: To be honest, I feel like it'd be ok to make a complete rewrite of Alistars story. I mean the noxian arena is pretty much the most interesting part of his character, so I'd say it'd be actually better if his story took place within the arena, not outside of it. Besides, what is alistar supposed to do against noxus outside of the arena? He won't be joining demacia, since demacia is quite far away and he has no reason to go there, so he'll likely live in the noxian territory. Unless they establish some sort of rebel group within that territory, then I don't see how his story would even proceed there.
I remember making a comment on Alistar being the antithesis of Sylas. Alistar would be the savior of slaves, the untamed rebel of justice, the breaker of chains, the unstoppable will who decides to help those in need against oppressive regimes like Noxus or Demacia. He has no true faction loyalty, but he's a force of good who morally knows best for those enslaved. Since Alistar lost his family to a Noxian invasion, the slaves he freed become his new family as they all strive to free others in need of help.

: Qiyana just got released. She has no skins. Every new champion lately besides Ornn(I expect Santa Ornn this winter though) has gotten a skin within a year of their release. Or would you rather new champions go 3+ years without a skin like Illaoi, Ivern, Camille, and other champions did?
And yet Yasuo got away with two skins this year.
: 1) No, more serious. Although there's something inherently goofy about his kit and that is still there. 2) No, but they are scarier.
You know what I'd like to see that could potentially make him even scarier? I remember seeing this video one day on Twitter and I had a thought of what Fiddle's laugh emote would be. He first starts chuckling then suddenly tears and unhinged his mouth, showing his rusty metal teeth while roaring up a demented cacophony of laughs. This could also work for the Praetorian skin, but his mouth will be filled with buzz saws, same for the Risen skin with beetles crawling out of his mouth. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CoxPQCoo82U

This dance would be perfect for Fiddlesticks, especially for Pumpkinhead. I can imagine him first struggling to get his arm up, then just bursts into dancing like this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v4IC7qaNr7I Also that's awesome!! I think the best album for inspiration would be Gathered Blood and/or The Kingdom is on Fire if I can recommend. Gathered Blood is Lovecraft-inspired with some apocalyptic themes while Kingdom is on Fire is more Death Country. As a matter of fact, check out all of their albums, they're on Bandcamp and iTunes.
: Riot specifically stated back during the first Fiddle and Voli only roadmap that the name "Fiddlesticks" is the name a child would come up with, not something a mage would name their newly summoned demonic minion. He's a ghost story/thought form, likely taking on many names and forms over the countless years he has existed as people retell his story over and over again.
Something like the Candyman from the Candyman film series. The more people believe that Fiddlesticks exists, the more "real" he becomes. He could be like an idea becoming a physical being by the power of belief. Fiddlesticks could lose power and perhaps his physical body if people stopped believing that he's real.

: Legendary skins should be focused on older champions, rather than new ones
I believe the new standards for champions getting Legendary skins should be among the following: * Must not be a recently released champion (Sylas, Qiyana, Neeko, Yuumi). * Must be a champion that's been in the roster for at least 3 years. * Must have at least 4 skins. * If the champion's reworked, it must wait for approximately a year to get one. If they already have a Legendary skin, then they're qualified for one but still have to wait (Galio, Nunu & Willump, and Kayle). * Must not be a champion that already has a Legendary skin; exceptions are champions that have more than one Legendary (Legacy) skins back in the early days of LoL (Annie, Cho'Gath, Corki, Twisted Fate, Dr. Mundo, Olaf, and Kog'Maw). Fiddlesticks and Draven are still qualified for a Legendary because those are made for the fans.

