: Do you even know what this thread is about? It's about the fact on average, the counter to a Blitz team is Morgana, yet Morgana has about a 34-40% Ban rate CONSISTENTLY. It's not about "How do you beat Blitz?" Also, try dodging a grab from an equal or better skilled Blitz player. Like with any actual ranked game, many skills are unavoidable when you are like skilled or they are more skilled. A Master tier Blitz will almost NEVER miss.
If they would just nerf Morgana already no one would need to ban her :)

Lux is way too strong right now, and has been ever since they gave her cooldown refund on her R. Her e needs to have a delay before she can pop it, her w needs to have the base shield gutted, and her range needs to be nerfed around the board. She's not a balanced champion in the slightest.

: Exactly what Crescent Dark said. She's a terrible champion who works better in high elo because she's very team reliant. In games were your bot lane keeps constantly keeps pushing into the opponent's turret and she can't get easy picks, she's useless. She either rushes {{item:3146}} before her opponent builds his/her first item and snowball or go home. She can still do well against teams with a lot of squiahies however if the opponent team has anything more than a single tank you're better off playing someone else like Zed who can lock onto the opponent adc and is harder to peel off.

: This here is more my issue than anything. Regardless of what Teemo was or wasn't doing, these things are at least as bad. One got a ban for trolling. The other should have gotten a ban for threats and AFK. He should also be removed from the LPP because he basically used it as a threat in order to try and force another player to do what he wanted. He then used it to punish him for not backing down. You can call the guy a troll and ban him for not letting the team know what he was doing, but he has a decent win rate on the champ, which means he is playing to win. Not playing the way a streamer wants you to should not be the catalyst for a ban, and they shouldn't be able to just order one up from Riot. All the streamers and pros that are lining up behind him are just entitled pricks who think they deserve special treatment for being well known. A newer streamer would be brushed aside and possibly IP banned for it if they tried to do something like this and it got out, and if a Riot employee approved it they would probably be fired for potentially opening the company up to legal action.

Kat's a feast or famine champion. When you're behind, you're BEHIND. You're not going to be doing much for your team. I would save the Kat pick for when your team is picking champions that can carry if you possibly fall behind, and learn 1 or 2 other champions that are useful while behind for times when your team doesn't pick hard carry champions. Lux, Vel, Morg, and Anivia are all very strong right now and offer a good combination of damage and utility. If you fall behind you will still be useful.

: kalista Dark star skin plz or super galaxy
Imagine wanting a skin for a champion that isn't Lux, Ahri, or Ezreal
: i've never had a problem with lux. the thing with lux is her numbers are over-tuned obviously but if they weren't she'd be completely useless as she is a highly telegraphed skillshot mage and therefore will happen to be near completely useless unless she is rewarded massively for landing her stuff. and lets be honest while yasuo exists in his current state you can't with a straight face say lux needs to be nerfed. there are far too many champions atm who make her look like a joke. why do you think lux keeps being buffed nonstop? its because at the end of the day if 100% of all your damage can be merely sidestepped then you will never be a truly good champ. because at the end of the day pro's will stick to what actually wins them games and is reliable when moneys on the stake. that is why you will never see lux in the really valuable pro matches. if mage is a needed it'll be someone busted like Viktor or Cassiopeia or orianna even. and these are the players who can stand still and dodge incoming enemy skillshots without trying. these players basically show you why lux will never be truly viable. BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU CAN LITERALLY NEGATE 100% of her damage. AND THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE A PURE SKILLSHOT CHAMP LIKE LUX WORK IN TODAYS HYPER MOBILE ENVIROMENT IS THROUGH BUSTED NUMBERS.
If she's nothing without overtuned numbers, she shouldn't have them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqIPMdfpsHY

: Cooldown Reduction is way too easily obtained. Everyone who uses CDR whether it's Assassin's, Mages, Bruiser's or Supports feel like their cooldowns don't exist. Too much CDR in the item system Too much CDR in the rune system (Ultimate Hunter, Ingenious Hunter (Item CDR), Cosmic Insight etc)   A support running {{item:3098}} and Cosmic Insight gets 15% at their first base......... 15% CDR within the first 4-5 minutes of the game...
And theres literally 0 you can do. {{champion:99}} or {{champion:161}} coming back to lane with 15% CDR, and you have no way to fight back as they spam abilities at you endlessly because some idiot at rito thought spellthiefs line needs cdr, mana regen, ap, and bonus on hit dmg
: I miss the days where cooldowns actually existed...
Can't help but notice you didn't mention any of the mages currently abusing the amount of CDR in the game. {{champion:99}} {{champion:161}} {{champion:25}} . You can't just complain about AD champions when Mages are abusing the excessive CDR WAY WAY HARDER than bruisers or assassins.

