This post is totally untrue. Every season they nerf the current OP and instead of just leaving things to see how they play out, they instead transfer that power to another role. Tanks are too strong?...Nerf them and dump power into ADCs....OH ADCs are too strong now, so then nerf them and buff assassins. They need to stop taking from one role and dumping extra power into another. They need to just flat across the board tone down the damage. Defensive stats (mostly armor) are pretty much useless at this point due to all the true damage. Once all the excessive damage in this game is under control, it would be a much easier thing to then just adjust tank damage and stats to bring them inline with everything else. This constant circle of just adding damage and transferring power from one class to another every season will not fix anything.

Nah this idea is lame. Don't penalize anyone else for your connection tests. If you want to test, play a custom game. That is the way to go for sure. That way nobody gets screwed. There are a lot of new players that play bots and it is not cool to ruin their experience.

: Lootboxes should only be for optional, cosmetic features. Nothing that directly affects gameplay. That way you can prevent a "gambling" system while retaining the ability to allow whales to splurge on thr game. As well as retain the game's core value.

: You take 20% less damage from crit and it doesn't work subtractive like you are saying here. The crit damage reduction is basically removing the IE passive and puts the ADC's crit damage back to 200% from 250%. Additionally, it decreases the attack speed by 15%.

: My last game was I actually played Rammus. I played like a complete ape and still won. By the time I had 3 items I was more or less unkillable even though their Kha was fed. I was dicking around doing stupid shit and playing way too aggressive the entire game and still did well. Tanks are strong and no matter how much you cry that they are weak doesnt change reality.

My problem with the current rune system is that damage champs get benefits from runes right from the start. I have always liked to play tanky supports and divers like Leona or Alistar. I have to wait a full 10 minutes to get the benefits from the Conditioning rune. I think it would help some if those stats were given out at the start of the game, instead of 10 minutes in. Currently 10 minutes is half a game. Is there a reason for that 10 minute wait on Conditioning?

This reminds me of the Galio Q buff they recently released, even against the words of so many stating how OP it was...What happened? It was OP beyond belief. They waited a few days before nerfing it. Everything they release is WAY over the top OP in terms of damage, or so grossly underpowered. They do not know how to find decent balance at all.

The Frozen Mallet gnar thing is something people have been complaining about for some time due to how oppressive it makes him. Instead they make it worse. Riot is going down the tubes for their ESports.

(Unless you let him freely harass you until youre low enough for him to jump on. So the glacial augment slow in early game only allows him to punish you harder if you over-extend. That, and buffing his roam/gank strength pre-frozen mall.

Try playing Leona as a support. Then watch as an ADC takes out a good 1/4 hp as you try to proc a relic charge. The only decent stat increasing mastery in Resolve takes 10 minutes before it takes effect. Meanwhile AD champs get immediate access to their damage at the gate. The only ones saying tanks are fine are the ones enjoying mowing them down in a few seconds.

This is the kind of thing that is getting people upset. Releasing things that people know will be disgustingly broken. You might notice that damage is never broken by being too low. Its always through the roof too high, and its a trend that is getting worse.

They have tons of counterplay. Trying to play a support tank and proc relic shield right now is absolutely painful due to the immense punishment you take. Tank runes absolutely suck, as does their itemization. Get 300 armor? No problem! Grab lord Dominicks and some lethality....armor is now paper. Or lord dominicks + BoTRK, now your HP is crap...

There are anti-tank masteries. There is the one that is basically Lord Dominicks with the +dmg vs tanks based off how much more HP they have. AD champs get that at the very start of the game.

It is so true. The AD damage in this game is just disgusting now. Think it will get better? Read Meddler's thoughts on the patch from yesterday. Nothing is broken, just a few things a bit too strong and a bit too weak. Damage is the future of this game, as are normal games that are shorter than ARAM's.

It will not be enough. The damage is simply too high now. Plus you have item-style runes that ADC's and assassins can pickup. For example, free BT passive rune, free Lord Domicks rune. Those kick in at the start of the game. That means that anyone going resolve (eg, Leona, Ali, Naur supports) are screwed from the start.

I was playing Leona and everytime I would Q (Her Q is an AA with a stun+dmg), no stack at all for grasp. I could only AA them with non-empowered AA for it to work. That should not be the case.

This is so true. I main support also and cannot for the life of me get out of silver. Granted, I do not have a great game everytime, but it really sucks to have a 2 to 4 game winstreak and then have a longer losing streak. Some of the games i DO contribute to the loss. Howerver, a lot of the games are losses due to rage-quitters, AFKER's and those that are just determined to hyper-feed.

Currently as a tanky support I have to wait 10 minutes to get my defensive bonus. Why do I need to wait 10 minutes for that, when damage dealers get access to their damage right from the start? We are basically being kept from having bonuses that the old mastery system gave us from the start. Its hard being melee support that uses relic and gets punished incredibly hard right now when trying to proc the charges. I am going to start going coin so that i do not have to lose 100+ hp to proc a RS charge. Giving us access to the defensive stat right off would alleviate that pain at least a bit.