Yeah, your "opinion" on reworks no longer holds water if you keep doing this. I won't stop you, just nobody will give a shit about your repetitive complaints. Not even the amount of dislikes on each of your posts can save you. Instead of just posting your distaste about it, how about you DO something about it and not whine every time an old champion you don't play AT ALL gets reworked. I want Fiddle to get reworked because he's now a dead champion that only works as a support now and not a supposed jungler, and even then people choose other supports that's much better than Fiddle Support (Rakan, Pyke, Thresh, Pyke, Morgana, Pyke, etc.). How about you focus on champions that won't be reworked and stop trying to be the voice for every old champion fanbase we know you're actually not part of. I don't play Mordekaiser at all, but I don't fucking complain about him getting reworked. He deserves the full relaunch because he NEEDS it, and I'm happy that he got it. If you're too stubborn to accept that, then don't bother responding this with the old "but it's my opinion and shit" because we keep hearing that every time someone comments on your "opinions," especially me. Just because it's your opinion doesn't mean it will always be justified. If that were the case, imagine Norra being the next champion already succumbed and twisted by the Black Mist. Just seeing Yuumi for the first time in ages would be heartbreaking. "Yuumi? ...is that you?"
: Reasons why I Feel that Fiddlesticks is in the most dire need to be voted in the Rework Poll
Fiddlesticks needs a LOT of improvement as each season passes by, it's much harder for him to even jungle anymore. He can't Top, he can't Mid (damn assassins), and I'm not gonna even mention the ADC roll. He's forced to be a support because it's the only roll that makes him viable and even then he gets countered by champions like Pyke, Morgana, Lux, Morgana, Braum, Morgana, Brand, Vel'Koz, Nautilus, Morgana, Rakan, Thresh, and did I forget to mention MORGANA!? As new, buffed, and reworked champions come in, it makes life for a Fiddle player to even... well, play! Let's go into detail on each ability and what needs to be improved/changed. _____ **Dread**: If he stands still for a bit, he gains a brief moment of movement speed once he moves. Simple pimple. However, it doesn't help him as much as intended now since champions can literally zoom towards him with ease. Even if it synergizes with his ult, they'll still get out of his range and come back to wreck him. Make him untargetable as he stands still, it seems better than standing still and still get hit. As a jungler, Fiddlesticks needs to move around A LOT, so standing still for the sake of a split second of movement speed isn't worth it unless it has worthwhile value to standing still. _____ **Terrify**: It just fears enemies away from you. That's it. Maybe it would work if the Flee is incorporated into his abilities passively and not a main ability, but as it is, it's not as viable as it was in the early days of League. It strangely works and yet counterproductive once you know the ability. If you fear the enemy, it will flee from you. No problem right? Well, if you try to Drain them while they're fleeing, it makes it easier for THEM to get out of your range because they're fleeing FROM you, not AT you. I also remember there's two types of debuffs that may be similar but acts differently: Fear and Flee - Fear is a debuff done by Darius, Hecarim, and Volibear in which forces minions, monsters, and players to literally run around frantically. - Flee is a debuff done by Warwick, Shaco, Nocturne, Urgot and a few more I forgot. This just forces them to run in the opposite direction. If the target is fleeing from you and you're draining from them, they'll just eventually break that short tether (I'll explain that nerf once I get to Drain). So I believe it's better if it's a Fear and not a Flee. It makes it easier for Fiddle to drain his enemies and now worry about them going out of his tether range. In fact, make his Fear/Flee part of his new Passive and put a new ability in its place. Fiddle has a "scythe" that he never uses gameplay-wise, so give him an ability that makes him use his scythe! With the Fear/Flee passive, Each time Fiddlesticks hits an opponent, they gain Dread and if stacked up and gets hit by the scythe ability, they get feared/they flee. _____ **Drain**: Fiddlesticks's main source of damage. His bread and butter. The Go-To ability. The first ability to max first. His ultimate SUCC ability. It's a point and click (like all of his abilities) that drains health from his enemies and heals from it. You can throw in lifesteal items and/or runes to make him a definite draining machine. The thing is... he's not suppose to build those items or runes. He doesn't benefit from lifesteal, but you know what does? Spell Vamp, and Riot removed it. Lifesteal works only for melee champions The problem with this ability is the tether range... it's too short. A long time ago, Riot released a nerf that shortened Fiddle's tether range, making it harder and much more riskier for him to go up to an enemy and SUCC them dry. Since it's also a point-and-click, it makes it even harder to click on champions that keeps moving around so much, especially those that can dash through walls and minions. You can't move once you're draining and if you do move, the draining ends, which is annoying. Have you tried draining a scuttle? It's not fun when they get out of your range and you have to wait until the cooldown finishes, and it all thanks to the tether range nerf. I propose that it should be something like a mini Xerath ult, but it's just Fiddle spitting out a flaming ball of wychfire at a targeted location and if anybody gets hit by it, Fiddle can drain them from a safe distance. If it hits multiple targets at once, the draining and healing DOUBLES depending on how many players the fireball lands on. _____ **Dark Wind**: Fiddlesticks throws a crow and bounces around 4-5 times while also silencing them first hit. This one's a bit tricky as it's a possibility that this one might get removed during the rework. It's an RNG ability, meaning that each cast has a chance of hitting the champion once, twice, or none at all. If thrown at a row of minions as a way of directing the crow towards the champion, it might either hit them or direct away from the champion and keeps on hitting the minions. It's too much of a gamble when used as there's a fluctuating possibility of it hitting or missing the intended target. The silence only works once when hit and it bounces back, it won't silence the second time. Oh, and it's also a point-and-click, meaning that Fiddlesticks has to get close enough to use it. _____ **Crowstorm**: His iconic ultimate! He clicks on a targeted area and channels for 3 seconds before blinking towards said area. Crows fly everywhere in his radius while dealing damage. and it also follows Fiddle until it finishes. This is what makes Fiddlesticks a more "jumpscare-y" champion as he can blink out from a wall or brush and cause problems for the enemy team. The problem is that since Fiddlesticks is super squishy, he can be taken down quick. He's not like other junglers where they can build health/armor items along the way to make them a bit tanky when ganking. As a mage jungler, he can't truly 1v1 champions like he use to, he's incredibly dependent on his team to rally up their enemies and then add a bit more damage with Crowstorm. Crowstorm is EASILY interrupted. I'm sure it goes for most ultimates, but this ult is far more feeble when it comes to interruptions. All the enemy needs to do is stop him as he's channeling. If he gets interrupted, then Fiddlesticks is fiddled. He can't do anything as his ult is thrown into cooldown. Zhonya's Hourglass is a guarantee item for Fiddle and his ult; without it, he's far too vulnerable when ganking. Fiddlesticks can't do anything without the Hourglass. The item is expensive, too, so it has to be rushed first before anything else, and the item is only thing that keeps him from dying so much. Since Fiddle won't be getting his Zhonya's until Level 9 or 10, to keep him alive during ganks would be adding the Fear/Flee debuff once he blinks into action. This provides him enough time to cause mayhem against his opponents while they're still feared and taking hits by the ult. It's a better way to increase his survivability until he gets his Zhonya. _____ I've already explained much on what I want to say. If you like to see a rework concept of mine, go here: [Fiddlesticks Rework Concept V2](https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/k4RG5Btn-fiddlesticks-vgu-concept-version-2)

