She has pizza feet. The focus is also pulled towards Blitz more than MF. Removing the steam or even lighting the steam up would help with the focus. Two simple fixes that will make the skin look a lot better.

CDR is simply too cheap. Everyone would build a ton of MS items as well if their were more available. Utility items that are cheap will always be go to especially when they very heavily mess with DPS/Rotation Speed.

With the tank rework they messed with a lot of items. While most tanks didn't get damage buffs a lot of super strong items got CDR. With CDR they can abuse their base damage. If Riot wants tanks to have 30-40% CDR than they have to gut their base damage on abilities. The CDR power creep is honestly getting really bad. It's dirt cheap on nearly every class, and atm it looks like Riot has no idea how to balance it outside of "everyone gets 40% cdr and we balance from there"

Either way would work. My way just accepts current winrates and balances MMR/MM around that while Riot is likely trying to find the perfect MMR gain a team needs. The issue with their way is the higher you go up the longer the queues the less likely it'll try to match based on that MMR.

Dragons shouldn't be changing win rates like crazy unless one is severly overpowered. The only time you'll generally be taking Dragon is if you have a lead or you're trading it for something. Where have you found the WRs around the dragons?

I actually think you guys accomplished at destroying the #1 'toxic' thing about Vel'koz and his kit. The biggest issue I've had as a Vel'koz main is pre rework how he was essentially a super mid game long range assassin. You had two things you brought 1) Wave Clear 2) Ultimate that would almost always 100-0 their backline. Now your plan for Vel'koz was to give him an extremely strong ultimate in specific situations. That being in order to 100-0 that backline you need to proc your passive, but as a reward you'll also be able to 100-0 the frontline (well more like 100-15 for most of the game) as well. The irritating part about this was 1) It's not always easy to land your combo against a good player 2) It's extremely hard to land your combo against the enemy backline 3) If you screwed up your ult felt like complete garbage. By allowing his ult to proc every .7s you've solved the 3 issues, but then have failed at giving him an extremely strong _situational_ ult. Instead you've hardened his foundation of late game artillery mage that if positioned correctly can 100-0 anyone on your team. While he may be doing this too easy atm when behind (might need to look at base values even more) this heavy focus on positioning to do damage, and high damage artillery placement champion design is what makes me play him.

I think it's situational, and highly dependent on enemy team comp but it's possible to work.

Lifesteal works with crits. Crits are also dropped with armor. Lifesteal works off of total damage done to the target after armor is calculated. This means if you have 300 AD, 100% lifesteal, and 100% crit and hit a 100 armor target you'll deal 300 damage (100 armor=50% Damage Reduction) and will heal for 300 HP.

Yasuo is probably one of the better designed assassins. He doesn't have insane wave clear. He has clear moments of power and weakness. He is evenly matched in the early game, but will turn into a madman mid/late if you get him fed. His only reliable way to ult is by throwing out an easily dodgeable skillshot or through team synergy. While his crit passive may be annoying his actual kit is very well designed.

If he messed up his W-Q combo he's pretty bad. Landing that though means you're forced out of lane. Sitting at mid/long range is the best strat while his W is up. When it's off CD though punishing him by zoning him from the wave and hard pushing is a good idea.

That's too much info at once. Dropping 100+ bios a day is insane, and only the most dedicated fans would look at them all. Dropping them 1 or 2 at a time means that they're more accessible. This will make future lore events easier for most people to get into as they'll understand the basics behind each champion.

They need a strong foundation in order to make a story. Think of it like this the spine of a book holds the book together. It keeps the pages in order, is sturdy enough to make sure that everything stays in place, and is flexible enough to allow the pages to flow smoothly. The backstories are needed in order for the real story to shine in a similar way. It keeps the characters moving with cause, is strong enough to give them motives for their adventures, and is also malleable enough to allow character growth. I'm sure once Riot has finished the spine they can work on the pages.
: The reason higher elo players tell you every game is winnable is to get you playing every losing game as if you can win. That's how you should be playing, even if there's no possible way you can win. You can't outright tell someone with a defeatist attitude this or else they will just ignore you, so you have to sugar coat it until they reach a point where they can fully understand what you're trying to say.
If you deserve gold+ and you're in bronze nearly every game is winnable outside of the insane circumstances.
