: Given that Honor *starts* at Honor 2 and the only way to lose it is to violate the rules, I can't say I think this is unfair. Maintaining Honor 2 basically just means not being a jerk to other players, and Riot still gives you time to earn it back if that's something you struggle to do. I can't justify "don't be a jerk" as too stringent a rule, or something that makes getting rewards somehow difficult or unfair.
I got struck with a 25 game chat restriction for the first time ever one month before season ended. There was no hope for me to get rewards after that. It's a shitty feeling that ruins the game for people.
: im maxed out in honor but im fairly toxic the difference is im not constantly talking shit the whole game. Just say one or two things here or there and boom your a decent human being. Also dont be toxic every single game, you almost have to try and be toxic in order to get punished.
I'm actually a really positive player most 95% of games usually I wont even use the chat because I cant say anything positive. I lost it one time and I got banned for it and I dont think it was justified.

: Not being a dick is absolutely a possible achievement. I'm Honor Level 4 and it took absolutely zero effort because I'm not toxic.

I get what you are saying but i wasn't even trying to be mean i had the same guy in my game 3 times in a row intentionally feed i think its understandable that in one of those games i will get heated.