I've already made my own thread relating to this topic. https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/k4RG5Btn-fiddlesticks-vgu-concept-version-2 If I were to add a bit more onto this, Fiddlesticks could be this enigmatic being lurking within the cursed crop fields. Since he murders anybody that venture deep into his territory, nobody truly knows what he truly looks like and this spawned various stories and their interpretations on what he looks like and what's inside the farmhouse that he protects so vigilantly. Only an extremely small handful survived but because they barely survived, they're too traumatized to describe their experience and were dubbed insane.

You think Sylas's ult is busted? As long as Poppy ults on an enemy champion, no amount of damage can hurt her for a long-ass time and that is no bueno. How'd I know this? I play Poppy as a jungler many fucking times because her early game is where she's the weakest. Also she's kinda boring to play. It's possible to give them new models, but sometimes that doesn't fix their broken gameplay. Why do you think everyone wants Mordekaiser to get reworked? Pizza feet, clunky model, more bugs than Azir, and his kit is split between being a Top laner and an ADC. You can ask Malicious Metal about it and he will go on for eternity on why Morde needs a rework more than ever. > > It's easy to say "If you don't like the rework, don't play it then," but I want to say look back at the old champions and wonder why each one got their rework. It's fine to have opinions, but those don't really matter if you keep posting your spite against reworks on every single rework-related thread on this site. Morde's like that before and after the update. Relaunches exist because these champions aren't played anymore or too much of a lane bully (exceptions are Karma and maybe Trundle). Why do you think pre-reworked Poppy, Yorick, and Aatrox aren't played much anymore back then when there are other champions that do much better than them? It's not about the skin sales, it's about the enjoyment of how each champion is played and coming from my experiences, I'm actually glad they got reworked because if it weren't for that, they'll still be sitting at the bottom of the barrel with outdated kits, outdated models, and the faltering hope of ever being picked by anyone ever.

I think that's a bit more difficult to do than expected. Aatrox's changes were pretty minimal compared to what was requested: Slight color tweaks and banner changes. Kayle's changes would likely need to be far more complex to get to a "better" design. She'd need model overhauls with a lot more work put into making it look good and armor-y. Its one of those things RIot could do if they gave Kayle maybe another 1-3 months to be worked on to look GOOD but right now I guess the best we can hope for is that one of her skins better fulfills this idea.
The only thing changing is her base skin, even small changes can do everyone a favor (excluding GreenKnight). And yeah, if the base doesn't suit much, then there's always her skins. I'm actually excited to see Kayle come out publicly, just wish she would have more gear.

