: Tbh. Jungle is played less than support now. I find myself being autofilled to jungle waaaaaaay more often than support. Might have to do with support basically being second mid lane now.
what.. I go jg/sup and it's 90% of the time support. I cna't even remember the last time I got jg when I queued off support.

Everybody in the company needs to respect their customers and develop a positive environment of desiring customer satisfaction. Rito Game hasn't given 2 shits about customer support for as long as I've known, which goes back at least 4 years. I've had 1st, 2nd & 3rd-hand accounts of Rito employees displaying direct disrespectful behavior & language to customers both individually and as groups. I have seen Ritoers throw profanity, racial slurs & THREATS at customers that come to them for help. Even "Customer Support" is especially guilty of these corporate crimes, attacking customers that come to them with genuine concerns & pleas for help. Hell, at a CONVENTION, Rito employees openly displayed blatant sexism towards attendees. Their company just straight-up lets their works do whatever-the-fuck they want, their is ZERO internal employee-management. When I used to be more active in League, I used to keep track of Ritoer comments, saving links to their misactions and such. In total, I cataloged misconduct from over 20 separate employees from various departments and contrarily no more than about 2 Ritoers that ever showed honest courtesy & concern for customers.
