One would hope that all customer feedback is submitted so that the company knows what the customers want/need or what is important to them. It would be a matter for the architect to consider and for the devs to code for.

I work in IT as a Sr. Integration Developer. I can tell you that we do not have a separate team for dev (development), qa (quality assurance/test), and production servers. None of the companies that I have worked at has separate teams. So if resources are focused on dev you have fewer resources for production. With that said any fixes for production have to go through dev then qa before they go into prod or at least they should. Putting fixes directly into prod creates a huge risk for additional issues. I agree about the server status page. Companies that provide clear and prompt communication have a better image then ones who go "dark" and stay silent until they fix the issues.

For those of you who thought I was being mean or derogatory to the Chinese you are wrong. I have great respect for other countries including China. To be honest I think China has done an amazing job on the international scene across all economic indexes and no I am not limiting my comment to the eSports arena. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having events in the parent companies time zones. As far as I am aware that is a standard practice among most companies. If I owned a company I would do the same. So when I said "can't win them all" it was in the vain of we are not the center of the universe. So all of you over sensitive people should really read before assuming that someone has something against a country.

: I think it can be pretty safely said that the OP is simply not a Silver level player. At some point (maybe 500+ games in Bronze with a sub 50 winrate) it should become apparent. That cannot be blamed on matchmaking.

I quit playing ranked and haven't looked back. If they ever change matchmaker so that everyone has to start at beginner bronze and work their way up I may try my hand at ranked again. Until then whoever manages matchmaker can screw themselves.
