Basically, you go into the chest, right-click, and make the Launcher an exclusion.

This is what players are failing to see: Games are shorter at the beginning of every season because of whatever huge preseason adjustments happened. People aren't quite in sync with what needs to happen, mistakes are made and exploited, and it's always easier to hold a lead than overturn one. True, Riot's not taking any steps to deliberately lengthen games, but they're cautious after doing it in the past and having it backfire.
Riot doesn't fucking make choices for the whole game based on LCS. They can just make new LCS rules to cause stuff to happen there if they want. Stop with this shit.

+100 isn't really that big, all things considered. Not even, no, but within winnable levels.
Also, looking at these stats, he didn't ward much. Plus he's Karthus. Where was your jungler?

Then, again, _why are you here?_ Just to shitpost?

But I love you.

Yeah, we don't know what happens in game. You know what we do know? That you're constantly here whining instead of trying to figure out what you can do to improve. If you're like that after game, what are you like in-game? Are we supposed to take your word for it, that you are somehow magically not part of the problem?
When your attitude changes, you'll start to climb. When you work on getting better, you'll start to climb. The system doesn't push down on you, that's just you. Come back when you've calmed down and you want actual advice, and you'll get it. The forums have no mercy for QQ threads.
![]()
Ah, what a shame. It's such a nice idea, and it explains why I don't see many trolls or AFKers, despite being Bronze. So I guess they get sucked into a low MMR, constantly locked with the worst, trying to climb?

Just out of curiosity, did you come here for an echo chamber, a circle jerk of "Oh, it's not fair, why am I not where I think I belong"? Because that's not what this board is. I mean, if you want advice on how to and climb, you could try not posting a QQ thread and instead asking and listening.

Not strictly true. The only real restriction is that not everyone can be Challenger (and maybe Master, not really sure how that one works). Theoretically, every player could make it to Diamond simultaneously.
You're just tilted, bro. But if it keeps happening to you every single game then I've got some bad news: _You're part of the problem._ You see, the only people the system keeps down are the actively negative, toxic, trolly players. They get their own special queue after a certain point, locked in with their own kind. So, you know, you may not be a bad player. You may just be a dick in-game. Or you're just super tilted and convinced that the world is out to get you when it really couldn't care at all. Your choice.
![]()
That's not really true at all. Many low-ranking players are people who can't or won't improve for whatever reason, even after a few seasons.
![]()
Since when did being low rank equal not having many champs? I don't see any relation.
![]()
Rengar does gain a small leap addition, yes. But not enough to warrant buying the item over his standards.
![]()
That's basically the only way to do it. You can't make truly constant damage, but you can make really fast & small ticks.
![]()
I don't disagree with your idea, but I'm not understanding why skillshot = sport. It's not the driving idea, or at least not what I gathered you wanted.
I suppose I could make an argument regarding macro/tactical play, given that it's an omnipresent thing in all competitive games (even the physical kind) and much more deserving of being called "The thing that makes LoL a sport". Every kind of game has mechanics, and the players that master them are always great, but they never _quite_ seem to hold up to masters of strategy.
**But** as a low-level player, I feel like being great mechanically is no longer a necessity for me to climb versus being macro-aware and acting accordingly. Not sure if that's good or bad yet, mostly cause I haven't played in a while. I do miss seeing a lot of high-mechanics players in games I watch, though, there's just something cool about it.

Relatively niche picks that are unsuited for the current meta vs the others. Pro play is all about efficiency.
![]()
Pretty sure it's not doable for a reason, if it's not doable. APM is only limited whenever an allowed increase would force a change in the way everyone plays/sets up (basically, allowing this would force everyone to do it or fall behind).

Quinn's rework changed that. Once she has her W, she gains bonus AS for a few seconds for attacking a Vulnerable target. It scales up to 40%, though, not starting there.
Homework, people.
![]()
Harrier does "15 - 100 (based on level) (+ 16% - 50% (based on level) AD) bonus physical damage."
Q does "PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 20 / 45 / 70 / 95 / 120 (+ 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120% AD) (+ 50% AP)"
Her bonus is only 40% once capped.
I mean, if you're gonna call numbers, you're gonna have to do the math.

Boots.
![]()
Are you fucking kidding? Quinn depends on her spell casts to get her burst, which comes from Harrier, and why she builds pure damage. AS is icing on a delicious DPS cake, not her mainstay. Because she's not a pure assassin, nor is she a pure marksman. Unlike Twitch, she's really good at being both, and the ability to be both is why she's picked.
That being said, she suffers from slows more than most assassins, and if she can't burst you down then you can probably kill her before her damage can come through. That's why you pick Malph or Naut into her top. Illaoi was a bad choice for your teammate. No CC or real way to catch Quinn.
That Quinn built three items that grant AS, though, so you know, I don't think her passive AS is as insane as you think.

