: Please stop lying about DZK.
I don't think many even recognize that the toxicity of a certain sections of the gamer population in LoL is so bad that they forced someone like DZK to even post what he did. If you analyze his past, you can tell he's actually what many companies would consider a nice guy - homosexual + emotionally strong + empathetic. Actually, a lot of the best companies to work for in NYC have guys who's personality is like DZK... Only much better looking. I'm talking about companies that know how to operate at some of the highest levels outside of the military industrial complex with good ROI. Losing DZK is kind of a lost that will be hard to replace cause you must replace him with another homosexual.

A locker room isn't a open place for visitors to go. It's not restricted based on race, sex, or religion. It is restricted based on your level at that said place. You may NOT discriminate based on sex. If I walked into a female bathroom I would get charged with disturbance of peace, I would not get charged with something else because there is no such law that seperates bathrooms in the first place. Look it up if u want im right. If what you said was actually true people would have sued the mass amount of women’s only gyms that exist for the easy payout. Why don’t you go try to sign up for one of the thousands of women’s only gyms in the US and when you fail sue them? Or maybe it won’t work because in the US there is such a thing known as “precedent” in a court of law and people have tried to sue them before (and failed miserably). Obviously there are many cases where it is legal to discriminate. Women’s only gyms, bathrooms, women’s/mens only scholarships, preferential treatment by companies, who you hire for a movie, etc.

: I feel like DZK firing was a decoy
They're not going to apologize for the PAX event. If they apologize for DZK's remarks, they'll need to ensure it never happens again by banning all Rioters from posting on reddit, twitter, facebook, GD, everywhere. This would mean they would significantly limit who they can hire based on background checks involving things such as rejecting the candidate cause they have a facebook page, etc.

In fact, in union jobs, it is the beta white males which I feel is the real reason the construction/trade unions in the U.S. gets such a bad reputation. Its almost like they do it to justify their masculinity because they're not justifying it in their physique or work ethic or apparently family/moral values (which they're kind of lacking imo). Oh no that article showed at least one of the people who works at Riot is racist when he mentioned how his co-worker was regurgitating [Rep Pill](https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/) ideology which is the belief that all women are sluts who will cheat and attempt to take advantage of their male counter-parts. The subreddit talks about tactics by which to manipulate women into simply being your sex partner and nothing more. Sharing tales to further reinforce their views on women. Yes, there are some women in society, dependent upon your time and location, that supports Red Pill ideology. However, that doesn't mean all women are like that. And, I will not condemn men who choose to ingest some of the Red Pill cause despite its views on women, its also about helping your fellow man which is a sort of bond/acceptance (real or fake) that many men look for. Just know that if you're gonna take the Red Pill, understand that there are sexist beliefs that go along with it.

You're speculating that what Riot did was bad for the future growth of the LoL community. I'm speculating its helpful as we move forward in society. Everybody makes speculations and the reality is you can never really tell which one will come true. The people who were initially demonizing the event weren't speculating anything. [The announcement that there would be a PAX event meant for female and non-binary people was made public before the event took place](https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/community/community-events/riot-pax-west). They simply whined like babies and used whatever justification they can to demonize the event i.e. sexism against men. I mentioned throughout this entire thread why from a business and financial perspective such an event was needed and it was ignored cause it doesn't benefit them as much as being a SJW for white male gamer entitlement. So, I call it what it is - white male gamer entitlement cause its in NA and not in EUNE, China, SK, or any other server. Sets a bad example of NA to the rest of the global LoL gaming community, but then again we were that region with more money, more players, better service, and a whole bunch of other advantages and yet none of our teams were able to make it passed the group stages at Worlds so our reputation was pretty bad to begin with. In the end, DZK and Mattias Lehman are now no longer a part of Riot Games. Why? Cause they were human and responded to mean posts with mean posts of their own when their feelings were hurt. If you read the Deviant Art link shared by another here, you can tell DZK is an emotional person. Having people like that has their pros and cons. Pros being they're willing to be in the frontlines of things that they stand for as being right. Cons in that their greatest strength being their passion in doing whats right is also their greatest weakness in today's society where fake news will spin it however the hell they want to suite their ulterior motives. For a company like Riot, they may need to establish bi-annual social media training sessions for their major employees on how to remain emotionally calm when people post shit about them. Cause the thing is, none of the rants made on reddit against the PAX event was constructive from what I've read... Just a waste of time. And, their time is valuable as it could have been spent on more important things such as buffing my Leona Support. That's the only positive take away from this.

