Then she starts inting and running it down on bot lane and said that she dosent care about the game at all. So in fact league care about having a good team chat behaviour but if u run it down and int they just dont care and say that was a bad game. So far im thinking about to quit if im not getting my account back is so frustrating to get banned over someone's fault. Sorry for my grammar im not native english. #RiotDosentCareAboutFeeding No you didn't get banned for someone inting your game. You got banned for flaming. Get that straight and stop with the click bait title.
: They could make the resistances last longer in exchange for lowering the amount gained from Aftershock, that way champions who use it to legitimately frontline will get more use out of it over long periods of time, while champions like {{champion:99}} {{champion:555}} {{champion:127}} etc... won’t have the ludicrously high resistances to cover their squishy-ness after busting their reliable CC. Honestly I’d even be ok with getting rid of the damage if it was changed to something like that. For example: Aftershock currently gives you 70 (+50% Armor/MR) Resistances capping at 80-150 for 2.5 seconds Instead Riot could make it grant 40 (+30% Armor/MR) with no cap for 4-8 seconds. It’s harder to wait out this version of Aftershock, and it’s less immediate defenses, but it’s easier to burst down Squishies who’ve abused the rune, and gives tanks a good dueling/teamfight advantage.

This is hands down the best solution I've read here so far.

: My support Ryze soft inted the entire game, too bad he wont get banned.
Soft inting to really hard to ban as annoying and cancerous as it is. Had a guy the other day in ARAM go like 1-20, all he said was "hi", "nice" and "gg" at the end of the game but was just running into the enemy team 1 v 5 when people were no where near. it was frustrating in ARAM nvm ranked. At least in ranked if someone's toxic and making stupid plays you can relax a little knowing they're going to get some kind of punishment. Soft inting? Riot: "It was just a bad game". Thousand x more frustrating.

: So we have ranked TFT, when can we expect ranked ARAM
Would love this, ARAM already has a separate MMR system so I doubt creating a ladder for the best "jack of all trades" player wouldn't be an issue. Harsh penalties would have to be implemented for dodging like actually setting you back as though you lost a match.

I'm going to use this to describe champions I'm salty playing against. Thanks.

: Legit Question: Does anyone enjoy playing Zyra?
I love her! I love landing a nice ult on top of my plants and then laughing as my opponents get gunned down by those pea shooters.
: Silver 1 + Platinum 1 players in the same solo Q ranked games
I think if you can't que up with someone more than a division away from you then you shouldn't have to face someone thats more than 2 divisions away from you either. Isn't that what the system is in place for?
: Getting autofilled ADC feels actually horrible.
Cs, if you can't be right clicking your enemy. Don't feed, and use your blue ward once in a while. It's a much less complicated role than the others. It's a mechanical role, if your mechanics are strong, you'll be great.

: Out of the 3 reworks (Irelia, Akali, Aatrox)...
I know I hated facing Akali the most of the three at the time. Still kinda do, her shroud was so frustrating. Between Aatrox and Irelia, I like facing Irelia more, at least her movement was conditional. Aatrox could just hold dashes and smash people.

Hey there, I agree with you here. Both good and bad players can be toxic and both can grief ofc, and you're right flaming someone doesn't immediately make them a god at the game, that's not the logic I'm trying to get at here. I just feel like Riot's focus on stamping out toxicity while noble should be more focused on other things like intentional feeding, if the general consensus is that inting is worse for example.
: Ok... who in their right mind is going to go to a LOSING game? Also this would just unbalance the hell out of the match since suddenly a challenger player could take place of an iron player and unless the game is far off the challenger player is bound to steamroll the enemy. This is not even mentioning that the people who join would have no idea what their rune setup would be or who they are playing before they start loading into the match. They will also have no idea how unwinnable the match even is. What is the point of joining a match when the enemy is already pushing to your nexus with baron buff and half your team already dead? This is something that would be dead on arrival just based on how few people would even queue up to be in such scenarios right off the bat.

This is something that would be dead on arrival just based on how few people would even queue up to be in such scenarios right off the bat. You go into the match knowing that this you're most likely going to be on the losing end. If someone rq its much less likely to be because of a match they're winning. I think the que would have to be made where it would be treated as a normal game for the person joining the match regardless of the actual que. If it's an ARAM, or a Ranked mode the person whose joining late will have the game treated as a normal. Incentive to win should be relatively high all things considered, increased BE, Exp boosts, Emotes, exclusive ward skins what not.

