I saw some bundles that had gemstone in the name but when I looked at the details it didn’t say they would give me a gemstone.

: They have a large number of people working for support - the issue is simply the *vast* number of tickets that are submitted each day. Each ticket that gets assigned will get at least one response, and for a lot of them the person won't be satisfied and so they'll have to investigate further and respond again. I think patience is very important. I know it can suck being stuck with an unresolved issue because you're waiting on support, but Riot's doing the best they can. They could hire more support agents, but it'd just take money, time, and effort away from other issues. If they have more people answering tickets, they'd have to, for example, put less money/people towards patching the game - resulting in smaller patches with less updates. It also depends on the exact issue - your ticket may get seen by 3 people before someone from the right team is able to handle it. The teams of support agents are based on the areas of the game that have issues - there's a team to deal with player behavior, a team to deal with billing, a team to deal with technical issues, etc. This enables them to provide better support once the right person gets the ticket - as it's better to have smaller numbers of people specialized in each thing than to have everyone be slightly knowledgeable in everything. This does, however, result in longer response times as there may only be a small number of agents from the team your ticket needs on duty at the time. Personally I think they've hit a decent balance - I get responses to my tickets within 48 hours virtually always, and a lot of times within 24 hours.

Its possible, not likely, but possible. the ladder or league point system is (once you have been placed) semi mutually exclusive from MMR. Your mmr can be much higher or lower than your division. 1.75 kd is terribad...im not being mean to you, i just think you need some perspective. You claim everyone around you is the problem but 1.75 is actually not good. you gain mmr when you win. winning more than losing will gradually breathe life into your mmr. Welcome to ELO hell. 764 you have some work to do according to op.gg (although they may have done the soft reset which shits on your mmr...i really hate that garbage) but you have had a good 4 game win streak, if you keep that up you will be just fine.

Thanks for the answers it shows me how the system works. I didn't know mmr goes up and down based on win and lose I though MMR was based on how you played.
