: I agree with your points, but Neeko doesn't have a mobility spell (technically if she gets the third attack off on her W passive, but that's within her auto attack range, not too safe)
Casting her clone grants a short burst of movement speed, and especially within a teammate fight she is able to get into the backline and blow up everyone because her R scaling is so high and the R range is so large. So I guess that's kind of what I meant... along with the 3 attack movespeed.
: Neeko Zoe **Agile** !? Also you just outright ignored Ornn's release in this commentary. How are you this wrong just right out the gate? All you guys do is complain about high damage while playing nothing but damage dealers, and nothing changes this unless tanks or enchanters are blatantly over-tuned. Lastly, why do you think listening to Tyler1's commentary on game balance is a good idea? Do you think **Tyler1** would be able to put his ego down for even 2 seconds in order to give an objective opinion about the game state that wouldn't be horribly skewed in his own favor in some fashion? Be honest.
Zoe's r is a flash distance that nukes her q damage to insane levels. She also gains movement speed for using W= agile. Maybe you haven't played against a decent zoe but one that utilizes their R with available summoners is absolute cancer and very agile. Also, I merely brought up Tyler's stream because I thought it was a funny comment, so go ahead and dismount from your high horse. It seems you have a larger ego than even Tyler1. He may be known for being toxic but is also very intelligent and has been playing the game longer than most players, so in my opinion he is qualified to talk about the state of the game. Lastly, if you would look at the release date of champions and where I began my thread, after the release of Ornn is (arguably) where the game started to turn to this one-shot nuke meta, which is the exact point of my thread. So thank you for reemphasizing my thoughts.
: I'd argue Zoe and Neeko are not busted by design; they both just released GROSSLY overtuned! Kaisa was bad, but could have been worse. There's NO EXCUSE for Pyke! The concept of a CC, mobility heavy "support assassin" should have been scrapped immediately! Sylus I'm acctualy calling for players to boycott! He renders many AP champs useless just by existing and once again makes me question if the term "power budget" was invented just for Evelynn... give him a 100% ban rate and hold Rito accountable!
I like that idea, I'm ready for the 100% sylas ban rate lol

: You're gonna be waiting a long time because Riot clearly can't develop champions like that because "muh excitement" for pro play. No one wants to watch 20 30+ minute matches every weekend so they make it easier for games and encounters to be super fast. It's no longer a video game for people to play it's just a spectator sport so my advise just accept that the balance team doesnt give a shit about you{{sticker:zombie-brand-clap}}
Kadexe (NA)
: They're really not that exceptionally mobile or high-damage compared to the champions already in the game.
Idk if we are playing the same game but I don't think I have died to any one shot champion more than I have to zoe, neeko or pyke ( except maybe talon)
ZeroBlink (EUW)
: NOBODY would buy Rammus for a full prize if he was released today. So you get Zoe, Silas,Neeko etc
But I don't think they should be making champs that everyone wants to immediately buy... I know that their goal is to release content that generates the most revenue, but there's nothing wrong with creating a well-developed champion with a lot of utility that isn't focused on one-shots ya know
Sukishoo (NA)
: >and soon Silas Never heard of em. I know of a Sylas.
Stupafly (NA)
: to be fair i like Zoe and Pyke. and I think im going to like sylas
So I can't disagree that they are fun to play, but they are all extremely high damage dealing champs, which is what the game has turned into.

And he pays no price for his massive damage and mobility. People say "hard cc him" but he can dodge most cc just by pressing q. And if the player is somewhat competent they just have to wait for an engage or wait for an enemy CC ability to go on cooldown and then press r and start spamming q and auto-attack. He can be 0/10 at 15 minutes but as long as he picks up two items he shreds anyone. Absolutely terrible champion design and super toxic kit/playerbase. Kog'Maw is the same, Jinx is the same, Kai'Sa and Jax are the same. Late game hypercarries take over late game but they're garbage early game. You have to put them behind or sit on them and close out the game. Early game champions that Yi can't fight just destroy him like Xin/Lee
You realize that kog'maw's only mobility is flash, jinx gains movement speed with kills/assists but can't dodge other player's ultimates by pressing q which resets on autoattacks, and kaisa and jax have been absolute cancer and riot has done nothing about them either.

