Hi for Sylas mini rework, if you ever settle for this version, it would be nice to have a decent tooltip explanation: how long do you actually have to recast E. For a ''newer champion'' and a touched up one, the Tooltip could be expandable at least like so many other ones. There's some missing info. I don't know it just doesn't feel on par with other champs tooltip. Also the champion kit screams AP bruiser, you say you want to maintain the style and also removing the burst, but balancing him for mid lane. Ap bruisers are really fun top lane, especially if you lower the burst and augment the sustained damage and the healing, why push him out of there and into mid. Like... make him an assassin like Ekko and Fizz, I'll play him mid, make him a bruiser ish champ with more healing and less burst I'll play him top The thing that suck when playing top lane is that you cannot steal the ult of the enemy as fast as they get their own.And can't always roam from that Island. To compensate that, giving him the ability to self ult himself with a basic ultimate he could always rely on, or giving him the ability to have a basic ult on someone he can't steal again the ult would be a nice way to compensate.
: Some champs are powerful early others dominate late. Starting at full build or close to it would destroy early champs for this type of game mode.
Just like URF, it's just a rotation game mode, you are stating is obvious, some champs won't be good some will be too good, so what, still sound fun?

Nah start level 1, buy stuff strategicaly, bans veigar if he's too op, whatever, don't say no just for saying no. Morelo liandry roa arch angel ( both getting bought maxed for maybe a higher price ? ) would make you rather beefy for level 1. You never try pratice mode you go full build level just for the lols, well imagine that, but with people. Thats pretty much all. You could probably get turret really quick. ETC. But man would be a fast pace exciting way to not be urf yet feeling faster pace and exciting. Plus: LOTS of new player don't know the items, what they do and aren't really encourrage to read them through normal game play. In a game mode where it's all about items, YOU HAVE TO read the items and understand what they do, you can't blindly build anymore. You'll ask your self why 6 rabadon wasn't good cause 30 flat pen was actually a better choice.

KI don't have an answer for this, but I can tell you this perosn tells the truth. I helped a friend learn the game agaisnt bots, and many games had bots in our team. The problem was always reduced 3v3 before the removal of Twisted Treeline ( 3v3) map Cause the problem existed way before, especially with the refer a friend system, the player base has never been as big as riot ever said. Probably view botting their own system before they sold it to big corps.

Well according to maths though, 4% = 504 - 576 10% = 1260-1440 If you take into consideration baron armor divide numbers by two 4% = 252-288 10% = 630-720 If you take in consideration baron debuff. 10% =315-360 And then since you are dealing more than 300 the cap is then applied to cap at 300. That's what I really mean, the cap is there so you don't do more than 300 per W proc, but it actually gut your damage even further.

Sett is no old Aatrox he's actually a rework version of Udyr, but thankfully they didn't remove udyr like they did with Bboris and Aatrox.

OH human, thanks for the heads up I didn't know it acted that way! I can finally stop banning him since i can 1v1 him but I'm always banning him cause of the threat he poses with his ult on the carries.

: **TL;DR at the bottom** The only issue I have with Caitlyn is that traps don't have a reduced amount of time when placed under enemy turrets. Like, pretty much everything that can be placed by a champion either has a reduced time, or if they have a health bar, get prioritized by the turret first, such as heimer turrets, azir soldiers, etc. Placing traps underneath people while they are CC'd is arguably bullshit, but isn't exactly the most problematic or annoying thing I've run into league of legends. Your point about her placement range of traps, seems unjustified though. That would completely cripple the champion. Every ADC (not just specific to ADC's but I'll only reference them for this), has a primary source of damage. For Draven, it's his axes, for Xayah, it's her W, for jinx it's her W and her E. With-out these abilities or passives the champion only has their auto attacks for damage, which for like the first 20 minutes of the game are pretty garbage. For Caitlyn, her primary source of damage comes from her headshot, this is why she used to have a GARBAGE mid-game. All of her damage was gated behind getting crit chance as that's what her headshot scales off of. While champions like Jhin were really, really strong in past because he could build lethality, making his abilities hurt really early on. People started stacking crit cloaks and shit now on cait and just try to get crit as early as possible and ignore shit like AD and attack speed now as that's what gives her all her damage (After IE, a crit cloak actually gives like 100 more damage than a BF sword, as long as you use your net and traps correctly). So, basically, if you remove the range on her traps, Caitlyn just doesn't get to be a champion anymore. **TL;DR: Auto Cait's damage comes from headshots, if she loses the range on traps, she essentially isn't a champion.**
The worst interaction of trap is definitely with Hourglass.... using this item agaisnt a cait is a death sentence

