low specs and I have been provided additional options along with some of my settings being changed automatically. At least that is a general summary of the message, not leaving out any important details... I just dont know it exactly word for word. The only settings that I have found to be changed is the "close client during game" and "enable low specs mode" Now...based on the option saying close client during game...well my in game client is closing everytime it starts up and I`m always looking at a reconnect button without even getting a glimpse of the loading screen, just the afterimage of something going into full screen and quickly being closed. There may or may not be correlation between this option and the ingame client force closing, its turned off for me now but so far I have issues as long as its been enabled atleast once. Thanks for the quick response. Also last bit of info that you are gonna have to trust me on..... just to save you from having to ask due to the nature of your job. I have changed nothing with my network, I have changed nothing with my pc, I have not tampered with anything, my network is fine, Ping testing reveals no issues. I have followed through the riot trouble shoot guides for networking issues the first time I had this problem (hence the 4 hours spent trying to fix this)......and so far only deleting the game entirely and reinstalling has worked. I am now insisting that something within my client`s files are changing when I receive this pop-up that originated from my client.

I asked asked our tech guys as well and the notifications that you're getting are strange as well as your case in general. We believe there might be some third party app or anti-virus getting in the way, but we want to investigate a bit more. For example, some security software could be kicking in when you close and re-open the client. When you get a chance help us dig into this with you by grabbing logs with the [hextech repair tool](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/224826367). I may be able to help! Give your PC a restart just in case something crashed in the background. Otherwise a security setting could be blocking the patcher from launching. Running as admin could help, but double check antivirus or OS settings that might be acting a bit overzealous.

I know you're eager for a name, but Kokua pretty much said it. We won't be able to share info about other players or when a name would become available. Each queue is specific in placements, so if you were Diamond in Flex last season then your Flex partner would need to have been in that range. If they were disqualified then they would be counted as Silver. If they were Diamond in solo but not Flex then they could not queue up with you. Outside of that, the recent issues with making premades should now be resolved.

If you were disqualified in the previous season you would be unranked for this season queueing with a friend. : I have issues with imputing key commands even when I don't have discord open. Usually if I completely exit out of the client and restart then it fixes it. But almost every first match I que for won't allow me to input key commands until I restart. (mouse and mouse commands work but using key presses to cast spells will not) this has been going on for months tho. Since before discord even had the overlay I believe.
