: Controlling one's temper in game
Only one thing you can do, don't type in chat, simple cause if you do you get banned just how it works, doesn't matter who started the fight who was toxic first or anything you will be the one to get banned.

The two strikes and you're out system really only applies to the most egregious and clearly unnecessary forms of toxicity -- racist language, homophobic slurs, and encouragements to self-harm. Otherwise it's typically 3-4 strikes, at minimum. And, again, Riot HAS tried other systems in the past before settling on this one -- the more lenient systems didn't really help any, if the end goal is to reduce toxicity.
Ive never done any of those things and now have two perma banned accounts both of which only got one, two week suspension then to a perma ban, in-between each suspension was like a month or two aswell.
: a perma ban in any game to which you spent money and did not abuse / hack / cheat the system is utterly disgusting. if someone is toxic on chat, disable their chats if someone keeps feeding on purpose disable gaming with other players for a duration or put a condition to play 10 games with bots or some other crap a ban, let alone a permaban is like giving a death sentence, which is a bit too much for the very small "offenses" that happen during a game of league. Riot's philosophy is either extremely catering to snowflakes, controlled by snowflakes, or is a victim of social media attacking it for lack of defending victim mentality. Riot, get a grip. banning an account WILL NOT prevent the player from coming back with a different account and flaming / feeding / cheating / etc on another account. even banning IP is not a thing anymore with proxies. Find a better solution, this is utterly absurd, whoever is in charge of this system needs to go get a few courses in psychology and philosophy and maybe listen to some debates online to get a better perspective on how to deal with conflict.

Did you receive a 14-day ban previously? If so, I doubt you will have much luck -- attached to the reform card for the 14-day ban is a message warning you that the next punishment WILL be a permanent ban. Unfortunately, that's how the system works -- Riot has tried other systems in the past, and they've found that giving bigger and bigger bans doesn't really help. Hence why it escalates to a permanent ban after the 14-day warning.
That is just the issue, you shouldn't get two strikes you are out, if you get a 14 day ban and play good for months on end, you shouldn't get perma banned because you have one bad game and flame some kids who are probably doing the same to you.

: Ban system
Im posting it here because it seems very bugged but i will also post it over in the player behaviour section.
: "There was an error selecting your champion"
This occurs when they reset the free rotation champs and you haven't re logged, you're attempting to pick a champion you no longer have access to.
