Items being randomized is fine, the total amount everyone should get should be static. Again, you shouldn't win a game just because you RNGed more items. Everyone has 4 items, what those 4 are can be RNG which is fine, that way no one is on a truly better playing field. I dunno about you but I'd rather get 4 Null Mantles and just shake my head while an enemy gets 4 Bows. Instead of I got 0 items at all and enemy got a Guinsoo and Shojin right off the bat.

Off the top of my head, I would like these changes done. 1. Make items no longer RNG. People shouldn't win games because they got more items. Make it consistant, First 3 minion waves give one each, so everyone should have 4 items total. Make Krugs and Raptors give like 2 each. Make Dragon Give 2. Make what items you get be random but how many you get should be the same. I personally wouldn't feel nearly as bad if I say nonstop shit items vs got no items at all. 2. CC needs a cooldown on its windows. Glacial is a nice example but its all CC in general. You shouldn't be able to perma cc units or even entire teams. Perfect examples being Cho, Sej, Gnar, Pyke can cc your entire team, and repeatedly at that. 3. Some comps and champs need big nerfs. Assassins is a widely hated group since it takes next to no brains at all to do, every single unit is cheap, the most expensive one is Akali if you even need her. There is a reason people consider it a free win class. Get 6 Sins and you will win 90% of your games. I'd say the 3 bonus is fine at 150% damage, the 6 one needs a heavy nerf. I'd say 200-250% damage, 350 is too damn high. I already basically explained the issue with Glacial in #2, another is elemenalist. Golem needs to be tiered better for how powerful it is. Instead of it being a 3 and done deal, make it a 2/4/6 deal with the golem getting stronger the more you are willing to put into it. For champs I'd say the issue is moreso the items so I will wait on this. 4. Items should all be unique. No more of this bullshit 3 shojins on ASol or Brand, or Guinsoo on Vayne and win shit. That would fix a lot of issues right there. Another thing would be nerfing specific items. Easiest 2 are hands down the two I mentioned, Guinsoo and Shojin. Guinsoo should have a cap so it isn't stupidly busted. Make it stack up to 10 times or something, that way it maxes out at 30% from passive. Shojin honestly I think would be fine if its unique, since 1 shojin on a champ usually isn't gamebreaking, its when there is more than 1 and champs are ulting every other attack. On the flip side, some items need SERIOUS BUFFING. GA is basically a joke, brought back to 500 hp? Wooo you die in like 2 hits when you come back. I'd say it should bring you back to 50% hp, at least you might do something in the process. Static Shiv is outright inferior to Titanic. 100 damage every 3 hits vs even on a low hp champ, Titanic is doing basically 100 a hit. Sword of the Occult is a meme, I'd say just make it like every 3 hits is a 100% crit. Even then it would kinda be weak still but at least usable. Gunblade and BT need a massive buff since healing for 25% or 50% of your damage means nothing if you die in basically 1-3 hits on anything that isn't a tank.

I agree with this. I am done playing until item drops get changed, and some items and champs get reworked. You shouldn't be having some people get no items while others get fcking 5 in beginning. People can say Phantom Dancer counters them, the hell it does, good luck getting multiple of them. 1 Phantom Dancer means jack shit. She didn't run it down mid like you said which woulda been report worthy, but sounded like she just avoided teamfights from then on, which while blows, she is allowed to do. People need to remember the difference of what ACTUALLY is wrong and what they want to be wrong. If I am, idk name a champ. I'll pick Kayn since I play him a lot. If I decide for some reason I don't wanna gank and just wanna farm nonstop, I am more than entitled to do such. Blame Riot for making shit like Zyra and Brand awful as mid laners and forced them to support. Morgana is semi in the same boat but she can still mid lane fine. But other than that, she is a poke mage, of course she will have highest damage, all poke champs generally do, and hers is all AoE. That is like saying you are surprised a Kayn outdamages a XinZhao when Xin is basically entirely single target and the other is pure aoe. Or say a MF outdamages a Vayne, MF is all about ulting the hell out of a team, Vayne is entirely single target. Also in Zyra's case she can poke you at a safe distance due to plants, so even moreso in her case. Zyra isn't really hard to deal with, just dodge the root and she mostly does chip damage which is easy to lifesteal back. I'd rather take a Zyra over a Brand or Annie that kills you with no items due to 1 stun. Also if you have an all in champ like say....Leona or Pyke which are 2 common supports, they murder Zyra, Moreso Pyke since he will catch her and kill her himself. If you are an ADC, you are not except from building accordingly. If the enemy botlane is very poke heavy, it isn't a bad idea to get a vamp scepter instead of that dirk or BF if you don't feel confident. If you are that scared of the Zyra, like I said, lifesteal should be enough to heal through her plant poke, but if you are so scared still, get a null mantle, you will make use of it anyways since any ADC that isn't dumb will get Mercs if they have big CC threats. The biggest issue I have with ADCs is they HAVE to rush that IE or Stormrazor or that Youmoos or w/e. No, you can deviate, your damage means nothing if you are dead. Doing less damage and being alive is way more valuable then being dead and doing none. Its often why in the past people that rushed Bloodthirster instead of IE often won. IE gave more damage overall sure due to occasional crit, but BT's lifesteal made them win due to outlasting them.

