I think it's just from outdated/buggy pathing. When you perform this bug I'm pretty sure it only happens because your character can't figures out how to move around obstacles so it just goes through them. You can also see the bad pathing when this bug fails since it redirects your character like 7 different times before eventually walking around the wall.

You just need to respect her by keeping your distance and using ranged abilities to farm rather than trading if you have one. She is naturally strong into most melee matchups with the exceptions of like {{champion:240}}, and {{champion:58}}. I'm not going to defend the state of her kit right now though, I will admit that rito has no idea what they are doing with the champion.
: How should they nerf her? She hasn't been out long enough to figure out how to tune her. Everyone say's she has an 'overloaded kit' but Its not like she has 9 effects on each ability. They are each fairly simple. Only her passive is complicated, and thats because it defines how she plays, like jhin. A few positives, a few negatives. Her E duration could be hit a bit, maybe her passive could be 25 stacks instead of 20?
I personally would reduce her base range(could do a kindred and make the first stack or so grant more range), remove the stealth mechanic on allies. Just make them the thrall things instead of making them invis. Also possibly cut her self healing. Kinda annoying when she quickly heals herself and allies for 100+ on top of being a carry like champ.

I would say inters. Not the people who just have a bad game or don't know how to play safe. I mean the people who do a tyler1. With toxic people, you can just ignore them or /mute. afk people are making the game worse but at least they are not directly giving the enemy gold. Plus it's possible to still win sometimes in a 4v5. People who give up are annoying but as long as they don't int it is better than nothing. Sometimes they have a change of heart too after a good team fight. I would say leavers are just below inters, and then a little below would be people who give up. Toxic people are just whatever. It's a good time to make fun of them.

It's not really a matter of "don't worry guys, they will fix this". I understand that they are going to (which is sadly one of the few things Riot can actually get some praise for), it's just the fact that this multimillion-dollar company actually let a patch that probably has more bugs than old Morde, Shaco, and WW combined. I'll still play this game, but with the way the state of balance has been for this game for so long and along with this patch, I just keep feeling like Riot does not care for the game and are just milking the cash from pro games and skins.

They touched the really old stuff (death recap) and broke a hundred things they didn't even know were related to it. People have joked about spaghetti code for years, now we actually get to see just how cobbled together it really is.
That makes sense. Patch 9.14 must have knocked the spaghetti bowl onto the floor.

{{champion:84}} is really strong, but her skill floor, and her skill ceiling respectively, are much higher than almost all other champions in the game. Although I think the main issue with her is that she is a sustain assassin hybrid thing that has extremely high burst for how long she can stay in a fight. If she were to have her sustain increased with her burst and mobility lowered then she could be more of a bruiser. If they lower her sustain then she will not be able to stay in a fight long enough to burst down all 5 enemy champs while still being able to take out that one squishy and get out safely.

Let's gave a balanced 3 item tank build with spirit visage, sunfire cape, and gargoyles. Your tank now has 140 bonus armor, 135 bonus MR, and 875 bonus health. At this point your physical damage reduction is about 70%. Let's assume level 14 as the 3 item point for both champs. Vayne with her standard first 3 items has +65 ad and a bork passive. Guinsoos will not be stacked since you're using stoneplate at the start of the fight to maximize its value. Her total AD is 158 at this point. Maokai will have 1895 base health + 875 bonus hp for a total of 2770 hp. So, you activate the item and gain 2000 hp (doubling your current hp, assuming you took damage during the engage). To validate your claim of 3 autos being all it takes to kill you, here is the equation. I'll even simplify the bork damage and increase it in your favor (for calculation simplicity). 2*(158+(.08*4000))*.3 + (158 + .7(158)+(.08*4000))*.3 + .14*4000. Those 3 autos just did about 1023. Now, the actual damage you did will vary a bit based on your keystone rune and some other factors like crit. However, those factors arent getting you the extra 1k damage you need to claim 3 more autos will kill a tank popping stoneplate.
First of all, he was using what we like to call a hyperbole. Also, vayne's passive literally counters anything a tank can build. Oh let me build some armor, oh her w does true damage. I'll just build health, wait her w also does max hp damage (not forgetting a bork for the bonus max health damage, and rageblade with its mr and armor pen). Also with items like stoneplate, it really only provides any benefit when in a team fight as a 2v2 or 1v1 you just get 40 armor and mr and the active is just 40% unless there are 3+ enemies around.

: It takes a goddam year. I usually reach full stacks around 25+ minutes. It's ridiculously long. Also it's only 12% and offers almost nothing during the laning phase (usually ~4% lifesteal around level 6)

He has been out for a long time and people have grown attached to him. While that number may not be very high for {{champion:9}} in particular, if he was to get reworked (which I think he is being looked at with {{champion:106}} and such right now) his mains, and the people that like the champ would be happy and more people would try the champion out and possibly find a new main or just another champ they love to play. While it is nice to see new champions, what they do, and the way they change up the meta (for the better or worse) I was much more hyped for the {{champion:10}} and {{champion:82}} rework than I was for both{{champion:517}} and {{champion:350}} , but more so{{champion:350}}. {{champion:517}} is pretty cool from a conceptual standpoint. He is having some troubles with balance right now I believe.

