I'm used to not really paying much attention to the lanes, so that's another major flaw for me when I play jungle. I play a lot of support, so I've always thought that I'd like more tanky, "supporty" junglers over assassin or mage carries. But I'll try the champions you listed anyway.

: Xayah needs to have racist remark removed from her programming
I'm sorry, but I don't find "Mu-Takl" to be worthy of being erased from the game. Xayah is shown to be a rather inflammatory, "rebellious" girl - it's just in her personality. I understand that it is a racist remark and it may draw some parallels to the real world, but, ultimately, it's fictional. No one sees Xayah as a role model, as she clearly isn't meant to be - she's pretty much just an edgy teenager in character. I very much doubt people will actually take influence from her. And I _strongly_ doubt that Riot made those lines to fulfill some sort of personal agenda to ostracize members of a race for being "different" from the rest. There are similarities in the argument about Graves' cigar: removing his cigar was stupid because Riot clearly didn't intend on him inspiring people to smoke. Realistically, no one should or would take him as someone to look up to, regardless if he's "cool" or not. Except Riot made the decision to remove the cigar when there really was no need to. Just look at some of the other characters in Riot's roster. Kled is the racist Southern character (the many comments about Noxian champions not being true Noxians). Ekko is the hoodlum black kid ("You're in the wrong neighborhood," "Aww, who called the cops!"). Both are based on potentially offensive stereotypes, yet you don't see people complain about that. So why is it that you made a forum post asking Riot to remove Xayah's quote, when you could have more of a point on Ekko or Kled being racist?
: Xayah is such a great role model
This is hilariously accurate.

: Skin Concept - Dark Star Lissandra
This is a masterful creation indeed! I would really like to know the time spent on this amazing model and its particle effects - it looks exactly like something Riot would compose, perhaps even better. I adore the particle effects, and that, on top of all this astounding work, the creator even spent the time to make a unique recall animation. This is honestly the best looking custom skin I have ever seen, and I approve of it. I would have never thought of Dark Star Lissandra, but it surprisingly fits with her spells very well. I hope Riot takes a hint from this and either attempts to replicate this or just straight up puts it in the game. I honestly think you'd be suitable to work there, but what do I know?
: I really like Poro King, especially since they added the new Snax. {{champion:51}}
I have only played one match of Poro King myself so I don't have much of an opinion on it, but it seems to be quite enjoyable.

: >Uh I said, and I quote, "I think Twisted Treeline counts as an extra mode, even if it isn't a temporary mode." And the question was "why?" If you're including TT as an "extra" mode, why isn't ARAM also included? At which point "What's your favorite non-classic-SR mode?" seems like a more fitting question.

If you're including TT as an "extra" mode, why isn't ARAM also included? At which point "What's your favorite non-classic-SR mode?" seems like a more fitting question. It looks like I didn't read his question quite correct. I don't know why I keep making these silly mistakes - it makes me look much less intelligent than I really am. "Extra" is a broad term so I figured Twisted Treeline would count. You're right, I should have included ARAM in this and renamed the post that considering what I just stated...The mistake's already been made, though. Nothing I can do now other than erase this and repost it, but that would be, in my opinion, obnoxious and pointless.
: Of those doom bots, but my favourite has generally been nemesis draft. Suddenly being put in a situation where the silly off-meta builds are sometimes actually optimal given the team comp (e.g. playing ap champs as ad or vice versa so your comp isn't hard countered by mr/armour). Whats more, people aren't necessarily expected to know how to play their champs well, so it's a somewhat less toxic environment for learning on the fly imo.

Yes, I mislabeled One For All. I stated this in another comment but that was my mistake. When I mention Hexakill, I didn't intend on referring to a specific instance of it (Twisted Treeline or Summoner's Rift) - it was meant to be taken as either or.

Honestly I was thinking of trying out Rengar at one point. It looks so easy to get kills. Recently I've been seeing less and less of him though, and the few that I have seen nowadays kinda suck. {{champion:121}} seems to be played more and seems to be better, but I wouldn't know.

: Academy Adventures
I like that Azir is standing near the tip of the crocodile beast's tail in the first comic, Chronobreak. "SHURIMA!"
: I think {{champion:41}} is still classified as a support secondary after his old kit gave buffs to allies
Wait why would he still be classified as a support secondary if his only quality that made him one was gone?
: Vel'koz support comes from having a slow, a knock up, and true damage. He can be effective even without damage items. Honestly, the support role always gets filled by champions who weren't intended for it. Blitzcrank was intended as a top lander, Morgana, Zyra, and Veigar mid, Nautilus was top/jungle, etc.
I honestly didn't know Vel'Koz had that in him. Should've looked that up before I made this post. I also didn't know that Blitzcrank was meant to be a top laner and Zyra a mid laner, but I did know that Nautilus was meant to be top/jungle and Morgana mid. I've never seen a Veigar support so it'd be a strange sight for me, despite the fact that he does have his E.

: Because most of the real supports are over-nerfed or very boring, tbh. Brand and Annie are actually legit support picks now.
Overnerfed and boring? I do see your point on the boring factor of the role - there are a lot of people who think support is the most boring role in the game, and I understand that. That's why if you have support as your secondary role in Draft Pick, you'll almost always get it. I haven't been playing League of Legends for very long so I don't know how supports used to be, therefore I don't understand how real supports were over-nerfed.

