Personally I've found that a lot of QOL and mechanics changes have made my gameplay much more interesting since S 4, but I can agree that as a Jungler I'm always fearful that a new Season will mean I have to relearn basically everything and a couple new Champs. But neither of us are everyone. There will always be differences in opinion, and the nature of an online game, especially a MOBA like League, is one of constant evolution. Sounds like you might be suffering from packet loss, which is essentially just some data is getting lost in between you and us. Fortunately we got steps that might be able to stop it! For starters, if you're not already, use a hard line connection and get off Wifi. It's always gonna be more reliable in connecting you to us and keeping your gameplay smooth. Next, check and make sure that your firewall or AV is not interfering with LoL and blocking communication somehow. : Runes refund
Kokua's got the gist of it; basically if you had a large sum of Runes purchased before a certain point, you would receive a mission that could be completed by playing one matchmade game. Doing that would give you Hextech Items that essentially gave the Runes-worth of Blue Essence to your account. The same was true for any Rune Pages your bought; you would receive Blue Essence for those bought with IP and Epic Skins for every 4 skins rounded up. Looking at your account, I can already see you completed and received the Hextech Items as well as 2 epic skins. You've actually not used the Orbs containing that Blue Essence yet, so open your Loot inventory from the home tab and do that to get your earnings! :)

However, restrictions are only given to you for your behavior as Kokua and Modi stated earlier, not the other players'. That's why I fully support your plan to /mute all and not speak in game. If you feel that will help deflect players being negative to you and also help you in your goal to reform, go fo' it. Past that however, I can't take your appeal, I can't lift your ban, and I can't reveal what punishments those players will receive; that's private information for them. What I can do here is take a look at your punishment and the logs leading to it and give a brief synopsis, without quotes, of why you received your restriction with your blessing. To appeal to have the restriction lifted, or to have a more in depth discussion on what triggered it, you're in the wrong place. First, I implore you to hook up a wired connection over wifi in case you aren't already since that's going to make things faster and more consistent. : Happened again tonight, one match completely fine, everything is perfect, the next match 10k ping spikes and DCs nonstop...its completely unpredictable, to the point I am not sure I can even bother playing ranked. Granted I live in a small rural town, and 26mps is by no means a super mega fast speed, but it is more than sufficient to run league, I checked on 3 different speed tests and got the same result, immediately after losing another ranked match to unplayable ping spikes...Is there a doc I can print to show you my computers logs of said events or what?

There very well may be some kind of interference or something on either of our ends not cooperating with the other. We do have some steps to try out though. First, always gotta say it, I highly suggest being on a hard line connection. It will always be preferable to Wifi, so do it if you can! One thing I want to make sure of is that you have no firewall or AV that is not ok with LoL. Sometimes firewalls will filter or block files from LoL, and that will cause connections to go wonky. To counter that, you can temporarily disable your firewall and test your connection in games, or manually white list LoL. FPS issues are always a real pain in the rear so it sucks to hear you've been getting these since December, man. The leaverbuster looping is also... less than acceptable. {{sticker:zombie-nunu-tears}} I do have somethings that I can try to help fix your FPS troubles though. You mentioned how it always happens specifically around the 20 minute mark. What I'm thinking is that something is happening at 20 minutes that your game isn't carrying out properly, and that thing is most likely Baron spawning if so. Perhaps you have some files that are either corrupt or missing that make the game freak out when they load, so try a client repair from the settings menu if you haven't first and foremost. Second, I always suggest making sure that your drivers are up to date when someone is experiencing FPS trouble. You mentioned that there wasn't abnormal CPU usage but it's very strange that this only occurs just after you boot up the PC. Enabling 'Low Specs Mode' in settings is a good temporary fix since that can really help reduce processes and lag, but I want to [**try running a cleanboot**](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201761974#wq7) of your system to see if something might be interfering towards the beginning. Keep Low Specs Mode disabled, then follow the steps in that guide and see if you still get the slow or laggy client you had before. Let me know if it works out!