Korea did it a lot last year. Quite honestly, I'm surprised Hai doesn't do it, he plays Kennen (and is undefeated on it professionally).
Go watch some OGN VODs, I'm sure the casters talk in-depth about the pick at several points.

Shyvana's. I mained her back in S4, and man, that was fun. Nobody knows how to deal with a fed tank in Bronze, so I got to do whatever I pleased once I got ahead. Dive backlines by myself and kill them all, hold whole teams at tower, ravage their top lane. Once that ult is up you can see their whole playstyle change to reduce the chance of being pounced upon and eaten.
Even now, it's fun, but I wish it was still satisfying to play her full tank. Full metal dragon is best dragon.

Because that's the reason they gave, and that's an odd lie to make, so it's probably true.

The map was finished. The problem is what it takes. The machines they used to showcase the map were top-of-the-line behemoth PCs, and they were barely able to handle it. They would have to go back with the new map tools and totally remake and retest it, and that can take months or years.
![]()
But....they balance around mid-Plat. Sated isn't used in Pro play because it's suboptimal until completion, leaving a very obvious window of abuse, and most of the junglers who use it don't have a lot of utility.
![]()
I think if I played enough to dedicate myself to climbing I might, but I'd probably ask the legions of streamers, coaches, and guidemakers first, as most of them also know how to spell. So I guess I wouldn't ask you about either.
![]()
Oh man, I'm so keeping this one.

I think before you ask them about balance you should ask them about spelling and grammar.

Well, Sej brings tankiness and a crapton of CC, but she's gonna lose to pretty much every laner if she's by herself, as she doesn't have much kill pressure on her own. She also lacks in the long-term mobility department, so you'd need teleport to be impactful in other places. Ultimately, I can see it sort-of working, but I'd be really careful about when you pick it, because if you lose lane even a bit, you'll be way behind.

> (because honestly, anyone who thinks that TB and NCS were competing concepts needs to work on his cognitive abilities)
Well, yeah, because Team Builder was released as a bridge of sorts so Riot could figure out what they wanted to come next and how it would work. That's not bullshit, that's what they said before and at the release of TB. They were never in competition because _Team Builder was designed and released as a temporary concept_.
Also, all the Boards and Forums and Reddit crap put together aren't even 1% of the total fanbase, so it's not a majority. It's not even close. Most people are fairly happy with the new system.

I tend to just modify the phrasing so that I can still say "Smite."

I like how most people seem to forget that S5 started the same sort of way - short, snowbally games. Games lengthen as the season goes on.
Also, I like knowing I can make surprise moves because it's no longer possible to ward a full half of the map. Fog is fun. SMART vision is key now: not just placing wards, but placing them because you need them here and not there, or because they just used their only sweeper, or because Udyr is likely to come from that point.
I would argue that this current season is much better than S5 at the same point in terms of diversity, particularly in the jungle. We'll see as it goes on.

Straight splitting is viable, but you have to comp the whole team around it if the splitter doesn't have a global ability. Disengage/stall/waveclear. Otherwise you do what I call "hybrid splitting," which is using it to create pressure away from your team and desired objectives, and then joining your team and taking whatever it is you want.

Apparently they activated it because of server issues, so there you go. They turned it off once things stabilized.
![]()
I'm not sure what they are, but certain conditions have to be met for loss prevention to activate. Wish I could tell you more.

![]()
Not really. Nostalgia shouldn't blind you to the possibilities of tomorrow, just because today isn't great.

Is it? I thought it was hard-coded health loss on the fountain and that turret was just an animation?

Why not buy both when faced with high mixed burst, or buy the one that best fits the enemy comp?

![]()
You forgot Zed, and by forgot I mean left him in the game. :D

And by reacting like this you feed him more. He's never gonna play your game or get riled, just drag you down.

New damage type: Mega Ultra Damage. :D

![]()
Well, you're entitled to your opinion. There are people who enjoyed Dominion. I myself was among them until bots became too numerous and it killed the fun. And as I always seem to be telling people, you're not required to give your time or money to a game that isn't fun for you.
With all that said, the Dominion community was/is _**extremely**_ small and Riot could no longer justify devoting resources for such a small group when so much work needs to be done elsewhere with said resources. I wish you best of luck in finding your new game home. I find Rainbow Six Siege to have a very pleasant community, so if that's up your alley, maybe you should give it a try?
![]()
Well, because the thing that makes true damage scary and worthwhile is that you can't negate it. Let's be honest, nobody picks Vayne because of her roll or displacement.
Also, you may not realize it, but the game needs damage you can't stop more than it needs defense you can't penetrate.

I hear they call it Three Talon Strike because he used it once and it killed Talon three times. XD