Each ability feels amazing with timing and as it stands, he's one of my favorite top laners since. Like Sion, old Poppy's broken, and it's not a good thing. Her Passive halves non-turret damage against her that exceeds 10% of her current health, her Q deals a capped magic damage modification and it resets her autoattack timer, her W gains bonus attack damage and armor every time she deals or takes damage and can stack up to 10 times, and don't get me started on her ult. I mean, imagine having her not reworked, not only she'll be busted as fuck, but her toxicity will be on the same level as Yasuo and prework Yorick. New Poppy feels much better to play, you can't truly die because her Q can slow enemies down, her W stops dashing asshats like Yasuo and Renekton, her E's the same, but feels more adjusted to the new kit, and her ult is the best thing to either knock 'em up or knock 'em away. I've played old Aatrox before and he was as unsatisfying and uncomfortable as waking up with a prolonged headache. His reworked actually made me feel more powerful now that he's more impactful gameplay-wise. And now Taric. Oh boy I love Taric, both prework and rework. He's been my main support champion for the longest time because of how amazing he is, and his rework made me love him ten times more. Bottom line: I understand why you're opposed to reworks, but there's a strong reason why we even have reworks. Have you ever faced a pre-reworked champion that you've absolutely hated laning against or even played as? What reworked champion has ever gotten you intrigued into playing? If given the chance, will you play one of the reworks just to get the feel of it? Or you can just ignore everything I've said, tell me to go fuck myself, and continue on your hopeless quest of ignorance in convincing everyone that reworks are the spawn of the Devil?
: Probability of which tier 1 vgus we’ll get this year
Why isn't Volibear not among the four? He hasn't received a skin since 2016, and I don't recall him having any VFX or SFX update last year.
: Alright folks, this is going to be a big one; Let's talk ALL the current Tier 1 VGU priority champs
Bruh, I just discovered this and holy shit, this screams Corki. This is definitely what Corki should be and should look like! https://www.artstation.com/artwork/xXrW4

: Totally love your hot takes on Skarner and Cho, that's basically exactly what I'd like to see from them, as they're a couple of my favourite champions in the game (the fact that they're both monsters is TOTALLY unrelated to my love for them... totally). Someone else mentioned that Cho's abilities could evolve with him, and I think that's the perfect direction to take him. As for Corki, the main thing I wanna see from my old main is for him to be brought visually in line with the rest of the yordles. Give him the big ears and the fluff and make him super animated (currently he has two, maybe three animations total?). Kit wise, I wanna see him become a proper ADC again. Scrap the class update stuff except maybe the magic damage passive, because that's kinda cool. But 'The Package' oughta be scrapped, since it makes zero sense on a squishy marksman who wants to stay at the back of fights. Yeah, it creates high moments, but more often than not it's a better idea to just use it on waves or let it disappear rather than dive into their team. I wanna see them find different ways to create high moments in his kit that don't turn him into a kamikaze pilot. In particular, giving him a better ult that is more than just a sheen proc. He should also probably get a better-realized theme because we already have a couple yordles whose themes are 'I wanna blow stuff up'. I think emphasizing him as an old man yordle (as in old even by yordle standards) (wait, do yordles even age?) and maybe even a war vet would be a good direction, but don't make him too cranky so as not to encroach on Kled. Apparently we're getting Bandle City lore this year (finally) so here's to hoping they'd bring his visual design in line with whatever they have planned for that. Or just go the easier route and straight up turn him into a Zaun/Piltover champ like they did with Ziggs and Donger. I just want him to look like something more than 'midget old man in a helicopter'. Oh, and blow us away with his skins. He's got three legendaries, make them GREAT! Also, I have always and will always consider Urfrider to be the best skin in the game (and not only because it was the first skin I ever bought), and I wanna see it in glorious modern standards. Since Nunu and Morde are finally getting their due, Corki is now my most anticipated rework. My hype might even rival yours, Malicious.
: {{champion:202}} saved that fourth shot and {{champion:164}} is looking like she's about to be made "beautiful" I'd love to see that fight play out Also poor {{champion:14}} having to 1v5

: What quotes would you like to see in a future champion or rework?
https://media.giphy.com/media/tnYri4n2Frnig/giphy.gif So I'll up the ante with the references. "I don't know what clouds your judgement worse, your guilt or your antiquated sense of morality." "You've always had my attention. But what I really wanted was an audience with you!" "You will be amazed the monsters this world can create." "And in a supreme act of selfishness shattered history like a rank amateur, turned the world into a living hell moments away from destruction and _I'm_ the villain?" "Clearly, you should never do this stuff without me. You end up with crap all over yourself." "Going to a lot of trouble to steal my old junk, aren't you?" "Hologram party. Ingenious. Saves a fortune on snacks." (For a Pulsefire skin) "They're motivated by greed. They lack the commitment, the absolute focus."

: Did anyone else notice the similarities between Sylas and Alistar?
I'd like to see Alistar to be Sylas's antithesis. As Sylas acts more of a terrorist by toppling kingdoms, Alistar is more of a freedom fighter by rescuing the chained and the oppressed. The Breaker of Kingdoms vs. the Breaker of Chains The Toppler of Regimes vs. the Savior of Slaves Chain User vs. Chain Destroyer The Unshackled Force vs. The Unbreakable Will
: Where the heck did he get the materials to draw scratch marks on the floor? What did he do? Smear his **bare** finger across the rough concrete petricite floor? Or was it... something else? :thonking:
He probably used the gauntlets that are attached to his forearms, at least the jagged points of it.