: the biggest struggle for me so far has been finding anything with that same diver style nothing plays like him that gives that all in feeling you got q;ing into the whole enemy team and fighting out of it.
I feel you so much. Member those level 2 dive with 4 stack prep and Q under the turret. I miss Aatrox. Jarvan could be similar if he had some real Attack speed and more flexibility with QE and some toggle for sustain/more damage

Another season's goes by and all those changes are now permanent, remember old Soraka Q that acted like Kai'Sa Q. Remember Aatrox use to revive, Remember Akali use to have resets, remember Skarner was viable before his minirework/minigame that was/still is super lame. Remember Kalista was once meta and made all the other adc almost irrelevant. Remember when out of nowhere they gave back attack speed possibility for everyone but still let the hidden 15% Attack speed on tanks. Remember all those changes that come and goes. All that simply to say, I miss Aatrox, and no other champ as filled the spot he was removed from. He was no Yi, he was no Jax, He was no J4, he was no Trundle. so it was a 15% buff: Amumu Kayle Malphite Maokai Nautilus Rammus Yasuo (4% as only) Zac So all these tanks , and Kayle?!? have now more attack speed early then some champions that have 20% innate AS as a passive in their kit. It's like a hidden passive that RITO forgot about.

: Hey Squad5, I share some of the concerns that Green Girl has, and want to add on a bit on my view on the changes. Firstly, let me introduce myself - I'm the best Diana jungler NA or at least the one player with most experience playing Diana in jungle position on NA server at high elo. You can ask other high elo Diana mains like Suntail, and they can easily confirm I'm the most experienced (or the craziest) to play her so much in jungle. I peaked at d1 97lp at about 2months with her. Regarding the 1second delay on R damage: So the ap ratios from passive and dash (E) got transfered to R - which is aoe, means stronger teamfight. On paper looks fine, and her teamfight supposed to be stronger. However, what happens if they block or reduce this damage - Diana loses a huge amount of her damage. Although, the list is not as large as Green Girl mentioned. Why? Because its possible to cancel a dash with the pull-in on her R, bringing enemies back to same position for 1second delay damage to be applied from R. *Note, this is only possible to do on regular basis for players who have had plenty of experience using her old E, and it would be much harder to master for new players with her R. So, the list is reduced to champions like Fizz, Zed, Vladimir, Eve, Elise, Camille, Kayne, Rek'sai, Xayah, etc. And anyone who builds stopwatch/zhonya, or stasis ability. This provides a clear counterplay to her (which i know a lot of complains were before), but i hope her other abilities receive some of the power back, so she doesn't get steamrolled by people just playing those champs at high elo. Now to address my concerns about her jungling ability. I believe the goal of the switch between her E and R was to make her early game ganks more impactful - which I believe some Riot representatives stated in the past when announcing the rework. The dash was moved to E, a basic ability, which means Diana can access it earlier. Although the slow was moved to R, this can be negligible if you start Red buff. However, her W was nerfed early. Diana lost 10base of the shield at lvl 1, and although she gains additional scaling off bonus* hp, this does not come into equation until she gets at least an oblivion orb or a morello. Also, I saw on PBE, the W has an increased cd of 15seconds, up from 10seconds and still no cooldown reduction one you level it. This causes her early clear to be much less healthy, and her having a dash early doesn't mean her gank will be more impactful because she would come out of jungle at half hp. I hope she can properly be adjusted before she goes live and thanks for your hard work on improving the champion.
Would you prefer, no change and just ( visual update) and access to R ( low damage) at level 1 like Nidalee? I personally like the W having a %of hp on the shield, make senses and reward fighter...which she is If she was assassin she'd get reset of E on kills. Not the case. Not an assasin. Xin Zhao not an assasin, Diana not an assasin.
: for the love of God, please just keep her like she is and then address her real issue, which is lack of escape that every other assasin/diver has. It's as easy as a a second cast on her E that pushes enemies away from her.
Or no change and level1 R acces ( low damage) like a Nidalee or Jayce . I like your out oif the box idea, do you like mine ?