: You should find some good friends sometimes in normals, and hopefully duo with them when you start ranked. Good luck man{{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}
Thank you for the kindness. I really do appreciate it.
: The Arclight line isn't about purging weakness though, it's people who have taken rather dark path of justice set on to one that's much more purer. I do agree though, Arclight is still a good fit for Jihn.
Hmm. Fair point. I figured Jhin's purging could be compared to a corrupt angel of sorts, but I didn't actually know the Arclight line's story (which I admittedly should have done before I made this post). It's nice to know that someone still agrees that Arclight Jhin would be a pretty cool, fitting skin, although I may have made the concept poorly.

: You will get better. You just need some friends who you can play with who are patient and can help you learn. I did really bad initially because I'm more of a hands on learner. I learn by doing it and making mistakes and then changing what I'm doing for next time but simply by watching videos I wasn't able to get the full effect and learn how to handle my champs. I also think that playing against the bots totally doesn't help people learn. Like, the basics, yes but after a few games with bots and once you get most of the mechanics you really have to play against real people to properly learn. The bots tend to be really predictable and the best way to learn is to play against real people, make some mistakes and learn from them. They say an expert can't be an expert in his field until he's made all the mistakes that are possible to make. Something like that. Lol. Keep at it you'll find your champ.
Thank you. I feel that this response may be the most helpful one I've gotten (don't get me wrong though, they're all helpful). I have a large amount of people that have friended me in this game, but we've never really talked since. It doesn't help that I don't ask if they'd like to play. As for how you learned, I'm not entirely sure if I could learn the same way you did. However, I share the mindset that bot games don't help players learn much. When I was playing bot games, the only reason why I knew what lanes the champions I played go was because either my Silver 2 brother told me or I looked it up online. I still don't really know how to build correctly, as my item builds are "cookie-cutter" builds.
: The best way to improve is to just keep playing normals. Don't finish all your ranked placements as soon as you hit level 30. I tried it before and I lost all except 1, so I learned to be patient and practice :)
Personally, I don't think I'll ever play ranked anytime soon. I just don't think I'm good enough for it...Maybe when my skill level increases drastically, I'll play ranked. Yeah I just stick to normals now - I was thinking of having a premade team but, to be honest, none of my friends are good at the game, not even myself (though I do kind of okay if I'm playing anything except jungler, lol). I used to play top a lot but now I don't really like playing it. To me, it feels like you either feed in top or you get fed and there's no in-between. Currently, my favorite role is Support (I feel like its the only one I don't do horrible in), but since {{champion:202}} is pretty much my favorite champion now, ADC is a close second.

IMO those "So You Want to Main" videos are a bunch of cynical bs... If you have a certain champion in mind, buy them, play a few bot games to get the basics and then try some norms. If you don't have anyone particular, try playing ARAM, as funny it sounds it might help trying out random champions without having a say in the matter of who you pick. But as mentioned earlier, your best bet is practice.
Thank you for the response. It seems most people have the same method(s) in mind for getting better at the game, so I shall try my best to put that to use. As for finding the champion with "that magical click", I believe I may find that sooner than I originally thought (at the time I made this post anyway). As I've mentioned in a response I made to another comment, I've been taking a liking to {{champion:202}} recently. And even though I have a natural want to steer clear of champions that are often played, I might make an exception because I like Jhin that much. I did not know that the "So You Want To Main" series was considered cynical bs. Perhaps I should reserve them for entertainment purposes only. I will keep your method of learning to play champions in mind, but personally I have difficulty following my own judgment on how good a champion is based on bot matches. As for learning to play champs through ARAM, I think that's a pretty good idea. I actually bought {{champion:157}} because I did a One-For-All match as him and had a boatload of fun with it (it's not ARAM but I feel I should mention it).
: Patience and reading between the lines are good. Always be open to learn. What helped me was watching enemies who stomped me with a certain champ; some of them have distinct playstyles and theirs, for that champ, might work for you in turn. It comes with time honestly, that's all there really is.
Ah. Seeing the way players use champions in the matches I play may help me, yes. I've actually been taking a liking to {{champion:202}} recently, and since he's free I've been seeing a lot of him. I don't really like that, though - call me a hipster, but I dislike playing champions that are played a lot (part of why I initially gravitated towards {{champion:50}} in the beginning). I kinda like {{champion:157}}, but I feel his playstyle is a little aggressive for my likes (plus, there's also the fact that Yasuo players have a bad reputation). I once did a match as {{champion:202}} and there was an enemy {{champion:202}} that did much better than I did. Perhaps I could have learned from him/her...

: *Reads full thing out of spite* Tbh just keep practicing. You'll get better with time. Maybe watch some pro players? There's quite a few in-depth videos on youtube that you can learn from.
Thank you for the fast response. It means a lot to me that someone actually cares about my plight. I have seen a few videos on the subject of playing certain champions correctly (I like BrickyOrchid's "So you want to main" series and have watched almost all of those videos and I've also seen some champion spotlights). I don't really feel that I learn much from these kinds of videos, however, as I don't really do much better with a champion after seeing them. I have not watched any pro players, however; I may start doing that. Honestly, I don't believe watching pro plays will help me all that much - there's just so much going on, and I won't even know where to start (my mind's a little slow). Also, I tend to be a "by the book" person, which can really hamper what I learn from videos that teach how to play certain champions or what to build (especially the latter since a lot of it is situational).