: Yi is so weak it's ridiculous. He has to be ahead to win, and he has no real way to be ahead if his opponents are competent and don't feed him. He's heavily reliant on item powerspikes and if he doesn't have the items, he does 0 damage and feeds. I feel like you have to be so good at counterganking or outpathing the enemy jungler to win on Yi because the champ is a joke vs any champion that can hit him back. When you see a Yi pop off in your games just think like "How did it get to this point" because Yi isn't the problem, it's your team not just shutting him out of the game.
But the problem is that no matter how hard you outpath/outplay him, if the game reaches a certain point, he's absolutely unstoppable. And he pays no price for his massive damage and mobility. : If he is so stupidly OP why not go play him in every lane and get to gold with no problems?
Because im not a pussy
: ADCs are 'too weak' and Riot is planning buffs.
Riot is absolute garbage I have 0 expectations for them to do the logical or right thing.

: Reddit fucking loves this new season, and the professional level the games have never been better on both quality of play, viewability and potential. Its literally been macro-meta for 3 seasons, people love this change.
I don't know what kind of crack you're smoking but next time send me some so that i can dumb my brain down enough to actually think like you
: Except this isn't the main place between the community and the devs, I'm pretty sure it's Reddit. Reddit has _alot_ more users than the boards. Reddit has a lot more open discussions, where as the boards pumps out hate post upon hate post, which get upvoted to the top. Can you see why riot would not wanna visit here? It's been like this since I first started using the boards.
Riot not reading their own board lmfao. Maybe you've missed it too but reddit has also been extremely critical on gameplay over the last season. And all the streamers/pros/high elo players have discussed it as well. This isn't something that's up for debate, it's something very real that is a problem in the game.
: >Every day, and every week, it's the exact same thing. Every day, in the same spot. Every week, with the same kind of people. The exact same thing, because they still think the same. If you have the same people with the same percieved problem in the same place- of course they repeat themselves. That proves very little. If you want to find the "average" fans you go to places with no agenda. Where Riot would never go and so there's zero chance of someone hoping Riot sees it. No Boards, no Reddit, no Twitter and so on. And of **those** places I tend to find fairly few complaints.
Yeah I don't know where else people talk about the game other than places where large amounts of people can gather online to discuss the game, maybe you have some secret clan meeting in a cave on the side of the cliff where everyone is all-knowing or something... But for the rest of us, the reason everyone says the same thing all year is because it hasn't been fixed yet
: It was the boards, a _very_ small vocal minority. Not the "entire" community.
Well the boards are the central communication point between the community and the developers, so I would actually consider boards to represent the majority of the community. Not once have I seen a popular or high-read post on here in the past year asking for more damage in the game. Every day, and every week, it's the exact same thing. It's like the champion designers and balance team are shooting in the dark and just letting everything spiral out of control.

I'm actually baffled by the lack of logic that goes into the changes. The entire community has been asking for less damage across the board since this season started, and Riot has done nothing. It's ridiculous. Well, I mean they did nerf the amount of lethality earlier in the season and damage rune nerfs in 8.16 and then took away damage from celerity this last patch. On the other hand it did take them from preseason all the way to 8.16 to start really nerfing damage. :/
But I don't really consider them to be fixing the problem by barely touching something that's like mega cancer in the game and hardly nerfing it when everything in the game has too much damage. Honestly at this point if they came out and said "we are cutting all damage (runes, abilites, items) by 15% across the board, I would be extremely happy.
: As an Ahri main myself , even sometimes My ult itself doesn't save me from her stupid chain from a Leblanc that played it well , I mean LB can Dash twice amd Ahri needs like 3 seconds to use all her 3 dashes to run because of the delay , usually I get full chained before being able to use my 3rd dash If they just fix her E hit box at least ..
Yeah that's true actually, and ahri being one of the more mobile mages it's ridiculous that leblanc can insta-dash twice with and still root ahri.
: Alright it was funny for a while, now revert it.
I fucking hate this game now. Literally what the fuck is RIot doing. There is so much damage in the game its fucking unplayable. And they don't respond to the community and they don't fix the game. I can't play this stupid shit anymore
: I don't understand the thought process that lead to these changes.
Nothing they do makes any sense. I'm actually baffled by the lack of logic that goes into the changes. The entire community has been asking for less damage across the board since this season started, and Riot has done nothing. It's ridiculous.

: This "go next" mentality is REALLY getting out of hand
It has nothing to do with "Tyler1". It's because the game has become such a sloppy nightmare it's not enjoyable as soon as an enemy player gets any type of lead. Damage is so high tanks are one-shotting carries (or at least doing so much damage they're forced out of the fight). The same champions have been absolute cancer for the entire season and players are sick of it. I'm looking at you {{champion:24}} {{champion:39}} {{champion:238}} {{champion:84}} {{champion:164}} {{champion:104}} Nobody wants to deal with jax/irelia 1v9'ing and abusing a broken game for 35 minutes when you can "go next".
