riven i guess? if it's a rune that makes you tanky and wasn't meant to be used on carry champions, reducing all damage just minimizes the ways it can be abused in the future.

: i've never had a problem with lux. the thing with lux is her numbers are over-tuned obviously but if they weren't she'd be completely useless as she is a highly telegraphed skillshot mage and therefore will happen to be near completely useless unless she is rewarded massively for landing her stuff. and lets be honest while yasuo exists in his current state you can't with a straight face say lux needs to be nerfed. there are far too many champions atm who make her look like a joke. why do you think lux keeps being buffed nonstop? its because at the end of the day if 100% of all your damage can be merely sidestepped then you will never be a truly good champ. because at the end of the day pro's will stick to what actually wins them games and is reliable when moneys on the stake. that is why you will never see lux in the really valuable pro matches. if mage is a needed it'll be someone busted like Viktor or Cassiopeia or orianna even. and these are the players who can stand still and dodge incoming enemy skillshots without trying. these players basically show you why lux will never be truly viable. BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU CAN LITERALLY NEGATE 100% of her damage. AND THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE A PURE SKILLSHOT CHAMP LIKE LUX WORK IN TODAYS HYPER MOBILE ENVIROMENT IS THROUGH BUSTED NUMBERS.
While you should get punished for failing to avoid a skillshot, that's still no reason for someone's numbers to be overtuned. Throughout all of this, Lux mains have made her work at a diamond+ level. The ability to consistently dodge everything she has and make her 100% useless is something only professional players can do. Anyway her current state is mostly because of aftershock.

: well, he is an immobile, high-priority target, though it's odd that his kill average is so low that being said though, it looks like it might just be hard to figure out his proper builds. Apparently brand has high win rates when he can get sorc boots and kleptomancy procs
Because brand isn't a good carry and while he has an easy time putting out damage, he has a hard time actually finishing someone off before they back off.

ya but if you are passive you can easily get taken advantage of. This is how the roaming {{champion:238}} {{champion:7}} always goes 4/0 by 5 minutes and you lose because they're too far ahead. Aggression has a much higher reward than just playing passively, and if you know what you're doing then you can do it relatively safely as well. There's also champions that are pressured more into doing so because they scale poorly or get outscaled by their opponent.

Seekers feels hard to go early due to mana constraints (unlike ADs going hexdrinker), and feels onesided to go against a merc/hexdrinker combo. Cant really opt to ninja tabis because of how forced mages are to go mpen. Mages wont really get out of support if most of their damage and CC can be shoved aside with such a unfun combo, and cant protect themselves well enough with mana and damage constraints going tabis and seekers (going support is another complaint ppl have about mages).

I think it's small because she's untargetable while holding onto someone. She probably wasn't intended to weave in and out of a fight with it like how rakan can, and instead really commit to 1 person which makes her more different than rakan.

ikr it's not uncommon in soloqueue for darius to get ahead, buy {{item:3053}} {{item:3065}} and then 1v3 because there isn't enough damage on the enemy team to actually kill him yet. He's nowhere near weak right now. Yeah he's weak vs ranged toplaners but those ranged toplaners are only there because they destroy melee matchups. If you take any other ranged champ and go top you'll get destroyed.

: i consider only nasus and veigar scaling champions because well... they're the only two that actually got stacks. The rest are just arguably late game champs (vayne pretty much dominates every stage of the game) The problem i am having in low elo is : Games don't end fast because people don't know how to end games before the 35 minute mark. Thus, scaling champions scale out of control and wreck low elo... I believe high elos really don't suffer from scaling champs.
