Before lethality you would build Essence Reaver into Infinity Edge and Rapid Fire Cannon then you would still get the Black Cleaver (which they are nerfing the damage on in a future patch), so not only would you get the attack damage you hate so much on her, you also get the extra crit chance and oomph to crits and you actually have better mana management with that set of items over the current lethality. MF isn't the problem. Lethality and Crit and unkillable tanks all have issues.

Even if I were to play zero games against or as MF I would still create this thread. You want to know the real reason? I actually want to play crit MF and be viable, for her lethality build not to overshadow crit build.

: Changes to individual masteries are fair game certainly, and not just in mid-season. First thing we're looking at (7.4) is reducing % damage increasing effects and a nerf to Fearless (it's unappreciated, but it's the strongest mastery relative to alternate options of any slot). Warlord's and Bond of Stone changes also possible, though don't want to overpromise anything there just yet.
If you nerf Fearless, won't everyone just stick to summoner spells CDR mastery all the time? I thought instead of nerfing Fearless you'd rather buff that missing hp regen mastery.
