: I don't think he did, but all of the things people are complaining about are things he did prior to the +12 buff as well. Nasus getting 500 stacks lategame was not a rare occurrence. He still has the exact same weaknesses and problems he's always had.
The Q damage late game just seems bonkers. If you get hit with that excessive 5 second slow and your not a heavy champ you die in 1 Q + aa. its really cringy. But I guess the only thing you can do is play to stop his stacking, or hope to god that your carries do well. I am just curious, out of all of the problems with the champion, why choose to increase his stacks so much? Essentially just buffing his damage.

That is literally the top 3% of the community lmao. I think Platinum+ can be considered high elo. That's about the top ~12%. Some people are really anal about how if you are not high diamond, master, or challenger you are just garbage. I don't live in the world that they live in.
: Conqueror is broken and needs a proper rework if it should stay in the game.
Notice how the champions on your list are some of the most oppressive champions in the game. The true damage, the armor shredding, the %hp damage, the insane heals, and stat check. +conqueror, of course.

That's Fervor of the battle boosted on steroids... it's not going to be okay.
I agree that it will not be okay. No balance changes are ever okay anymore because some champions can abuse the shit out of something at all times. Its always the excessive healing, shielding, or damage that causes problems. Something is always fucked.

I agree that hooks should have a hitbox to the size of the hook model itself. This is a common thing with LoL I think. Hitboxes are almost always larger than they seem. I remember being so mad playing into {{champion:420}} and dodging her Qs, or so I thought because I was outside of the outline that her tentacles make... but in reality it still hit me. Riot has fixed her hitbox since then, but when I complained about it in the boards no one agreed with me. I think this is just straight up silly. False advertising.

: Wu is doing fine... He's currently enjoying one of the highest winrates in the game. If he had more sustain he'd probably be busted.
51.4% win rate on LoLalytics 52.5% win rate on OP.GG (KR stats right?) 51.6% winrate on LeagueofGraphs ~51% win rate seems healthy to be fair. But his base sustain is far below all of the other fighter class champions. Why is it that other fighters have higher base regen, and on top of that most of them also have built in sustains and shields? Why is Wukong the exception to this? The only thing I can think of is that they want his early game to be both weak and easily punishable. But then when his late game is very good they nerf him. You don't even play Wukong. You should try it in gold+ elo, and think about how it feels to play him compared to the other top laners (if you would know). See how you feel about him then.
: I like that you are using clear, objective information to compare Wukong's weaknesses to his "peers". I agree that those numbers look quite low, particularly when his kit also lacks any form of sustain, or poke as an alternative. Increased health regen, increased mana, and some sustain / poke mechanic would definitely help make Wukong healthier, as it adds power in areas where he's not problematic (one-shot burst patterns).
It's a small change. Wukong doesn't get much attention though. He's never a priority for Riot, or the LoL community. I'm probably going to take a break for a few days. Its easy to get burnt out when every game you are countered.

: meddler. please for the love of god get rid of rageblade vayne
Champs with strong true damage can be really bonkers. You kind of can't really build against them if they are ahead. It is frustrating, I hope they do 'something' about it. Seeing 1k true damage and like 300 physical damage on the death recap just feelsbad.
: Remember the instant q gut just because he 1shot a Yasuo in pro play lol
To be fair I think they over buffed his Q initially. I think he deserved a nerf. But his Q, E, items, and runes got nerfed. I wish they'd just give him some form of sustain, or increased his health regeneration and health regeneration per level. Those stats, and his mana are so poor. I think it'd be a good QoL thing.
: I played a lot of wukong s8 and pre season 9, and know what? I skipped caring about early and mid game and made a whole late game rune page and build. So basically, I went conquerer, and for secondary gathering storm was a must, and for stat shards, pick whatever you want. Ingame, I basically mix and matched items to make him a teamfight hurricane. A gargoyles stoneplate for living. One of the tiamat items depending on how much tank or damage we need. one youmuus for speed. one deadmans if more speed is needed. Basically, I built depending on what was needed, while making him into a bruiser, and since I had conquerer, not too much damage was needed lategame, as long as I had the time to do damage, and with gathering storm kicking in nicely after 30 mins, it went really well. I could make a guide if you want.
I don't need a guide. I have played Wukong for years. Not to be rude, but it's different playing Wukong into bronze players vs gold+ players. I had an 80% win rate as I climbed from Iron 3 to Silver 4. Playing nothing but Wukong. I appreciate it though.