Nope. Redemption, Death Cap, Ludens, Morello, Seraphs, Ruunans, Guinsoos, PD, Force of Nature, Zephyr all have excellent uses. They counter each other. ADC comp is strong but is beat by assassins. Assassins are beat by Tanks/Stun (Glacial), and Tanks are beat by DPS > -Item randomization is so shitty, you can start off the game with no items while your opponent has 4 This is a good point, although Riot already said in the ranked version you're going to be guaranteed 1 item per AI round. > -Tanks are absolutely useless at actually tanking unless you've gotten lucky with your item drops and are able to stack 2 or 3 items on them, it becomes even worse if youre against a full assassin+void combo team which ignores a large chunk of armor anyways Also no. Triple Shapeshifter > -If you start the game off behind your only option is to spend no gold and int for the half the game until you have amassed enough gold to try and make a comeback, if the top 2 or 3 people are already so far ahead that is pointless This is a valid strategy. Too much randomness and too many unbalanced pieces. People don't understand the game isn't about rolling the best champs every game, or about getting a double guinsoo vayne every match you play. It's about managing your own econ, building your teamcomp vs what other people are building, and making the BEST of your situation. If you're not able to reach at least 40g every single match you play you aren't playing the game right :)

Would rather have a 1 v 1 mode or a mode that allows for a lot of people. EDIT: Grammar
: Neeko E is the strongest non-ultimate CC Ability in the game; on a burst mage.

If top, probably Darius, Aatrox or Akali Jg? Kayn Mid? Yas, Zoe, or Neeko Bot? Draven or Pyke Sup? Same

What about his global presence in team fights? His great wave clear? His unique MR scaling? He's much more than a Flash Taunt bot.
: In regards to off meta play, why does everyone imply communication works at all?
I think the official stance on this is you can play whatever champ you want and build "off meta" but you still have to perform your role. There was a few situations like this with that one trick Nunu "support" taking smite and just trolling the enemy jg but not actually supporting in Phreak's game. I think the same thing happened to a Singe player too not too long ago. If I understand the situation correctly Teemo wasn't supporting NB3 but spending the entire game roaming so I think he falls into the same category.

Twtich jungle isn't So the other 99.9 of irelias can go fuck ourselves because some MLG dude is super good with her?
Riot balances around professional play because it is the highest tier available. Think of it this way. If a champion is potentially so strong when played right that the even the best players in the game cannot come up with an answer to it, how is it fair to unleash that on the player base? Imagine if things were balanced the other way around. Champions were balanced to the masses and professionals are ROFL stomping based on who picked up Ryze first or whatever crap was nerfed to hell due to pro play. It means your games will now be determined by who picked up Kalista first and there truly is no viable answer to compete with it no matter who you pick even if you play it perfectly.Your games will now be determined by your opponents making mistakes over you outplaying them. How does that feel? This is why the game needs to be balanced at the pro level. It is the highest level of competition.
: The system does not encourage you to reconnect to a match
I never understood this too. I'm thinking if you come back to win it even if something frustrated you so much to make you rage quit but you still come back, you should still be rewarded with at least a reduced LP gain. Otherwise there's no difference to just staying afk and ruining the game for the rest of your team.
: It's not in the patch notes, it was never noted on PBE so no it is not like 2k IQ nerf its clearly a mistake.
That might be true, but instead of removing it should stay. I think she should be required to not just sit on her partner all day and actually be required to take some risk in auto attacking. She's extremely powerful in the right hands and being able to stay invulnerable for most of the game is a very significant advantage.
: There's no reason to show that you're pinging your allies' summoners, items or ults. None.
Sounds like, someone forgot to ult in a fight and got called out for it. :) On a serious note yes it does have a use, it's much quicker to ping out a CD for your team to help them realize it might not be a good idea to start that 5 on 5 baron fight. Or telling your team your split pushing top doesn't have a TP up to help out or will have it up by time you get to an objective or something. It makes everyone on your team immediately aware of said key CDs. Where as only some people might be looking at other things on the map.

