: For urf/arurf. I prefer ARURF. I played URF when I was still new to the game and so playing it again was basically a new experience for me. I found it boring. Each game was just like "which champion is the strongest. Play it." Since there is such a big power gap, the one tricks of the strongest champs go 50/0. You cant mess around with fun builds like magic missile rammus or full ap supports because you will always lose to zed, kata, fizz, jax... you name it. The randomness is what made urf fun for me. The elemental rifts look insanely cool. Tho again im dissappinted by the ocean and wind drake effects. I feel riot shouldve linked the ocean drake to the river, maybe actually turning it into an ocean taking over a big part of the jungle. But a water based dragon providing plants? Everyone knows water is weak to grass type. As someone who mains fiora: idk how I feel about the conqueror changes. If anything it will make her stronger since she can stack it so fast and already has a load of true damage.

: It's more like 26 mins (since it will arrive 5 mins after the 4th dragon is killed, and assuming a dragon takes at least 15s to kill each time), but in that case, a team is likely stomping and the Elder is the least of your problems!

I like the idea of taking the keystone name seriously, and adjusting to fit the name. I made a post about that with dark harvest. I don't like the 20% true damage, maybe half that to 10% when fully stacked.

You should read up on how armor and magic resist work to get the full info but by giving a character true defense (% Damage mitigation think Alistar Ult, Warwick W, Yi W, irelia W ) usually happens as an ability that is on a timer and in the case of Yi and Irelia (who would be comparable to your rework) the Damage mitigation Causes you to be unable to do anything with out turning it off first. A better way to make his passive have similar properties would be to make it into Malzhars passive shield in that it triggers when he is attacked. All above being said The idea of giving a Champ the ability to cancel out Armor and MR penetration would be a good Idea for a super tank who does little else than soak up all the damage.

I re-editted it to clarify that lethality and magic pen still work as normal. The idea was that items and abilities that make the champion more vulnerable to damage would be ignored. I understand the horrible unbalanced mess this is, I mentioned in my post that this was a for FUN PROJECT THAT SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AS IT WILL NEVER BE BALANCED IN ITS CURRENT STATE. With that said, thanks for the feedback. In my mind, with the damage in the game being pretty high in terms of scaling and defense being kind of lacking means that a super tank might be needed. In Journey to the West, Wukong has a couple feats the show how durable he is (SPOILERS). He journeyed to the underworld where removed his name from the list of people fated to die, in addition to learning how to overcome all the natural ways to die, survives boiling water, and being beheaded. I drew from these ideas when making his passive, the idea was to be as true to the source material as I could be without saying, "Wukong grows to the size of a mountain a ***** slaps your nexus to death in the first minute." A feat which Journey to the West Wukong could do EASILY. Yikes, now I relieze how powerful that W is... Seriously, what was I on when I came up with that ability. Defenitely need to scrap that alltogether, fun for Wukong, sucide inducing for your opponents... Probably keep the stealth, and remove the clone being controllable.

{{champion:102}} was the first champion I bought and has always been my go to champion when I want to have fun. Your ideas are very nice. I am quite fond of the Q change. However, I think that any rework for Shyvana needs to focus more on switching forms (similar to {{champion:60}} or {{champion:126}} ) than a temporary power boost by form change.

I agree, if you build tank. They should Kai'Sa or Lucian should not be able to blow up Garen's health like that. I personally have only played Garen once, but my brother plays Garen far more often and watching him take 2/3 of his health in the first 2 seconds of a team fight is just discouraging.

Most of the time you are building tank items such as {{item:3109}}. Tell me, where are you getting the AP to do actual damage with her? If you step anywhere near a damage item, you are losing too much tank stats to survive. Her damage is actually perfect for what she can do.

: I Think Kled Needs More Lore
Add more to the lore by making comics, stories, maybe even have character descriptions written by Keld (half drunk ramblings from Kled's opinions of the characters). His lore is short, it really could use more expanding. The only lore/character is in his quotes. Maybe Riot could bring in the voice actors to give him some more lines.

In terms of our internal process, modern champion development usually begins with a hypothesis based on an opportunity space in the game. For example Pyke was at least in part built off the initial question 'can we provide a better experience for assassin players that get autofilled support?' (that was actually from data we collected about the most painful player experiences) which then led to trying to find a gameplay hook for a 'support-assassin'. From there the concept artist is working in concert with other disciplines to find a thematic and visual language that supports the personality and gameplay that is also being developed while keeping in mind what will appeal to the target demographic (in the case of Pyke, players that enjoy assassin like Zed, Talon and playmaking supports like Thresh).

I remember seeing the second champion concept ages ago. Did you really hire the person who did that concept? If so is their concept in the pool of possible future champions, or will they have to make something else?

Third, just because they are mages doesn't stop people from taking Ryze or Viktor top lane. The idea is to give people OPTIONS.

Honestly, why wasn't this implemented before? The gold is split between champs for the turret plating, I don't see why this cannot be implemented now.

I am more asking that Riot either A) Changes Riven's passive to deal bonus damage similar to sheen B) Rewrite Riven's passive to specify that it only affects non-structure

MATH TIME: So the amount of cash you spend to purchase RP is as follows: $5 = 650 RP $10 = 1380 RP HOWEVER, 80 RP of that $10 purchase is bonus. So, that means that the $ to RP ratio is: $5 = 650 RP $10 = 1300 Cutting that ratio down to simplest form gives: $1 = 130 RP So, that means that the ratio of $ to RP is (money spent) times 1.3 This checks out for all RP purchases not including the bonus RP they hand out(too lazy to write all that down) Now that we have a ratio, the fun can begin. amount of money X 1.3 = 300 RP amount of money = approximently $2.31 So, 50 BE would be about $2.31. Which would make the most expensive champions (6300 BE), far more that 10 dollars in RP... 6300/50 = 126 $2.31 X 126 = $291.06 However, BE is freely obtained in game (at ridiculously slow rates)... This makes its real life value essentially $0 With that in mind, the new price for the most expensive champion is: $0 X 126 Let's see, carry the nothing, add the nothing... Final cost of most expensive champion is... DRUMROLL.... $0.00 I think the real question is "Why does Riot not just let us have all champions for free?" After all, we just proved that they cost nothing in real world currency. Riot is making zero profit on champion sells, champions should be free. Skins, chromas, icons, etc. can cost money. But all champions just need to be obtained from the start.