The champ everyone sad was terrible and needed buffs but once people learned how to play her she actually turned out to be really good and the buffs made it unbearable for some. Well, if people did not learn from yuumi that we should wait then we will never learn. Morde is fine from what I have seen. Im not that high up on the ladder but I have yet to lose to a morde in lane.
: how is someone with multiple dashes not safe? she even has a ranged gnar ult to peel for herself in worst case scenario. she has situational stealth a situational snare. she's a mobile ad assassin. i don't know what world you live in but most immobile champs aren't going to be able to touch her unless she wants them to. and she has the exact same playstyle as akali which many people consider to be toxic. skirmishing assassins don't work unless they are broken on a fundamental level. so she's only going to be a nightmare to balance.
Like everyone else has said, even though her w can get to like a 3-second cd, you can jump farther while playing hopscotch than how far her w dashes. Qiyana is easily better balanced than many other champion releases/reworks that we have gotten recently like when kayle was supposed to have a weak early game, and neeko became an adc.

His new R is pretty clear, though I feel like they could brighten his new visual effect for counter strike. It's very obvious that he is using counter strike, but It is quite difficult for me to see the edges of it due to how faint the color is. Got me killed cause I thought I was out of range so I held onto my flash. I think anything like this should be given very clear indicators like Tryndamere's R. Really frustrating to flash and try to finish him off but he pressed R and now he just spun over that wall.

Honestly, it's just really hard for an adc to solo carry in low elo. I tried my damndest with Jinx, but to no avail. I gave up on bot lane and went back to top. An adc just has to rely so much on a support early game, and it's a coin flip down here whether or not the thresh will land his hooks. I would say to go try other roles, but where is the fun in that? Just keep going is all I can really say. You can either give up, keep trying, or try another way. Not much you can really do solo unless you are a high elo smurf since a lot of the people down here int, don't pay attention, or just are not that good(I'm guilty of pretty much all of these).

As one discussion has said, catch onto people abusing the system. Another option could be to just reduce the lp loss though I'm not sure what it would be. I have been in a game where a galio left right after the 2 min mark and I lost lp( stuff like this really takes a toll on your mental). The only issue is that a system like this is so easily exploitable that Riot would have to do their job, and I don't really think they want to. It would be nice, but people are stupid and we can't have nice things because of those boosters and co. who want the shiny medals without having to actually learn to play the game, and riot would rather have lots of skins than do something like this.

I think that having the passive's size be reduced would just decrease the amount of counterplay to Akali. Having her come out of shroud is good for auto attacking champions that can try and force her to become vulnerable. If she just stays in shroud the whole time then she can wack away and barely take damage from someone like {{champion:23}}. That's just what I see, but I am fine with trying it and seeing how it actually would play out. Could be nice but I don't really feel like Akali is the most stable when it comes to buffing and nerfing, and I don't want her to be in the state she was in when she first got reworked. I love the champion but when I feel like there is an advantage because of how strong Akali is I don't get the same satisfaction playing her, so I just go and play other champions.

The main issue with Yi is that he is just kind of a dumb champion. He is actually pretty easy for most good players to shut down (want to make the distinction between me and good players. I suck). The only time Yi becomes an issue is when he gets ahead and has his power spike before any other good dueler can compete. With rageblade, his passive makes him hit you like 8 times in the span of 3 auto attacks. He is just not the best champion design as he can easily dominate people like me, and he is pretty bad against competent players. Rageblade should just lose its effect to reduce the amount of hits for x amount of hit passives, like Kaisa, Vayne, Yi, etc in my opinion.

I was being sarcastic there. But I do agree that the options for defense are extremely limited. I mean the best defensive rune does extra damage so there is that. Guardian is cool but the only champs that I could think would use it well would be Braum and Rakan. Then Grasp is really just extra damage rather than pure defense. Nullifying orb is not always really that practical since it is just magic damage, and bone plating and second wind are nice but not crazy or anything. Tenacity can be useful sometimes. I like runes reforged as a concept but I mean it's just about extra damage, say like 3 keystones/runes that are consistently taken.

playing JG can help though. If you practice and get good at it then you can help snowball lanes and provide a lot of map pressure. If you can help bad player get ahead then they have a stat cushion to fall on in fights against better players. You can help shutdown those pesky vaynes, kayles, and jaxs as well, making it easier for you to perform better and carry a fight with triples, doubles, etc.

I don't really think there is enough room for just one mascot anymore. It used to be teemo I believe (was not around back then but that's what I heard), but now it would have to be several champs. If there were mascots then I would like to see {{champion:222}} {{champion:3}} {{champion:39}} and{{champion:117}}. That's just what I would like to see though, no in-depth reason or anything. If I had to choose one though it would be {{champion:222}}.

Hyper carries work well. In particular the bane of every champ {{champion:67}}. Just kinda go in a team fight and kill the enemy team. If you are a good player though all adc's can work. {{champion:29}} is another good example of a low elo stomper. not hard to get fed and is a Penta dispensing machine with runaans.

Even if they do change bans this way there is a still chance that the enemy team gets said champ meaning you will just have to dodge again.

I like your suggestions but this is an ability that outright counters everything except someone dashing through it or something along those lines. I would much rather see this ability removed from Yasuo. I think that Wind Wall would be better received if it was on some support champ but I don't really think an ability that eats 99% of everything in the game is really healthy. If it were to stay as is, I like option 2 but I think more brainstorming would be needed to make this ability actually fit in the game properly.

That is what the free to play system is there for, also you actually earn more as a new player with the current system compared to the old.
Its still dumb tho. I did not get to play ranked until lvl 38 because of the champ requirement and my friend is in his 20's with like 11 ish champs he actually owns. I spent $50 to buy champs and I got 13... I did buy the lunar thing and got probably like 5 or so more but it is still a lot of grinding,