Cases where good people get mistreated by those who have offensive views regarding their gender or ethnicity. I've come to realize, by not pointing out sexism by playing scenarios and running viewpoints in my head that attempts to justify allowing it to happen, I'm no better than the individuals committing the sexist acts. While sexism isn't limited to just men mistreating women, I do have to acknowledge that there are men be they white, black, asian, Hispanic, muslim, etc. who do mistreat women by doing such things as downplaying the value of their opinions and life experiences throughout the U.S. This ain't fucking high school back in our day when we'd joke about certain things in the locker room. As adults in society, I believe we have certain responsibilities to try to bring about peace in our time. Its a choice I'm choosing to make cause no matter what I'm always choosing.

Yes. You're level 13 and your account was made less than a month ago - after PAX. https://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-history/NA1/2022202526427424 You're proving my point. And, yet, despite this, Riot doesn't IP ban people like you whom based on your match history is extremely toxic ingame. Not only that, you're purposely trying to bully those who stand up for female rights by trying to get DZK fired after his numerous contributions in trying to help the LoL community.

Ok, back. Yeah so remember when Christmas Katarina first came out? The female player base commented about how sexualized her recall animation was? What about Kai'Sa? They had to redo her. That actually cost money and it cost money because their design team failed in her initial release by not having taken sufficient consideration regarding how their current female playerbase would view her. https://www.unrankedsmurfs.com/blog/how-many-lol-players-are-on-each-server The value of NA players overall throughout the years has gone done. By continuing to cater the game to the same types of people on NA, Riot loses potential to develop themselves in other regions and other people in NA. And, these statistics don't even include the Chinese region where only 50% of the population have internet access in some form (numbers are growing fast). Like, recently NA has been surpassed by EUNE. Believe it or not, I've worked with a lot of Russians and Polish people in construction even from way back in 2012 when I first started out in HVAC/R. Its been 6+yrs and the general opinion they have towards Americans has always been what can be described by what was recently said by this Polish guy in 79 when we talked about the weather forecast and he said "American liars." I don't know if you're aware of this, but... Riot doesn't want you or those who say they will boycott the game over DZK. They didn't care about the people who were perma-banned because their system found them to be toxic; they don't care if toxic people voluntarily choose to uninstall the game - in fact I think its for the best. In case you don't remember, I've been arguing for NA players to uninstall LoL. Why even give them the statistics to keep marketing their game. Delete your account.

: Have you seen Infinity War? So the villain tried to save his homeworld because he foresaw a world ward destroying most of the population due to conflict over limited resources that couldn't sustain the population. He was imprisoned for suggesting a Hunger Games style lottery (minus all the games part) which would have been fair and balanced to determine who lived and died in order to reduce the population to sustainable levels and avoid having a global civilization-destroying conflict. He turned out to be correct - his civilization was all but destroyed because they didn't listen to him, but he survived and took his philosophy across the galaxy... in order to fix the problem of over-population in the galaxy in a fair manner. But he's the villlain. People don't like getting told... you gotta die today so you're people can survive - don't take it personally. Most people disagreed with his philosophy and the Avengers of course fight against him and halfways succeed. Where is this going? Well... you see from all the posts recently, it seems a certain Riot employee (that the company has supposedly backed in his actions) noted a problem. And he went about a drastic approach in trying to solve the problem. One which hurt a lot of innocent people "for the greater good". And so you see... some of those people and some of their friends/family decided they didn't like the approach that was taken. It's not necessarily that the majority of people in outrage disagree with everything that was said or that the problem that was ATTEMPTED to be addressed isn't something they don't agree needs solving - many do agree on that point I believe. The issue is the "solution" to the issue. Much like Thanos, your "brother" took a rather unpopular solution and imposed it on others without any consideration for the people it would affect and seemingly without consideration for alternate options. Let's jump back to Thanos for a bit. So his homeworld can't support the population... and seemingly YEARS later, they end up nearly killing themselves over it. Yet Thanos manages to escape prison, travel to other worlds, and create a powerful army feared across the known galaxy. Which suggests several things. Thanos's people could have spent their resources to improve production and efficient use of resources. They could have colonized other empty worlds. They could have better controlled their reproduction so that they kept their population at or below the newly sustainable numbers (due to colonization, etc.). And in this fashion, they could have achieved that sustainable population Thanos wanted without both the massive civil war that did happen on his homeworld and without the lottery-based genocide that Thanos suggested. The solutions that worked to help their society survive and stay within it's level of sustainability could then have been shared PEACEFULLY with the rest of the galaxy - achieving Thanos's dream without all the bloodshed and broken lives. In much the same way... your "friend" could have made a demonstration to emphasize the need to make gaming more safe, open, and accepting towards female gamers and game designers, etc. without all the headache he helped create/unleash. Instead of every perceived female having to now face greater fear of being found out as female (whether true or not) and harassed for it or forced to make a statement on her stance on said incident any time they log in to play lol (which I'm sure is happening all too often now); women could have avoided this if a better option that worked to truly promote growth by individuals and the community (rather than reverse oppression) were chosen. Racism exists, reverse racism exists; sexism, reverse sexism; etc. If someone slaps you, you don't slap them back as the solution. You teach them that slapping someone is wrong. If they don't listen, you put them somewhere where they will learn their lesson or if that fails... where they cannot slap others. This is stuff most people learned... in KINDERGARTEN or PRESCHOOL. I guess we all can forget the basics sometimes though. Maybe now you'll remember for next time.

