: No, Riot needs to make it known that they treat everyone equally, UZI should have received a 14day ban and Riot should have addressed that the situation and many other situation on the korean server are being handled. saying "oh the entire korean server is toxic so lets give uzi a lesser punishment" is completely wrong. UZI was at fault here 110%, Riot needs to make it known that they dont handle this kind of crap and they should use him as an example. but then again riot cant seem to do anything these days.
Yeah, I did say that perhaps Uzi needed a harsher punishment in the post. And I completely agree with you that other situations of trolling and racism on the Korea server needs to be addressed. It's not "Riots" fault, I think. This is because Riot Korea is a separate department that oversees punishments on its own server. There needs to be some sort of head office established to check the validity and credibility of these separate apartments if they ever want to fix this situation.

Guys we gotta find some way around this. Maybe "C Lyin?" "Sea Leona" "See Lion" ?

: Because it makes LCS "fun" and "exciting".
How is duskblade supposed to make LCS fun and exciting when hardly any assassins are played other than Talon? lmao
: I think he did the Warwick rework, which he did a very good job with
Yes but that was under supervision from Reav3, if CertainlyT was allowed to go all out he would've made a broken mess of a champ.

: dont you think that IFS message is about recent reports?
That may be true, but even though I reported them with the in-game report system a few days ago it didn't pop up immediately. Also, I don't think it was a coincidence when I checked today and found that the ticket was solved along with getting the message.

The more they change and the more they add, the harder everything gets to balance. It's a never ending cycle. The most balanced form of league, will be league with no champions in it ?

It still doesn't excuse the fact that people complained about Zed getting buffed when he was weak lmao There are thousands of examples of mage players continually whining on these boards.

: Controlmages have the same issue Bruisers had until Conqueror was introduced
This keystone looks really good on control mages, I like it. However, the true damage part should be removed entirely from the keystone. Instead, just give the keystone more magic penetration (around 3-5) in exchange.

faster transformations of course xddddddddddddd

: The armor on it was nerfed heavily, along with the item cooldown as well. If you do the math, Zed can ult over three times late game with max CDR in the timespan that Zhonya's is down (120). It's not reliable at all really.
High cooldown does not equal low reliability. That just means it isn't up often, which it shouldn't be since it's so reliable lmfao
: He doesn’t have dierect wave clear. But he can equally clear a wave when he is oppertuned.
Yeah but he is opportuned only every 22 seconds, which means he doesn't have good wave clear.
: AP champions become invalidated by a 450G item ({{item:1033}}). {{item:3157}}/{{item:2420}} isn't reliable.
Pressing one button to negate all damage incoming for 2.5 seconds isn't reliable?

: As Nasus, I still need to be stacking. Its pretty rare to kill anybody pre-6 as Nasus. And as the Taric played super safely and built Tabis + Frozen heart, I had no chance of killing him and getting more than just a CS lead. And please, don't try to call anyone else bad, you are a hardstuck sub 50% winrate Silver 4.
You're bad. Just kidding! But on another note, did you happen to first pick Nasus or did you pick Nasus into Taric? If it's the second scenario, then that's some pretty bad decision making on your part.