LMAO you don't lie. I guess when you one trick a champion for a few years you learn to deal with bully lanes. Akali top isn't common, so I was really caught off guard by the things she could use to her advantage. I don't think she is broken, but too "convenient" of an assassin.

: For a week ? Wukong was 1 shooting for seasons but people suddenly started the circle jerk Not like he was balanced or anything, he was never balance , I would have agreed with you, but you're only circle jerking because of Wukong and keep complaining . Edit : forgot to mention , not like you care about Karthus anyway, you just want everything to be gutted because they nerfed the champion that 1 shoots you from stealth.
Wukong was not 1 shotting for seasons. He only became a nuisance after they buffed his Q, Duskblade was released and domination tree was strong and synergized well with him. You can even argue Stormrazor's release was a factor to how broken Wukong's damage got. Early Season 8 Wukong's damage was simply disgusting to squishy targets in the mid game. He built like an assassin, and blowing a squishy from stealth isn't anything new to assassin's. However, in wukong's case, the AoE damage and knock up on his R, along with blowing up the squishies from stealth was a bit much. I will agree on that. Wukog managed 52%+ win rate in 3 lanes for a few short weeks. Then right after he showed up in the LCS he got nerfed directly. And then Duskblade saw nerfs. And then his runes saw nerfs. And by the end of Season 8 a lot of his opposing laners saw buffs (Darius, Renekton.. etc). Despite all this, the initial buff on his Q, followed by nerfs still left his Q stronger than it was before Season 8 began. I would say that they initially overbuffed him (especially because of everything else that lined up for Wukong at that time like the items, runes and meta). The nerfs were deserved. I think Wukong is fine for those things. My only issues with Wukong are his insanely horrendous sustain problems (I would be happy with a simple buff to health Regen/health Regen per level). And his Mana being so bad. Anyway, hopefully I cleared up some things about Wukong. I have one tricked that champion since Season 5, and so far in Season 9 (this is a new account) I have an 80% win rate in Silver 2 ATM.

: this is gold?!
Bad match, just move on. My guess is Jarvan didn't respect Aatrox's very strong early game, died and then got denied farm. He fed a few kills and the Aatrox snowballed in the lane, taking his tower. There are many reasons why that was just a bad game and not worth looking too deep into. Just move on, go next, don't let it tilt you, or weigh down on your mental.

: op.gg no longer shows MMR!?
I don't know. But does it really matter? OP.GG never had accurate MMR to begin with. It was an educated guess. To my knowledge Riot never released the algorithm for their MMR system. As long as this holds true I don't care: winning games = climbing
: I will be playing yasuo and ryze 1month. Will this be enough to get him to were i can destroy ranked
Yasuo gets banned too often. Practice Riven; she is banned less, is high skill cap and S tier atm. Wanna learn a high skill cap champion fast? 1. YouTube the champion's combos, tips and tricks. 2. Practice what you saw in custom games. 3. Practice farming with said champion. 4. Look up build guides, and learn the power spikes of said champion. 5. Look up what counters your champion. 6. When you have the knowledge above, and decent skill using the champion, go play a few normal games. 7. Every game really focus on the basics, the farming, the combos, auto resets, and itemization. 8. After 10 games or so of normals you should be average with that champion. Play it a few games a day for a month, and you will get to an above average level. Play it for half a season and you can get to an advanced level. Just make sure you focus and don't play in autopilot mode. Have fun! An above average Riven player in bronze or Silver oof.

: Why isnt the game fun ?
You just need a break friend. I do too, I just lost 2 games in a row for things completely out of my control (my teams). In game 1 my team would fight 3v5 because why not. Eventually I couldn't carry anymore. In game 2 I got autofilled, the enemy team picked my otp champion, my top laner went AFK at 2 minutes, and my adc started trolling. I am taking a break now to save my mental :D

I 100% agree that this would be a good change for the item. 1 second is far too slow. I think that would make the item more appealing on top of the 150g cost reduction coming soon.

: Get rid of %HP true damage
I think true damage is a cool concept on paper, but its a nuisance in the game. They become too strong against tanks, and are still very strong against squishies. I'd be okay with higher base damage and lower true damage overall. The fact that you cannot counterplay is the frustrating part. Items like: {{item:3153}} {{item:1419}} stacked with a champion with built in true damage such as {{champion:11}} {{champion:67}} is just ridiculous.