: The only thing they had right was the intent to help bring more women and minorities into the industry. ONLY the intent. The way in which they did it, the logic behind those actions, the logic they've been using to claim it's impossible to be sexist against men (which is no different than the brain dead logic behind the notion that it's impossible to be racist against whites btw), and the way Zenon/dzk has been handling himself are all 100% fucked. Now we can just sum up most of that problematic stuff with "just another case of can't fix stupid" that is becoming more common in recent years, and just call it a wash. But Zenon's lack of integrity and incredibly unprofessional dialogue are absolutely inexcusable. And therein lies the problem. Riot can take a step back and do the other stuff the right way next time, ideally headed up by employees with more than 2 braincells to rub together, but they need to address the problem with Zenon or this isn't going to end.

Riot can take a step back and do the other stuff the right way next time, ideally headed up by employees with more than 2 braincells to rub together, but they need to address the problem with Zenon or this isn't going to end. You're trying to justify condemning someone for being human and replying emotionally after having knowingly aggravated him. Its like protestors during the [Boston Massacre of 1770](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boston_Massacre) condemning British soldiers after having approached them with menace throwing rocks that can kill. Again, you can attempt to justify anything. Doesn't mean you're not doing anything wrong in doing so.

Is it so hard to believe that people are telling the truth when they say they're sexually harassed / assaulted etc? Do you know how shitty it feels for someone to have them deny your experience with sexual assault etc? You have NOTHING to gain by denying these women their experiences and then calling them the real sexists for wanting to have more women in the workplace with them in a completely male dominated space where they've been treated unfairly. It should not feel like an attack on you personally for someone to claim they've experienced sexism, just because they didn't record video/picture proof just for you. When you're on a jury, or your family or friends are being accused maybe you should feel differently, but as it is there is no benefit for you in actively denying what happened and calling these women liars.

That's not always the case. Take segregation for an example. Sure it took a lot of beatings against minorities, marches, minority workers losing their jobs to stand up for whats right, etc. But, in the end, the status quo then that was argued to have been fair was changed because everyone knew it wasn't fair. Surprisingly, businesses who continued to deny minorities ended up losing business and were closed down - I'd say those who attempt to oppress others will get theirs eventually.

Do you know how shitty it feels for someone to have them deny your experience with sexual assault etc? Well when I have seen first hand of the flip side of someone lying about it and it ruining that person's life with said lie, tiny bit. > You have NOTHING to gain by denying these women their experiences and then calling them the real sexists for wanting to have more women in the workplace with them in a completely male dominated space. I'm not calling them sexist for wanting more woman, I'm calling them sexist for wanting exactly woman rather then the most qualified person. That is sexism, if the article had read, during my time at Riot, I went out of my way to try and hire men, I would be just as pissed and rallying. You can call it whatever you want, but by definition, it is...sexism. You mean besides slowly start setting a precedence of saying even a joke is sexism and getting people fired and lives ruined forever. Yeah, no benefit at all for wanting actual equality. If sexism actually happens, yes, we should be up in arms and rallying for equality, but there needs to be proof, actual proof of such first rather then just blindly believing because "woman are weak and never lie and they need to be protected." Fuck that bullshit.