: I am a casual player so I can't say how healthy something on paper is until I tried it, so as long as the jungler pool will actually be viable rather than the select few, I will be happy cause I miss some of the old junglers that fell out with the changes.
I don't think that old junglers will fall out with these changes. You probably wouldn't know (since you stated you're a casual player), but at the moment duelist/early game junglers are very strong at the moment. These changes will make them even stronger since contesting scuttler will be a more important objective. Rather than pushing old junglers out, this will actually solidify their position in the meta.
: Give up, they aren't listening or they listen and just ignore it. They refuse to accept changes based off the community because they are too proud and think that their way is the best. Too proud to admit mistakes. Just give up, you are wasting your time and to be honest, they don't deserve your time at this point. Edit: Hey I just realized, do you know what benefits this change the most? LCS!
Making scuttle have more experience and therefore making it a more important objective might be nice, but the problem of it is that scuttle spawns will be RNG now. I wouldn't mind increasing experience too much (although I would prefer it to be the same as this change will decimate tank junglers) but the RNG associated with scuttle is fucking ridiculous.
DW Diana (NA)
: The changes will aid some, while hindering others. Those it's aiding will be happy because it means they can farm without fear of the enemy jg getting 5 kills pre 6 and invading them while they're still level 4, while those it is hindering don't like it because they don't get to first blood 90% of games anymore. Personally I like the changes, though it'll make life more difficult for a couple of my champs. I tend to like to invade my opponent so knowing that he's off trying to grab scuttle early while leaving krugs and raptors, or gromp and wolves to chase after it will make my life much easier. As it is when I start Red I tend to get a full clear (-Krugs) and my opponents Krugs before ganking top for some extra gold. Will just mean I can look at Raptors and mid now :)
...you realize that your strategy of invading while he/she gets raptors will be less effective after the changes right? Scuttle will be worth significantly more experience next patch which will reduce the effectiveness of your strategy as the opponent won't be as behind or maybe even equal in gold and experience.
Mcsquzzy (NA)
: I will withhold my downvote until I witness it and my greatest hope is for more junglers to be able to jungle again, ap junglers took a hit due to the constraints of runic echoes, no cdr, unique passive shared with ludens echoes which leads to bad efficiency, krugs and raptors are a case by case problem
I actually think that removing mana barriers are a great change as it will make junglers more viable. And yes I do agree that AP junglers are not too strong right now. But it's the problem of lumping these other really bad changes that include making rift scuttler rng and giving it more xp that I am worried about.

: Hyperbole is supposed to be a statement that is not to be taken seriously and so obviously impossible that nobody would ever take it serious. "I'm so hungry I could eat a whole cow" is an example of hyperbole. 2 or 3 pounds of food in one sitting is A LOT of food for one person. Obviously eating a 2000 pound cow is impossible. This is not hyperbole. This is called ***lying.*** When you are intentionally stretching the truth in an attempt to mislead people into agreeing with one side of an argument, you are ***lying***. It is no longer a harmless hyperbolic statement. This is the same as dishonest journalism akin to Fox, CNN, NBC, etc.
Except that people interpret this as hyperbole. Of course it's completely ridiculous that adcs are doing 80%+ of a team's damage. Your definition of hyperbole just happens to be different from the 50+ people that upvoted the OP.
: Since when does bot lane do 80%+ of damage in games on average? Mid, top, and jungle have potential to do just as much damage as bot lane, and even more, depending on the champion picked. How is this the highest voted comment? It is clearly just straight-up wrong, and this person literally doesn't even play on summoner's rift, he only plays ARAM. What does he know about bot lane? Plus the OP is a Zoe main. If you have played Zoe for 400+ games, and you're not consistently doing more damage than bot lane, or at least the same amount, then you should probably take a step back and evaluate your own gameplay. These boards are fucked lol Edit: BTW to be more on topic, the problem is not that a terrible ADC will lose the game. It's that a bad player in any role, playing a damage-oriented champion, will make the game much harder to win. Imagine trying to win a game with a 0/4/5 Singed vs a 0/4/5 Jayce. These are two totally different scenarios.
: Punishing 1 person for 1 thing does not validate everything else that is ever happening.
> [{quoted}](name=Automated Riven,realm=NA,application-id=yrc23zHg,discussion-id=YfXuOEc8,comment-id=0000,timestamp=2018-04-08T01:50:26.755+0000) > > Punishing 1 person for 1 thing does not validate everything else that is ever happening. Of course it doesn't but this situation still demonstrates extreme inconsistency within Riot Korea's player behavior system.
: He got that bonus AD in his ultimate passive though
Which in no way compensated for the huge nerfs towards his bonus AD on W
: Thing is he deserves to be in this place he is right now, because for as long as I can remember. He was always a weak ADC who had 47%+ winrate during season 5-7 and yet I still played him even he was weak at the time, because i'm not a meta slave lol. I'm glad that other ADC's get the spotlight for once rather than the typical {{champion:67}} {{champion:51}}
That's why he's played often in the LCS and has a 51.21% winrate and 12.68% pickrate in Plat+ elo