I was scared, my 3 most played champs (mastery point) are Aatrox pre-rework, Akali Pre-rework. And Diana, ( lets hope not pre rework aswell) and you all know Aatrox is just a new champion and they erased Aatrox(not a single essence of the champ was left) Akali was reduce to smoke (screen). But! I'm excited to see the changes you've done! I really wish I could get my hand on a PBE account (without having to buy one wink wink) And see for once what the dark side of the moon looks like. Meanwhile gonna go stomp top lane while I'm still a real mastery 7 Diana (you guys ever thought of making mastery reset for reworked champ)

Hi Riot here's an idea to get some fun in the game and remember the 10 season we got. Each patch have a rotating game mode of older version of league. I don't mena graphic wise, but Ability wise. You know so many reworks over the years, so many champs we had to say good bye in a way, letting us replay the old version of league would be amazing. Feel free to steal and share this idea ! :)

Nope, just a reset...old R had a reset but did 100 damage... not an execute. There's few champs with resets (on kill ) in the game. Akali was one, not anymore, she got kicked of that country club. Akali was a champion that healed from her ability/passive, like many champions, not anymore she got kicked of that country club too. What club she's in still ? The Semi-visible, the spell should be balance like a vlad pool or a fizz E
: Being a marksman requires a really good understanding of proper positioning. If you’re in the wrong spot for even a moment, chances are that you’re toast. As a result, I’d assume those who’ve encountered this weakness several times become afraid to charge into battle until they figure it all out. DPS requires consistenly proper positioning, and one knows that any mistake will kill the marksman almost immediately. With that considered, it’s reasonable for an inexperienced marksman player to be too afraid to put themselves in a dangerous position. I’d do this myself when I was still getting the hang of playing the marksman role. Either that, or they fell too far behind in lane to catch up, and thus it would seem like they’re doing nothing damage-wise. In any case, it’s not fair to ban a player simply because they’re not good yet.
in that case it was deliberate trolling though. I mean there's treat on the enemy team...but the J4 that just flash, use eq and ult to reach the frontline ( not adc) .... no need to W away after one auto....

upvoted, but disagree with the S, you need to be good to get the mastery ( change how supps get s's maybe). Disagree with '' L'essence bleu '' being removed, once you own every champ blue essence becomes obsolete, except for mastery. dont remove that.

it's more a Janna ult, which definetly suits more the Janna theme. Riot isn't one person, Riot is Chaos, not every single desicion goes through huge bureaucratic process. Sometimes its just one hot gril with her team. They do have concern ( don't worry they don't wanna be the lead designer on (insert any last major fuck up ? Zoé/Akali rework ?) but they don't know every thing that was ever said by 'riot'. )

Actually, I got in game as secondary role, so no 5th promo game for me... this makes it more grindy....which i really don't appreciate. have to play another game after that to get my 5th game...and it could take some other games of secondary / autofill to get to my mauin role 5th promo... :'(
: I am pretty sure dodging as when you are a secondary role doesn't count as a loss in your promos, but while I searched around I couldn't find a definitive answer. Q- Remove the slow, give the spell a real cool down, bring back the healing W- revert to true stealth. decress duration of shroud near turret, ( azir soldier style) Max 3 second duration E- Give this spell more importance by using E2 for micro stun (no more slow so, thats the only ''cc'' you got except gunblade) R- Targeted ( no more using R to dodge freely ) One stack that reset on kill and assist This would bring back more of the core akali. Resets and healing. and less on slowing some one to death.

Concerning Akali rework - Could you considered those fixes Q- Remove the slow, bring back the heal ( healing was always in her thematic, slowing not so much, she ain't ashe or lissandra ) W- Bring back true stealth ( making it shorter under turrets, just like azir soldier ) E- E2 gets the micro stun (no more slow on Q, gotta have some early sticking potential ) R - Bring back targeted, one stack, resets on kills and assist ( New R gives her too many possibilites, while not enabling her to go from a kill to another if she played well - R2 is mostly use to reposition then to do damage) This could fix the problems of Akali, being she got too many tools to stick to her enemy, this way removing the slow on Q should make her less oppressive, and having to land E and use it to get the micro stun increase the dependency on that spell. This is a different approach that you took so far, but i really wish you at leats play test this version with prof Akali !

Why can I still get champ shards from lootboxes, when I already have all champs and 225k BE? :). There is nothing I can use it to. I dont want emotes, I dont want ward skins, not even champ lvls (because they tell you nothing about the player).