Exactly. I had 0 issue and lag with the old client and now I can't even get back into a game if someone dodges in champion select. None of these items give AD/AP: {{item:3190}} shields for potentially the entire allied team scaling with user's maximum HP. {{item:3109}} 10 percent more spell casting, user-damage-agnostic lifestealing effect as well as damage mitigation for the designated parnter(partner switch is on 90 second cooldown). {{item:3025}} 20 percent more spell casting, more mana allowing for longer times away from base for grueling engagements/journeys, and a slowing zone with 0.5 second longer duration than cooldown. {{item:3110}} 20 percent more spell casting, more mana allowing for longer times away from base for grueling engagements/journeys, and also the aura which should be buffed. {{item:3001}} 10 percent more spell casting, more mana allowing for longer times away from base for grueling engagements/journeys, and also more magic damage for entire team against enemy champions near the user. {{item:3222}} 10 percent more spell casting, more mana allowing for longer times away from base for grueling engagements/journeys, and also more shielding power and a way to purge disables on one allied champion and granting movement speed bonus for 2 seconds on a 120 second cooldown. {{item:3305}} 10 percent more spell casting, more mana allowing for longer times away from base for grueling engagements/journeys, and more vision for the team. {{item:3050}} 10 percent more spell casting, more mana allowing for longer times away from base for grueling engagements/journeys, and an effect with adjustable cooldown granting increased power to your designated partner's basic attacks both slowing for 2/3 seconds and adding on 30 percent extra damage(although magic instead of physical) for but a moment. {{item:3107}} 10 percent more spell casting, more mana allowing for longer times away from base for grueling engagements/journeys, and also more shielding power and a 2.5 second delayed-area-denial effect on a 120 second cooldown. However, I will comment that many of these items are granting more mana which is irrelevant to many champions {{champion:64}} {{champion:92}} {{champion:58}} {{champion:238}} which discourages players from picking some otherwise viable champions for supporting their team since so many of the support items they could buy aren't a great investment for them. I think we should get new versions of a lot of those mana-granting support items that give attack speed instead. All four of those manaless champions would make fantastic supports if only such a great number of support items gave attack speed or AD or even armor/MR/HP instead of more mana which is not good for them. If these are the kind of champions you mean, then I totally agree actually. Mikael's in particular I wish were more useful for Lee Sin, and it would be solid on Riven and Renekton because it would increase their own shielding/healing power if it just gave some other useful stuff. I sometimes see supports buying cost-inefficient items and Zed buying a version of Mikael's like I'm describing would be passable on him, although not recommended, because other manaless champs would be buying it, and he could take the Ravenous Hunter rune, maybe even also Fleet Footwork and Overheal and that kind of thing to justify it.
Those AD items are really expensive and don't have as much utility compared to the traditional support items. One of the few reasons Pyke can get away with going AD is because he's encouraged to take kills which helps him make up the difference in gold gen with his Gold sharing mechanic. He's probably the best support champion to hands down carry the game if you're even 1 kill behind early. I really think he's one of those champions that rely on himself to make a mistake to be beaten instead of being outplayed. (Morg being the only exception but she counters basically anyone skill for skill) Sure you might be able to cap out on CDR easy enough but good luck finishing your Triforce / Spear at any point of the game to be relevant with your support gold gen item. Also you can't start making those items cheaper either as you'll break the game for the other champions that are supposed to use those items normally.

Everyone is given one ban it doesn't matter if Tyler1 is on your team hovering Draven, **Riot **will side with you if you choose to ban Draven. End of discussion. It's not against the summoners code and Riot has stated this many times. I can't find be bothered to find the posts but this isn't the first thread of its kind and I doubt it will be the last. As for a free dodge... I doubt it will happen. People will bait with troll intent picks like showing Yuumi in a lane or something, if they don't get a desired role or something. So it seems really abusable.

: Rito add voice chat for non-premades
I never did understand why it's not okay to make the option available. If you're going to complain about people bitching or whining on comms, just mute. Problem solved. Just like you would with the normal chat. Only difference is it takes more time to type stuff out. For the majority of the player base that isn't toxic, communicating ganks, rotations, objectives, and team fighting becomes cleaner, winning through macro play becomes more feasible.

: Vayne's Tumble during R puts her invisible for 1 second, and since its not camoflauge like Twitch, this means if she holds her auto or is on the edge of enemy vision, she gets the bonus from Duskblade's passive that deals bonus True damage after being unseen. It's lower for ranged than Melee champs but its still there IIRC. And since her Q cooldown at 11-13 depending on skill order is legit 2 seconds, this means she Qs, waits 1 second and autos, Q's 2 seconds later and autos for a second duskblade. And then presses E and activates Silver Bolts for a total of 240 + 28% max health True damage, not to mention her auto damage (and the base + 50% bonus AD on E, even if you dont hit a wall.) REAL balanced item, can't wait for Riot to remove it.