Its why tank champs like Leona and Maokai and shit build shield items moreso than raw defense, only champ that builds raw defense nowadays is Sion, since he gets such huge amounts of free hp passively and a fairly spammable %max hp shield he can get away with it. When tank items alone get you like 3-4k hp and fairly decent resist, on top of a passive that can give you another 2-3k, yes, you will do alright. But even Sion gets cut down fairly quick by some champs, put a Vayne which is very common right now next to a Sion and see what happens, he dies in if you are lucky 5 seconds...by a single champ....and he is the best tank we got right now ADCs were meant to counter the bruisers and tanks of the game, but they weren't meant to kill them in 2 seconds either. A tank was meant to be whittled down by an ADC/their team. Not a single person. An ADC unless insanely ahead and the tank is insanely behind should be able to shrug it off for a while. But people are so deathly afraid of a tank meta when it hasn't existed since release Cinderhulk and even then it was like 3 champs, they cry about it.

I first thought this was just a random bitch thread. But this is really accurate sadly. I remember yelling at idiots in the past about the Jungler isn't there to win your lane for you. I can help your lane if I SO CHOOSE but it isn't my job to handhold you to win. But nowadays that is sadly the issue. Early aggression junglers have been the favorite for 3 going on 4 seasons now and doesn't look like it is ever gonna change. You lose so little for a failed gank nowadays. I miss when you jungled you got punished hard for a failed gank. Which it should be. But you get rewarded so much for a successful gank. There is people that legit can gank top then mid then bot all back to back and be fine. You NEVER could do that before. Not much to say on it sadly though, this is how its gonna be. Riot can say they toned down Jungle all they want, its not been since S5. Its why I play only jungle nowadays since I hate playing in a lane nowadays since I can rarely win a lane on my own anymore. If I even remotely start to win, I will fight a 2v1 constantly and need to pray I can win said 2v1.

The most common one I hear of is an AP version of Hexdrinker. And to be fair. I agree with it. Zed rushing Hexdrinker hard fucks AP champs, but AP rushing Seekers isn't even remotely the same, not to mention AP have the negative of if they don't rush Lost Chapter, getting fucked early on due to mage changes ages ago being all about raw mana nowadays instead of regen, Zed doesn't really lose much going Hexdrinker instead of a Dirk. {{item:3155}} {{item:3191}} Just compare the 2. 20AD 35MR vs 20AP 30AR Seeker without being stacked is lackluster since AD and MR stack are way more effective in lesser amounts. when stacked it becomes 35AP and 45AR, which while a lot of people would go "OHH IT GIVES MORE THAN HEXDRINKER!?!" You have to take into consideration A. It needs to stack to get there, getting 30 CS to max it out, as well as like I said earlier, AD and MR scale way better than AP does. There is a reason why champs that get like 200-300 AD and champs that get like 700+AP usually can do around the same damage. Or getting 1-2 MR items is enough against AP but you need 3-4 against AD. This is not to take into consideration the passive shield Hexdrinker has which outright avoids 100-200 damage and is passive. I don't blame AP for bitching at all. AD can cry about Zhonyas all they want, but AP don't exlusively have it anymore either due to stupid Stopwatch. So even the one thing AP had unique to them was taken from them.

You shouldn't play a role if you don't have backups, they may grumble but thats about it, don't antagonize them, I never explain why I banned something, I say nothing, nothing needs to be said. Hell one big thing that will help you climb is honestly don't talk at all, nothing your team can say is worth reading. What little that is useful can be done in pings. If you do get the idiotic troll. Just dodge. I'd rather lose 3 lp and maybe a leavebuster timer than lose 20 and 30 minutes of my time. If I have to do that several times. So be it. Also you can report AND get the person banned if they outright say they will troll, just SS it and make a report. If Zed can't kill you for some reason, he can farm even better than a mage can, Zeds is very capable of perfect farm with his passive one shotting any minion under like 40% hp.