Gee, really sucks when the Tech Team has no further solution to offer. Often though it's because they've examined any possible solution that could apply and can't find none. Further, it typically means that we've got nothing in our pockets they haven't already tried. {{sticker:sg-zephyr}} I'm not sure about 'packet loss without packet loss', I've never heard of that before. But if you're concerned about your routing path, one thing you could try to improve this is [**reconfiguring your DNS**](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues#wq5). While we normally suggest this only for players outside the US/Region, you may find it could fix your own problem as well provided Tech Support hasn't already suggested it. If you're playing on Wifi, I'd also suggest using a hardline connection instead. We hope these help out, but if they don't in the end or Tech's already tried them, it may be time to discuss the trouble you're having with your ISP.
: Bronze 1 troubles only
I've not heard of anything like that from elsewhere unfortunately. {{sticker:sg-soraka}} There may be a common solution we can use to help you out if it's still affecting you though; typically repeating problems like this have a simple fix. I don't have a screenshot of your error (but if you do, I'd greatly appreciate seeing it), but from what you're saying it sounds like you're encountering a connection block just as you start to load into the map. There's a lot of transitions from the lobby to the actual game after all! For starters, I suggest using a hardline connection over wifi if possible. I also suggest taking a look at your router and manually forwarding any ports that LoL needs. We have steps that can help walk you through that [**right over here**](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues#wq8). Go ahead and follow those, and then test the game out by opening multiple custom games and connecting to them successfully. To further specify, Hextech Key shards are no longer tied to winning games but instead are purely based on Honorable behavior. I took a look at your account; right now it seems your Honor level is too low to receive Hextech Key shards. : Was the Autofill protection system changed?
Kokua is almost right here, but it's a little off. Don't blame either of you though; surprisingly there's not a lot of places to research info on autofill. That's something that might need to be changed. x_x Anywho, to directly address your issue, right now there's a graphical bug that's causing the little flag in the lobby to incorrectly state Autofill is activated, even if you have protection. Like you said though, playing a game filled or as Support will protect you from autofill the next game (not 2, iirc). Even if the bug shows up, you still have protection and should be matched into game as such. What Kokua was likely thinking of is the chance you have of being autofilled each game if you haven't recently played Support or filled. Run a Custom Game or 3 to test out the changes and let me know if you can consistently connect to the game afterwards. :)
: Build For Miss Fortune
Kokua leaves some good tips here; personally I'm not an MF or even an ADC player so it's hard for me to give accurate suggestions. What I do know is that MF is particularly good at bypassing/shredding resistances, so building to accommodate that with Lethality items can help, or with Black Cleaver to get the stacking armor reduction. Starting with something like Youmuus or BC, then going to Duskblade then Infinity Edge is something I'd try likely. For Runes, surprisingly we see a lot of MFs go Sorcery as their main tree to get Arcane Comet or Aery like Jhin does and the flat Bonus to AD. Getting Sorc runes that help you sustain, build damage over time, and stay mobile are suggested. For your second path, definitely go Precision since it helps ADCs the most, and take Triumph and Coup de Grace to help you win and stay alive in those low health duels in lane. Hope this helps out! Can't say I'm the best ADC but I think trying these suggestion could help. And like Kokua said, focus on staying alive and poking your enemy out of lane more than actually risking your life to secure a kill. {{sticker:sg-kiko}}

: Borderless Fullscreen touble
Asalami has a good suggestion; if you change your desktop resolution to 1900x1080 for the duration of your gameplay that should assist when playing borderless fullscreen since it will be using your desktops resolution for that screen size. 4k support is still being worked on, but for now this is the most functional solution I can offer. Hopefully with a little more time we can tune the game up for 4k further! :)

Could be that some ports are being blocked for some reason that aren't letting you communicate properly with LoL; let's try and manually forward them with the [**steps in our Connection guide over here**](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues#wq8). Try that out and play in a Custom Game, and get back to me and let me know if the test is successful and you don't have any connection trouble anymore.
: Can I run league?
A dedicated GPU can't hurt, that's for sure, but from the specs here I'd say you're in the clear compared to our [**minimum and recommended specs**](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752654-Minimum-and-Recommended-System-Requirements#wq1). If you're still having FPS trouble it could indicate that your drivers are out of date perhaps. Let's make sure that yours are up to date to start with the steps in [**this guide here**](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752684-Low-Frame-Rate-FPS-Troubleshooting#wq1). Try those steps and open a Custom Game to test the results. Let me know if it helped!
: Updated Chat Functionality
We've also had trouble with spacing screwing up the whisper function sometimes; I'm curious if trying to whisper to somebody by spelling the name WITHOUT spaces would maybe work consistently. All this said, this is excellent feedback for developers but it's in the wrong place. I'd suggest hitting up the [**Client Discussion boards**](http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/alpha-client-discussion) to discuss improving chat's accessibility as well! :)
: Client lag, but none in-game?
Think the best suggestion for a quick solution would indeed be to enable low specs mode; doing that will turn off most of the animations in client and reduce the amount of stuff that needs to be processed. For a long term solution, it may be worth checking that his graphics card drivers are updated. Perhaps they're having trouble. Have him [**run through these steps**](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752684-Low-Frame-Rate-FPS-Troubleshooting#wq1) here and let me know if, while Low Specs Mode is off, the client is still laggy by testing the pick phase in a custom or training match.

: Internet connection
Sorry to hear it's cost you so many games dood. <:( To start, I want to echo Kokua's suggestion and make sure you're on a wired connection and not stressing your connection with other devices, downloads or programs. This, ensures that your connection will be stable for gaming period. But since this only seems to happen with League for you, it could be something unrelated to just inconsistent network. Since your ping seems to be at issue here, you could try making sure your routing to LoL isn't crazy by reconfiguring your DNS. Follow the steps in [**our guide here**](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues#wq5) and test the results in a couple customs. Let me know if you see any similar ping spikes!