And then presses E and activates Silver Bolts for a total of 240 + 28% max health True damage, not to mention her auto damage (and the base + 50% bonus AD on E, even if you dont hit a wall.) > REAL balanced item, can't wait for Riot to remove it. Ah gotcha, I actually originally thought about doing this but figured my DPS would suffer if I was holding my auto attacks but it is better for bursting people if you have a good amount of upfront damage. Edit: I also think Vayne is a special case and her Max Health % HP True Damage is pretty BS. It should be changed to something you can actually itemize against like AD damage. If she absolutely must have true damage at least make it flat, or based off current health or something.

Over less than a handful of champs? Nah, I like the fast and constant fighting of ARAM that no other mode brings. I'm not gonna give up the mode just cause I occasionally get a few champs I can't stand playing. I've got maybe 3k games of ARAM before the bans and I don't feel like it changed much, but it was nice to have peace of mind to know I wasn't possibly going to get stuck with a champ I hate.

: I hate bans in ARAM, but now that it's in effect I ban Poppy for the same reason. I just hate playing her and regret buying her.

Ahh I actually really like her, shes pretty good at peeling and she kills mobility which is getting pretty insane with every new champ thats not named Neeko.
: People who actually ban in aram
Not everyone wants to get stuck with a champion they absolutely loathe. I ban Akali and if she's already banned my next one is Fiora. Not because they're bad, but because I can't stand playing them if I get stuck with them.

: Syntax is a funny thing. >the slow on Duskblade is now melee only. So no Vayne doing stupid crap with it. Another way to write my sentence would've been: >now it's a 99% slow, and if you're named Vayne, Kha'Zix, or happen to be standing near a brush you can get true damage on a 3 second CD
I might be stupid or something but I'm not getting this. :( Are you saying Vayne will get blown up or saying that Vayne will nuke people? Or is it something else all together?
Kazekiba (NA)
: Remember when Duskblade was a {{champion:238}} ult with a 120 second cooldown you couldn't avoid? And now it's a 99% slow and true damage on a 3 second CD if youre named Vayne, Kha'Zix, or happen to be standing near a brush. Fun! And then they took Sunfire Cape and cut 75 HP from it. And 10 Armor from Frozen-nobodybuysthisanymore-Heart. And Thornmail lost i forgot how much to gain the Grievous Wounds. Banshee's is a joke and needs to be usable again. Edge of Night used to have MR. 25 MR might save you. 200 HP will not.
Yup. I agree. Quality post here. I fucking hate assassins but you can't make the rest of the champions tankier, while also cutting away power from assassins. That would be double taxing and would really just leave them in the gutter. They should have a place like all champions do! Although with more items that provide more defense they'll become a much harder class to pull off anyways as people can reliably build to shut them down + the resilience change will make them tickle tanks much earlier in the game than they already do. (Even if that's not their intended targets it'll make skirmishes much harder for them) Also...... the slow on Duskblade is now melee only. So no Vayne doing stupid crap with it. But yes everyone remembers that and hell no, no one wants that back. We need to put more HP + Resis into tank items and figure out a way to make sure they don't disappear in 3 seconds, and everyone else thats not, still shouldn't be dying in under 1 second.
Rioter Comments
: If there is a REAL solo rank game mode. @Riot
I'd be pretty fun, and games would be fast. I like it

Like whats the purpose of coming back if you're going to get the exact same outcome? Why discourage people trying to come back and complete the game? Exactly. 8 minutes before the DC, 7 minutes DC'd, 13 minutes after Reconnect. If I was going to be treated like a leaver anyway, what incentive do I have to even bother coming back and helping these random strangers win the game if the only outcome for me is a loss even if I win?

Ya it doesn't make all that much sense. I think if you help win the game you should at least have it counted as a win with reduced LP gains. Even like getting 5lp and having it count as win, is still incentive make every effort to come back and win. Otherwise if my team is doing stupid shit then theres really no reason to come back if I was to rage quit anyways. (Assuming the case of RQs anyways but this applies to internet issues too.)