My 2 cents on this whole topic, is mainly there should be tradeoffs. I am gonna go straight for what people complain about most, Assassins. Personally I don't think Assassins are truly able to be balanced due to the nature of what makes an assassin...well an assassin. Quickly kill without retaliation. Since this runs into the issue of simply the assassin works and feels unfair to play against since people dont like dying in .2 seconds. or the assassin doesn't work and isn't fun or fair for the assassin player. Its a lose lose to me. The job of an assassin is to kill, but it can't be too quick or too slow, and its hard to say what the perfect sweet spot would be. To me, a Zed landing some prior Q poke then ulting you, landing a double or triple Q, into an E, into an auto and ignite with ult pop should 100% kill you, he landed everything on you and should be rewarded for it if he is on equal footing to you and you are building to defend against him. I see a lot of mages not build against Zed which damn near always rushes Dirk. And even 1 cloth armor mitigates that lethality, but thats another discussion. What isn't fine to me is a Zed using W to you, misses all Qs, doesn't use ult but auto E ignites with eletrocute proc and that kills you. That is bullshit and should not be allowed. But back on topic. To me I think an Assassin being damage and mobility is fine, if they have something to counter that. Before Assassins used to be poor at waveclearing and I thought that was actually good for their balance, moreso nowadays when mages got their waveclear toned down. An Assassin will still murder a Mage if they fuck up, but the Mage can shove an Assassin under tower and be somewhat safe. If the Assassin tries to fight you, your minions are either gonna help you in the fight which early game do indeed make the difference, or they lose a ton of CS. A double wave of minions is as much as a kill in gold. Most people will choose the safe method and get the CS then risk failing the kill or even dying themselves AS WELL as losing all those minions. Another way would be actual life itself. Very high damage, very high mobility, extremely frail. A lot of assassins get a big power spike at lvl3 with all their skills available, most people at lvl3 have meh 700hp? Another way to tame assassins would to make them have way lower health. I am not talking a mage having 700 and an assassin having 690. I am talking like them having 500 when a mage at same level has 700. Make their health scale way worse to enforce the kill without retalition ideal an assassin does. One that gets caught isnt likely to survive, and it should show. Like my example, Zed should have 0 chance in hell of killing you without ult and missing all his Qs, no way in hell, but he can. To make this not be an assassin hate post. I am gonna discuss another favorite people like to talk about being dumb. Our good old Juggernauts. Juggernauts are meant to be basically upgraded bruisers. Shitloads of damage, durability, and power in general, at the cost of little to no ways to get to you. Think of them as one of those spinning blade traps you would imagine in an Indianna Jones movie. Extremely lethal if they reach you but totally harmless if they can't. Thats a Juggernaut. We have champs like Darius and Garen which I feel actually are the perfect examples of Juggernaut. They will indeed murder you if they reach you, but actually aren't that hard to kite if you have a brain. 1 slow to Garen after he Q's and he literally is useless for about 8 seconds short of Flash, which is every 5 minutes so that doesn't count anything. And it isn't like he will catch you without Q. Darius is the same deal. If he misses his hook or just slow him, he is even worse than Garen since now he is a glorified pincushion. At least Garen has his W to at least soak some damage before dying, Darius will simply just die. But then you have shit like Urgot, or Aatrox, or even Nasus. People can laugh at Nasus all they want. But Nasus is actually a scary threat that gets to choose if he wants to fight you or not and you don't have much a choice in the matter. Sure jungle pressure can stop him early on, but that works on everyone so again I don't find that a valid point, thats like saying hard CC counters x, when hard CC counters every single champ in the game besides an Olaf with his ult ready, even Olaf is countered by hard CC since his ult isn't up 24/7. Say Nasus wants to fight you? He Withers you which most good Nasus players max 2nd which basically turns it into a stun at max rank for a long time. You aren't escaping even with dashes or flash. He is gonna run you down, he is gonna ult and Q you to death and won't give a shit if you manage to get under tower. Urgot has a slow and his grab which behaves as a displacement and a mini stun in one, and his ult which is not only an execute, but also a mega slow as well. He also commonly builds Frozen Mallet so he has all the strengths of a Juggernaut, but can actually get in your face very easily. Aatrox I am sure everyone knows what he does so I will just be very quick with him. Triple knock up, insane lifesteal, built in GA, and a fairly good range dash that works with his Q that becomes spammable really fast. That to me is the issue with league. We have these class systems which are meant to roughly tell what each champ does. But its not even a few champs that don't follow them. A lot don't. Impossible to kill assassins. Unescapable Juggernauts. Graves which is basically a ranged juggernaut/assassin/adc. I'd say the best way to fix the game is to bring back weaknesses to classes. Stop having a class of champ that should suck against X have counters to X to make that weakness less if not outright removed. If you get counterpicked, you SHOULD lose at equal skill. If an Assassin fails to assassinate someone, they should be punished or outright die for their failure, not blink away like no big deal. If a Juggernaut fails to do his job, he should be whittled to death contributing nothing to the fight. If Graves misses all of his shit while you are playing a champ that is good at dueling and land yours, he shouldn't have a chance of killing you with just his autos. Lost count of how many times I've seen Xin's or Khas get the jump on Graves, dodge his Q and or R and land all their shit but still lose the fight since Graves just fell back on autoing them 3 times and they died. Never seeing as riot has constantly nerfed towers since like season 5. They are never going to be useful. At this point I'd honestly rather they were removed. You already have the advantage of less space to cover to defend and closer fountain to heal and buy, you don’t need the structures to be the strongest on the field. While that's great and all. A single super minion also shouldn't be able to take out both your towers. While being shot at by both. At least when champs blow them up in 3 seconds its because its endgame. Minions shouldn't be able to casually take your towers in a single wave by themselves. I'd personally say make nexus turrets like they are in twisted treeline. 2.5 AS. They will wipe out minions quick so a single minion wave won't kill them. But a tank or two can still juggle just fine still

