I'm glad ti worked for you, but I shouldn't have to use another program to complete missions in LoL. Until league has a public chat option for players to find premades, these kind of missions ruin the experience.
: Not to fix it this quickly, no. And to get the platinum icon, players will still have to complete the other two impossible missions as-is because they do not have B objectives. We felt this was the best way to resolve this quickly for people that didn't mean to complete the first B objective and no longer had a chance to do the other ones.
Forcing players to make a 5man premade is stupid. A lot of us do not have the connections to do this.

: ARURF Extended for 4 More Weeks
Thank you {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}
: they already have the means to, but it is kind of a moot point when to properly determine how to create or use a new strategy requires a ton of games played involving such strategy unless it is miraculously just good right away, which is a rarity and tends to show how broken something really is smurfing is meant to be for players to practice safely, but it gets abused
Smurfs go against the purpose of ranked play. Safe practice is what norms are for. Ranked play should only be used for live games, not practice.
: I 99% agree with you, but there is one detail: yes, positional ranking is partly to blame. Sure, there would be no problem if people weren't a-holes, but without positional ranking, people can't just throw the game when they are auto-filled. With positional ranking, they can. It's not the root of the issue, and it's a good thing and I thank Riot too. But it's still an enabling factor in this issue.
How does positional rank allow jerks to "just throw a game"? Loosing an off position match brings down your main position. There are penalties across all of your ranks for your performance in any of the ranks. I honestly just think some jerks are trying to make the system look bad, when all they are doing is exposing themselves to reports. I'm just happy riot doesn't charge me for reporting people, because I do it a lot.
: So I had a Wukong and a Vi support in my past two games. Thanks positional matchmaking.
Has nothing to do with positional ranking and everything to do with people being jerks. Positional ranks are here to stay, get used to it. Personally I like them and thank Riot for making it happen. Now if they could just find a way to keep smurfs out of ranked play the game would be much better.

: It's a professional environment and there isn't room for behavior like this. You can't be disrespectful just because you don't like the situation, it's still your job.
I agree, and Vaevictis needs to show respect to the other teams in their league.
: Watch any other league series. Notice how they ban. First they choose power picks, followed by (in the second phase) target banning for the roles left. Out of all the champions banned, only about two could legitimately be considered power picks. More importantly, it's pretty clear that support isn't the clutch role it was in the Ardent Meta. Banning five supports is absolutely stupid unless you don't take the enemy team seriously.
Vaevictis disrespected their opponents by fielding a team based on gender and not skill. Respect has to be earned. Now, if a team finds 5 female players that all compete at challenger level, then have an all female team. But these girls were not meant to compete at that level, and in putting them on stage Vaevictis is wasting the other teams time and that is disrespectful. A good rule for life is, if you disrespect someone don't expect to get respect from them.

: But the team wasn't made with the intention of being all female, but with the intention of grabbing attention and promoting the organization, which it succeeded in. It being all female is a consequence just like picking the best player results in pro teams being all male.
You can't really be this naive, right? Please tell me you're just trolling.
20022012 (EUNE)
: Why is it a sexist organization for making an all female team when they were to late to sell the spot? And how come it's sexist when a team is all female, yet not sexist to have the vast majority of league teams be all male? Double standards yet again, I guess.
Do you honestly believe that SKT only signed players based on gender and not skill? Maybe the vast majority of pro players are male because males are more likely to put in the time and effort to gain the skills to compete at a pro level. Nothing is stopping a girl from competing at a pro level, but when you sign a player based on gender and not skill.... that is sexist. This isn't difficult. Any person over the age of 10 should be able to comprehend this simple concept.
Papdi1 (EUW)
: ROX punished for banning all female supp.
Riot should be banned for allowing a team to hire players based on gender and not skill.
: The team that should be fined is Vaevictis for signing low diamonds for a pro play team and hurting the competitive integrity. Note: low diamonds on Russian server, which is even worse cuz the level of that server is terrible.
Vaevictis is a sexist organization and Riot should be ashamed for allowing an organization to field a team based on gender and not skill. Is this GLOW league now?

Stop acting like they just stole your house and kicked you out on to the streets. As I said, you don't really understand or even want to take efforts to understand the problem. As a customer, _it is my right to complain and tell a company when they are fucking up and delivering a bad product._ EVERY CUSTOMER has that right, because EVERY CUSTOMER is entitled to get the most worth from their money. Simply not buying something just shows up on a spreadsheet at intervals throughout the year. It doesn't tell a company anything until they assess the information. But if customers speak up and tell a company when something is wrong or bad, they get immediate feedback and can make changes without letting a problem fester. The pricing on the variation skins is a PRIME example of this. They launched on the PBE with a 30% discount if you owned the original, putting them at about 930 RP. Yet if you owned the original, the variation skin equated to a 750 RP skin. That was EXPENSIVE for something of that quality, and people spoke up about how absurd that pricing was. You know what happened? Riot dropped the discount significantly prior to the variations going live, to the point that they were now equitable to a 750 RP skin if you owned the original. People's voices matter when telling companies how they are doing and how can fix the problems that stem from bad products. Companies can't get precise feedback on WHY something is a bad product unless they're told. If an item doesn't sell, why didn't it sell? Was it the time of year? Was it where it was placed in the store? Was it the color of the product? Was the advertising of the product? Was it the items it was bundled with? Was it the price? Was there too many competing products launched with it? And so forth, and so forth. There are TOO many questions when you simply say nothing and buy nothing, so a company cannot learn when it has to troubleshoot that many questions. That's why you as a consumer need to speak up. Tell the company WHY and EXACTLY HOW a product is bad so they can fix it. It's my right, your right, everyone's right as customers buying a product to take offense when a company illustrates a clearly ludicrous product of low quality with an enormous price tag, because it opens the door for them to take advantage of the consumers for future products. If you DO NOT SPEAK NOW, you will be walked over in the future when more and more ridiculous, overpriced things come out and start replacing the fair products that used to be. So yeah, I'm concerned, and so should everyone.
