: League of Legends.exe Deletes Itself
Thanks for reporting this. Sounds to me like anti-virus software is removing the file. In any case, now that 8.13 is live, the files we provided will no longer work. We've removed them from the known issues thread. An updated version of the anti-cheat that contains all of our fixes should be deployed via the client today.
: Can't connect to games since latest patch presumably the anti-cheat stuff talked about here; what's going on? I'm not using any 3rd party software except razer synapse. Even when I disable that still can't connect to games after champ select.
What happens when you try to connect? Do you get a black screen, or do you get an error message? We'd really appreciate it if you could get us a dump file so that we could take a look at the issue. If you open Task Manager, right-click on the League of Legends process, and select Create Dump File, it will create the file we need. Once you have a dump file from the League of Legends process, please upload it to a file sharing website such as [Dropbox](http://www.dropbox.com) or [Google Drive](http://drive.google.com) so that we can take a look at it.

: I can't log in. "A critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated" I guess it's likely due to my anti-virus/anti-malware, but I'm not sure how to turn those off. I made it far enough to queue in for a game, but then the game wouldn't load. About 15-20 minutes later I was taken to the post-game screen, my team lost (4v5, since I couldn't join), and I was labeled as a "Leaver". I don't know how to fix this, and I don't want to leave teammates 4v5, or possibly get into a game and have one of my teammates not be able to join and then I would be stuck 4v5. I submitted the dump for one of the critical errors. Hope this can be fixed soon because I can't play the game if I can't play the game. I'll try back in a few days I guess.

: Every game my game freezing for like a half a second or so. I don't remember how many times it happens, not very often, but it's super annoying when it does. I guess if it's just the anti-cheat tool scanning us it isn't that big of a deal, but I wonder if you can't just pause the game for everyone when you do it.
Out of curiosity, do you know about when in the game this happens? A few minutes in? Late game? Or does it seem to be completely random?

: So this is the reason why I cannot load after champion select and crash every time I try to load even it was just spectate or a custom Client fix isn't working at all problem still stands and now I see this. aright, I quit my steam, my discord closed almost all the programs. and I still cannot load the game. feel like I am forced to quit the game now.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting in game. Does your game client give you an error message or does it simply close? If you get an error that suggests generating a dump file, please allow it to create the dump file so you can provide that to us. If you don't get an error, you can open Task Manager, right-click on the League of Legends process, and select Create Dump File. Once you have a dump file from the League of Legends process, please upload it to a file sharing website such as [Dropbox](http://www.dropbox.com) or [Google Drive](http://drive.google.com) so that we can access it and take a look at what might be causing your issue.
: Will this affect people playing on Linux using wine?
We've not specifically tested for compatibility with Wine or other Windows emulation or virtualization software. Because of the complex nature of our protection and the many variations of software out there, we can't change our solution to be compatible with all of them. However, we are open to working with any software vendor that wants to make their software compatible.