: Hybrid pen just shouldn't be a thing anyway. Most of the people who build {{item:3124}} already have ways to deal with tanks. Yi has his E, Jax has resistances from ult, Kog has % resistance shred AND % max health shred, Varus has his W, Kaisa has her passive, Corki also has resistance shred, and kennen has his passive and resistances from ult. In every case, hybrid champs either have innate resistance shred or can gain as much Armor/MR as the tank has to duel them while still having the damage to kill them.
Not too mention, champions that build {{item:3124}} usually get {{item:3153}} and {{item:3091}}. With all that on-hit dmg and the % current hp from {{item:3153}}, {{item:3124}} really doesn't need the hybrid pen.

"Silence rape victims" Thats a bold statement when there's 0 evidence, aside from someone saying it happened Forced arbitration doesn't stop a "rape victim" from going to the police and bringing criminal charges against the "rapist"

They chose to sign the contract and work for Riot. That's their right. They also had the right to decline and/or negotiate the contract. when the majority of game companies have forced arbitration in place what choice do you really have? if they would not want forced arbitration then they don't get the job. why do you think 150 riot employees had to stage a walk out? because riot refuses to remove forced arbitration from their contract

It's Riot's contract of employment. If the employees don't like it, then they can quit.

Ever heard of "vote with your dollar"? The same concept applies. If you don't like a contract, don't sign it, find another job. There's many tech companies without forced arbitration - including Alphabet (which owns Google), which is the largest employer in the tech sector. > > The employees stood a walkout because they want to "have it their way". This isn't Burger King. my guess is you aren't old enough to get a career focused job. Do you really think anyone who has dreamed for years to work in the videogame industry would turn off a job after going through all the hiring process, just because in their final contract (which usually is super large) there is a clause about "forced arbitration" which who don't even know about because you are 28 and just want to work in video games? Usually you just check the paycheck you negotiated is there, as well as benefits and vacations. Big companies "take advantage" of employees this way a ton. and unless people demand change after incidents like what happened at Riot, usually it stays the same

Arbitration benefits the employer AND the employee.
: But, but nerf their healing again and watch their respective mains lose their minds over losing their lane dominance. Apparently we’re not allowed to touch enablers.
Fuck me, leave their healing where its at and gut their dmg. Tired of getting point and click poked for a quarter of my hp from outside my auto range because I wanted to last hit a cannon. Sona: 54.6% win rate, 6.4% pick rate Nami: 53.84% win rate, 15.3% pick rate How these too have been sitting at these numbers for over a year now, I have no idea. Riot's mage bias is showing again

Botlane has been litteraly pick top 3 or lose for the past 2 years. Dunno why you're being downvoted. If you pick Jhin or Lucian rn you're legit trolling and the game just ends when Vayne or Kai'Sa hit two items and 3 shot you and your team. Sivir also nearly has a 55% winrate. That's some season 5 Skarner level shit
Don't forget the fact that Sona and Nami are super overtuned right now and basically remove any supposed "weaknesses" hypercarries are supposed to have.
: quite interesting, then, that i just had a game where a Jhin absolutely demolished a Kai'sa, going 10/2/7
Just because it happens, doesn't mean its the norm. I main Jhin. I CAN beat Vayne, Kai'sa, Caitlyn, and Jinx. But that requires me to play the lane perfectly and snowball extra hard. If I don't have 3 items by the time they have 2 items, it's an instant automatic loss. They do way too much dmg and come online way too early to be "hypercarries". (Caits not a hypercarry but shes just as annoying)
: the death recap is so outdated that it shows icons from pre-reworked champs.
What are you talking about? Death Recap is working as intended https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RuVRopVtfTY I mean, how would we know Infernal has a shiv if death recap was broken?

If the enemy marksman isn't Jhin, Lucian, or Draven, they have some stupid ass bullshit thing in their kit that serves only to frustrate and make them unfun to play against. He never really feels unfair to play against. The only time I find him frustrating is when on-hit is strong, which has nothing to do with his kit. Which on a side note, on-hit itemization probably needs to be nerfed right now, shits pretty ridiculous

Lmao this dude is crazy Top 5 winrates for supports right now {{champion:37}} : 55.54% {{champion:26}} : 54.92% {{champion:267}} : 54.17% {{champion:432}} : 54.00% {{champion:40}} : 53.59% Enchanters "aren't viable" omegalul
: I think this was the design purpose of the passive but it's certainly not playing out that way. Her auto range is SO short that it's very risky to walk into, let's say a galio, and try and auto. Half the work needs to be on your ADC's positioning so you can hop back after autoing, but relying on a random for that seems pretty troublesome. Increasing her auto range would actually give her some strength in the laning phase ( as a poke support ) while making you less reliant on your random ADC to position correctly.
Shes an enchanter, not a poke support. But fuck it, lets just make her a poke support so she can 1v2 while soraka healing her adc Lets give her tons of base hp, armor, and mr too so the can be a tank as well. Because fuck weaknesses amirite?
