Ah yes, the first resort of only the best ideas: "People who disagree with me are trolls." Everybody _already_ knows that carousel picks are granted earlier to those with less health and that if you lose rounds you get picks sooner. This is not some hidden thing that people are not aware of. Everybody also already knows that using those random factors of the game is where the intention of where the skill in playing the game is supposed to be. And of course, there is no skill expression in not doing that, doing nothing instead. From your response, we both have confirmed that during the event in question there is no way to control what I have asked you about in regards to this. You cannot control your positioning like you assert you can and you exert no skill to control the carousel. Consequently, as there is a lack of those game mechanics with which to do so, this leads us all to the simple fact that there can be no skill as there can be no skill expression with mechanics that do not exist.

Then how? "but SEVERELY less than in the 1st" How is their any skill? You need reasons before this conclusion. "based on their positioning," Do tell if there is some mechanic to control positioning, because by everything we can observe so far, you cannot. : why is Riots match making trash
Because it's a normal game and normal games don't have ranked restrictions. Because people want to play with their friends, right? So when you get a premade that ranges between silver and diamond, the matchmaker has to find something for that. So here it took the premade and put it against premades that's rather reasonable.

Title II and III literally state that two questions may be asked "1. Is the animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?" Depending on state, lying about it carries some hefty fines, and only certified service animals are allowed, which do in fact have to be trained first for specific tasks, not to be confused with therapy or emotional support animals, which are neither trained for said tasks nor covered by the law, and failure to differentiate one of those from a service animal is in fact punishable as well. As OP I would definitely urge management to report as possible fraudulent service animal, as the two guidelines for service animal removal from premises is if out of control/unruly, or if it's not housebroken, and the fact that "If a business such as a hotel normally charges guests for damage that they cause, a customer with a disability may also be charged for damage caused by himself or his service animal." Regardless of if it's a service animal or not, the owner is responsible for the food that was eaten/ruined, doubly so if it is in fact fake
Yes, and what I was responding to is outside of those questions. So what I said.

How is that 20%? He was one game out of placements with one more loss than win. If we are estimating his MMR, you do that by looking at who he is matched with and well... It's also not as if he wasn't playing with people higher than that in his earlier placement games as well.
: What am I supposed to do against a gold/platinum player? **Who I don't even know is gold/platinum?** I asked for y'all's thoughts on it. I know it's not realistic to just stop people from smurfing but it's just so gosh darn annoying.

I know it's not realistic to just stop people from smurfing but it's just so gosh darn annoying. You asked for thoughts while asking why is it just allowed twice. Those are the thoughts. And why are they Gold/Platinum when you don't know that? Again, the vast majority of smurfs, aren't. Sometimes the opponent is going to be better that match at something. If you are looking for the answer as what to do about playing against better players when playing the game to get to a rank with better players in it, what general answer for the general question is there other than to learn the game and improve yourself?
: Why are Smurfs allowed?

I'm Silver IV, I have no issue admitting that. What I do have an issue with is when I'm playing my lane and my opponent is just better than me. It sounds like complaining, and it kind of is, but I don't mean they're just beating me, they're dominating me. They've won every single game of the last 30 or 40 and I'm just sitting there flailing around trying to figure what I'm doing wrong. But the thing is... the only thing I'm doing wrong is challenging a superior, one who appears to be an equal. > > The question is, what do you do? Why is this dude just allowed to come in here and ruin my game? I'm silver, I shouldn't be fighting people in Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. So... why are Smurfs allowed at all? > > Thanks for reading, let me know what y'all's thoughts are. Because the vast majority of smurfs, aren't. Because how are you going to make playing the game against the rules? Because, what then, you make smurfs illegal and then you ban entire colleges?
: The only thing I will say is that she often receives seemingly random and unnecessary buffs (IE: Her reset on ulti, when it's already like, a super low CD anyways?). She's never really been underperforming since like, S2. Oh and her hitboxes are fucking psychotic but that's a problem with League as a whole and less-so just her. Certain skins even amplify this problem (Looking at you, Steel Legion)
Those "random and unnecessary buffs" came out when she was, including by the numbers, among the worst champions in the game.
: Can we get an "antagonizer" report?
Vague ideas are not going to be picked up by a system. What you would want to report to and what is against the rules, is already able to be reported as it is.

: Should i just delete my account since clearly its marked for onesided games?
No, because you aren't marked and that doesn't exist. >Enemy teams are always atleast 4 good players. Your opponents are 200, 300+ games deep in Bronze and Iron. That's not shameful, they are not bad people for it. However, you are not getting any good players on the enemy team. > [{quoted}](name=InfinitexMortal,realm=NA,application-id=3ErqAdtq,discussion-id=4Zm5FQJa,comment-id=00000000,timestamp=2019-07-15T08:58:57.682+0000) > > Happened again. Kat support and a 1/12 cait with 42 cs at 28 minutes. This account is so marked "42 cs" Is the support making you lose by not CSing more?
: I want to discuss how the Blitz bot decided i would get banned and possible a 2 week instead of perm

: Level 30 (and not smurfing)
That's unusual. Usually it's the pre-30 levels that people say are a problem. Either way, as you were not here, let's explain this and clear this up. Account level means nothing about how well someone will play. Absolutely nothing. Levels are not used for matchmaking because they are not predictive of anything. Levels only went to 30 for most of the history of this game and it was late that they were uncapped to be like LootboxWatch. Further, you already know that people have multiple accounts and with the simple fact that people may not get better from games, it's no surprise that there are people with hundreds of levels at the bottom of the ladder with there are people in the double digits at the top of the server. Level is not even representative of as little as the number of games played since this level system change came out. It really doesn't mean anything at all.