Doesn't apply here. If you're hiring someone to manage a laundromat, the fryer at McDonalds, etc. no problem. But, when you're trying to hire people to develop a market or industry in a leadership position based on your past experiences and ideal, which you're allowed to, its a whole different ball game. Much like how when hiring a designer WHO WILL WORK IN A TEAM is much different than hiring a coder who will work alone in a project. Again, the female opinion is important and not taking that into account for a multi-billion dollar company like Riot Games or any company in general can result in losses, extra overhead costs, etc. I gave an example with Microsoft, but I'm sure there are female engineers involved in making Samsung or iPhones or whatever who's opinions mattered. And, those companies, as I showed, ensure they have a good environment to succeed in. If Riot makes another oversexualized champion that offends their female gamer population again who end up refusing to buy that champion's skin after countless amounts of money was poured into its development, are you willing to pay for the potential loss? We're talking global female gamer population. And, I've made it clear. It seems like only a percentage of NA and EU males are complaining about this. If they were to do this in South Korea or China where they made an event exclusive to female LoL players only to hear their feedback on the game's development, would you care?

Yes, just like you have racist who are always racist, xenophobias who are always xenophobic, and assholes who are always assholes, that doesn't make it the majority. Of course sexism happens, it happens at Riot in some way or form obviously because it happens in literally every company because people are assholes, not the entire company perhaps, but people. HOWEVER, there has been no proof of actual sexism, even though Kotaku has said there were pictures, emails, and recordings of such that have strangely not popped up at all. There is no proof of such, and if we are to believe the Kotaku article, we have to believe some people are lying BECAUSE in the same article, some people said they haven't experienced it, so are we to believe the article or not? Or are we only supposed to believe parts of the article when they fit your narrative?

: I guess i will stop playing lol
Do better things with your life than play LoL. Internet companies won't invest in your country? Learn how to engineer and build your own. If ChickenWrap's post on marketing 101 has taught me anything, is that market penetration for old product in old market is another way of saying **KILL YOUR COMPETITORS AND SLEEP WITH THEIR LOLI WAIFUS!**

: Riot, Blizzard, And Twitch Are Teaming Up To Fight Toxic Gaming Behavior
In RL, I've helped taught children in blue collar and troubled neighborhoods. I've helped small businesses and done a lot of favors helping families who were having troubles with their HVAC/R systems. Now, I've been helping communities building infrastructure to provide jobs to people, rebuilding homes damaged from natural disasters, teaching people with masters degree in engineering how to apply their knowledge to help others, building schools for kids, etc.. Rather than take an easy middle class income paying job after college, I started from the bottom and built myself up to the point where I'm not worried about being able to make 6 figures annually. Most people in real life consider me a good, wholesome human being. Having made numerous sacrifices to help others who were in need. Going the extra mile. Going the extra 100 miles. And, Riot considers me a toxic player... If anyone from Activision is reading this now, don't take any of the BS player behavior research crap from Riot.

No surprise there though. Wasn't making fun of you. Just putting things into perspective. I used to be into smart girls. Still into girls who wear glasses. Then I realized as I got older, looking back on past relationships, the issue was always me not communicating any issues I had with past GFs. It was always just making up some excuse about how it wasn't her, but me (even though it was) because I refused to communicate and let them know I didn't like how they made fun of other people (like a bitch). With you, its like you want this, this, and that. But, as you get older, you realize, hey if you like her/him, then you like her/him. Because, even if she/he fits all the criterias you listed, doesn't mean you'll like her/him. You may end up making up something in your mind not to like her/him. And, vice versa, if you like her/him, even if you have all these reasons not to like her/him, you'll still like her/him. This was also something I realized back in 2015 when I befriended a wallstreet guy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdd1k3Fn8mc Pure girls are rare. Even then, if I dangle like $10k in front of her... Buddy, if you want believe in your fantasy of "the perfect girl" go 2D.
