Here's my feedback on the champion: Passive- I would suggest allowing it to be activated in combat with a decent cooldown and massively reducing the duration (maybe like 4 seconds). I would also remove most of the random effects the ability has and just make it a speed buff for himself and allies on the trail. That way, it's less of an insane zoning cheese tool and more interactive in combat. Side note, I feel like this passive would work better on an engage tank, but I suppose it's not impossible for it to be on an assassin. Q- Decreasing attack speed feels bad so probably wouldn't work. Also, the recasts don't really fit with the initial cast in my opinion. I think it would work if the initial cast was a dash, and you could recast it to dash again. After each dash, your next basic attack could do bonus damage and potentially slow. W- I just don't think this ability works well with his kit. It seems like a slightly modified old Kayle E. I would probably just rework this ability entirely to fit in better with the rest of his kit. Also it's kind of just uninteresting. E- Interesting idea if the numbers were toned down. 3.5 second snare is a bit much. I think this ability would work better with my suggested passive changes, as you'd be able to better utilize it in combat. Also, duration would have to be reduced so it wouldn't be another insane zoning tool. R- I like how it interacts with his path, but the active version when you're not on the path is too overloaded. He doesn't need invincibility, and from the looks of it, the active when he's not on the path is stronger than when he's on the path, which shouldn't be the case. He should be rewarded for using it on the path. Overall, it's an interesting concept, but his passive is a bit overloaded and could be toned down a bit. Most notably, I would allow it in combat and reduce the duration. That way, it becomes less of an odd zoning tool and more fun overall. Allowing his passive in combat would also drastically help his other abilities that need to interact with his path. Besides his W, which I believe could be reworked, his abilities seem pretty decent with some minor changes and tuning adjustments.

If you're having problems with one-shotting people, especially when fed, make sure you know how to do some key combos. E-Q-E-Protobelt can deal a ton of damage in the mid game and will usually one shot. If you land your W, it's even better because they can't react which also means the return Q will hit them. I'd say that learning how to maneuver around your enemies utilizing your mobility and how to use his W really helps.

To further enhance the champion selection process, you can counter ban champions to make them available even if banned. However, if two people ban the same champion, it turns into a TRUE ban, unable to be inhibited by the counter ban.

I don't think the game can determine what exactly caused you to leave the game. So if this were to be implemented it would have to work for all forms of exiting. Got ignited and about to die first blood? Alt + F4. Probably not a good idea to implement.

I don't think this is something that can't be fixed though, the balance team has stated reducing snowballing is a big priority for the next few patches. tldr;some things are worse for sure, but you have some unpopular opinions.

Champion reworks like those are completely fine imo. For me I don't like the constant major gameplay updates and unnecessary changes being added every couple of patches, as well as reworks that weren't needed (like Mordekaiser).

: You said it yourself "in this one shot meta". If Talon can't one shot people in a one shot meta, he'll be useless. He's a squishy melee so when he tries to make a play if it takes more than one second, the adc already right clicked him twice and he's dead.
Adcs aren't in most games anymore, and even if they were they certainly wouldn't be able to two shot and assassin like Talon. The problem with Talon is his lack of much counterplay. Even if you build armor, he just gets lethality anyway and ignores it. If you look at other assassins like Zed or Fizz, they might be annoying but you can counter-build and counter-play them a lot better than you can Talon.

What would be awesome is if they implemented heavily customizable settings into custom games, similar to Overwatch. I know many people that play Overwatch just for the custom modes, and adding something like that into League, although probably not to the extreme extent of Overwatch, would be amazing.
: Crit = % increase of attack damage? I like that idea but it seems extremely over powered. At the most, critical strikes amplify AD to about 300% crit damage with runes at 100% crit chance. What you're proposing is making the damage 100% reliable regardless of build, so where would the compensation be? It would definitely need to be around 150% scaling at the max.
