: It's about individual and group, since it is a group game after all there is more of a weight on the group, but it still is about individual. If you are a good individual you can still do just fine. if you are a guy that won 3/10, they wouldn't be climbing cause that's not half, not even close. So I am confused on what thing you are even talking about. how can 3 people grouped together win 9/10 games and also only win 3/10 games?

I think the LP system should be based on the average performance of your team. Hypothetically the best player on the losing team should lose very very little LP and the worst player on the opposing team should gain very very little LP. Right now there's way too much swing back and forth between people in the Bronze - Silver - Gold brackets. The problem is RIOT I think wants this because it is possible to just get lucky and climb to Gold still being a Bronze skill level.
: The worst player has more impact than the best

It isn't a game anymore. Its a teammate dice-roll simulator. Again I've posted on this before Damage is way out of hand. Once a semi-decent carry gets fed it's almost impossible for a low ELO team to target and take down that person. Even if they do typically they can take out 2-3 people in a team fight and their team will clean up for them. It doesn't even matter if they are good they just have to do a good chunk of damage. The worst part of this is that damage synergizes with farming. So it is almost impossible to catch up to a fed carry. Not only that most teams will never try to coordinate to pick the fed player.
: It's easier to 4vs6 than to 1vs9 Shocking

: I feel like a boss tank with {{item:3091}} {{item:3001}} and various hp items and i survive a mages rotation with 15% hp poke q on a 2.8 second cooldown with 40% cdr though. Feel totally compensated for my Hit box being intentionally bigger than normal while getting hit with their fat hit box skills that still go through me to hit my allies because its not as if my goal is to be a front line sheild for my team and soak the damage so that they dont have to.

Frankly I don't have much of a problem with mages right now. They have more counterplay and like you say they typically have burst windows and little healing. Characters like Jax, Yi, Tryn are the issue in mid to low ELO because if they don't get focused 100 to 0 in one CC chain typically they can kill your carry and then you're stuck fighting as a tank. 99% of the time you'll never be able to kill them. This creates a meta where tanks are literal liability in the endgame and because low ELO players have a hard time stopping snowballing or ending the game early DPS AA characters become overly powerful. They need to think of better ways to balance lower level play so it's not just the fastest you can smash buttons.
Trias000 (EUNE)
: Every game I'm asking myself the same question
It doesn't matter even if you go full Armor and Health. Basically the only thing you can hope for is to soak up poke in a team fight so your carries can get good trades or position. Tanks are really really bad if you can't get a reliable carry behind you which is like 50% of the games
Nhika (NA)
: Bring back tanks, and fix the jungle.
Yeah damage is out of control. Typical unless you're playing in very high ELOs it's just which group pounds the buttons fastest. Because 99% of the player base don't know how to use their kit effectively DPS based characters have an unfair advantage.