This thread hurts my brain by how dumb people are. Tanks aren't meant to win against duelist. The end. No different than. Picking a melee into darius or illaoi or melee into heimer. You will get shit on. People need to get better or stop playing trash. Probably the same people that played Ornn and spam w to win scrubs. I play a lot of garen and darius but also a lot of chogath and Maokai and I never had an issue with the later 2, you just play differently. I don't die early or whatever idiots say. You don't fight the guys that want to fight early. I wait for jungle to come and get free kills or just patiently wait under tower til we straight and mess up the entire enemy team. You don't fight a Talon at lvl2 do you? Same concept. And if you say yes. You don't have the right to voice your opinion. Blitz was meant to be a top laner. Morde was meant to fit anywhere. Just because Riot thought of them going somewhere doesn't mean anything. Annie was meant to be a mid laner but for the longest time she was a support. Malz is meant to be a mid laner but he was made a support then no role. Lux sees more play support than mid, her main role. She lost being a mid laner when she lost her q waveclear. She is a jungle now.

Its not meant for marksman regardless what Riot says. What marksman wants to auto every 2 seconds? I can it being decent on say the 2 you mentioned because they want to 1 shot or on xayah since she gets 2 reliable uses of it(first auto and auto after her ult) It still isn't terrible for the occasional auto poke but its too expensive to rush for marksman I feel. 3200. You are still better off doing the norm bf sword into zeal item which isn't that much more and gives more useful stats instantly. Stormrazors only good component is bf sword. Pickaxe is meh and a single dagger is meh. At least zeal is nice on its own. And double dagger or recurve is nice.

I personally don't think every champ has to have 50 dashes or an answer to every situation button or 5 passive in their kit. Nothing wrong with keeping a simplistic kit. He has plenty of counterplay. Its called kill him. He fears you and that's all he has or dies. Fiddle is a champ you get mercs no questions asked just like if a viegar or morgana or Maokai is in a game. Half the time I just keep chasing him after the like 1 second fear and kill him anyways. If he tries drain tanking you. Cc him or burst. If you can't why are you chasing him? This game has enough Yasuos and Camilles and Irelias which have an answer to everything. Start figuring out the answer to fiddle instead of crying. God forbid he shows up in a fee games when he hasn't existed in ages.

I used to love playing Ap MF when it was actually a legit thing you could do. Very powerful e. R was even scarier since it was before her R being able to crit. And I think she had an Ap ratio on Q still. Then they gutted it and forced her to be a letality bitch. Now your e is,basically useless again. If you want her to have a slow. Just give her a slow that does no damage but is stronger and be done with it. Used to love going Ap MF support and rush a liandrys and literally every E took at least a fourth your hp.

I usually praise when a company discontinues something outdated/too weak from a game. PS3 from ff14 is a good example. Outdated console was holding the game back so got the boot.
