Most of these look like great changes. However, I have an issue with this one: "We’re moving the minion spawn and monster spawn times about 30-40 seconds earlier. We want to leave room for invades and other interesting early strategies, but in 95% of games players end up waiting around for 30s. In our efforts to make LoL the best game it can be for the vast majority of you, we think streamlining this phase lets you get to the fun quicker." A lot of times people will tab out and be late to start. If you enact this change, several things need to happen. 1) Improve the time taken between Alt-Tabbing. Right now, League lags when you tab between the game and your desktop. 2) Decrease loading time, and/or incentivize staying on the loading screen. This could be in the form of being able to look at your team's or the enemy team's stats without leaving the loading screen, meaning you don't have to tab out and OP.GG. 3) Get rid of the bug that makes the game start several seconds late. If you fix these things, I think that your idea will work.

The thing is, my FPS counter says I'm getting about 50 FPS in teamfights, but it actually feels more like 25 FPS, and it stutters erratically. 8) It happens every match I play, about once or twice a game, at random times. It's just as likely to happen while I'm fighting a Jungle camp as in a teamfight, or just walking from base to somewhere else.

Please be careful of overbuffing Tahm Kench's offensive abilities, especially reducing his W cooldown too much against enemies. He is an extremely oppressive Top laner if overbuffed.

: Hi Squidblimp! We had some folks look into this and it appears that this is something that occurs on the champion and all skins and isn't something specific to Resistance Illaoi. I'm going to follow up with the Champion team! ^^

: If you did get a reform card, then chances are you won't get unbanned. Only time you probably will get unbanned (if you got a reform card) is that you were repeating hate speech from other people.

I managed to get unbanned, yay! They reviewed my reform card and realised I had been incorrectly banned. :)

In regards to Phase Rush, is it possible to combine some of old Stormraider traits with it? For example, it could proc off 3 hits OR a certain damage threshold, whichever happens first. It could also give at least some of its slow reduction back to ranged Champions, instead of nothing, and ONLY applying to melee now.

: Yup. We want building AD on Rek'Sai to be a better choice than it's been in the past (often a trap). That's not to say it's terrible if she builds some tankier stuff too, but AD items should be a good choice more often than historically.
Hi Meddler, any thoughts on the changes to Rek'Sai's W this last patch? Her old combo, where you would W unburrow, auto, and then reset the auto with Q, feels very clunky now. The first auto attack now takes forever to come out after the W as of this patch. Also, clicking to knockup a target makes that first auto take even longer to come out. Will there be some consistency changes done to make this less clunky? Thanks!

Lee also has dueling power, a super strong early game, assassination potential, doesn't have to charge his dashes, has 2 dashes, etc. His main role isn't CCing enemies, it's just something he CAN do. Zac's role is CCing enemies. He has to telegraph his E. If they dodge his E, they dodge his ult. If he hits his E and he has Ult up, they'll probably die if his team is nearby.

: We'd been kicking around 25-30%, so that's a pretty good match with other feedback we've got too. E CC duration's one we're going to wait and see a bit on. It's certainly a noticeable power hit, at the same time though we need to ensure the E doesn't give a guaranteed R cast.
Why can't it be a guaranteed R cast? I don't really understand this. I aimed E, which is cancellable by CC, needs to be charged, and hard to land. Why am I not rewarded with an Ult? That aside, if you really want it not to be guaranteed, why not make the Ult take longer to charge, but allow the Ult to grow to a larger size? That way, Zac's E doesn't feel so awful by itself without Ult, but doesn't guarantee a fully charged Ult. It also allows Zac to walk behind his opponent and quicktap it, just like he could before.

: I'm really worried that they plan on making changes to his ultimate. I've played zac for years climbing to masters/challenger with him. I'm glad they seem to not be touching his passive, but my stomach dropped as soon as I saw this. His q is also the only thing that allows him to lane, which riot doesn't like so I fear that will be hurt. I actually really expected them to keep Zac the same. One of my favorite things to do on Zac is making outplays by picking up blobs in a fight. If they try to make his q and w more "impactful" I'm worried that this mechanic of Zac will be heavily weakened. Edit: All these people saying Zac is not different from other tanks is completely wrong. He has an interesting sustain mechanic, an engage that can be cancelled fairly easily, and just a kit that flows well. I'm obviously biased, but Zac is what more tanks should be like. You can't say Zac is binary when champs like Malphite or Nautilus exist. He may not be perfect for the meta, but he has his moments to shine. Not every champ needs to be busted with an overloaded kit.

: We'll be investigating Zac in the next patch cycle, not yet sure if we'll be nerfing though. He's a popular pick and ban in some regions, but not in others, and his performance also varies quite a bit. Possible that's just a bit of local meta going on and he'll subside naturally, possible some regions have got on the Zac train earlier than others. Going to be looking into that. We'll probably do a bit of work to make it clearer where his E's going to land for other players if nothing else, that's more a clarity improvement with some balance impact than a balance change though.
I have a request. If you do this, could you base it on whether you have vision of Zac or not? If Zac is smart and plays around/sweeps enemy vision, he should get a strong engage into a lane. Compare this to Lissandra's E, which can't easily be cancelled because it's an instant blink after the cast animation, but it's very telegraphed because of this. However, Zac's E is very easily cancelled due to the long cast time AND long fly time, plus unlike Lissandra he is rooted in place during the cast animation. So basically, what I'm saying is that maybe just make the landing indicator more visible the moment you gain vision of Zac, but not during the time where you have no vision of him in the Fog of War. Otherwise I fear that Zac will become very unreliable.

If you QSS Lissandra's ultimate, you still take the damage, and she can follow up with a W snare. If you QSS Zed's ultimate, he loses a good chunk of his damage.

: This skin looks pretty cool and is quite the departure from his classic and high noon themes (and that's good; we don't want skins to be too similar). The only reason I wouldn't like this is because I'm hoping that the "Arclight" theme continues to be exclusive to champions whose names start with the letter "V". So far we have Arclight {{champion:110}} {{champion:67}} {{champion:161}} Arclight {{champion:45}} {{champion:254}} {{champion:112}} {{champion:8}} {{champion:106}} could be awesome. It's silly, I know. This skin is great, and that's my only reason for not wanting it.
They also all have 3-hit passives. Vel'Koz's true damage 3-hit passive. Vi's 3-hit armor shred on W passive. Vayne's 3-hit true damage on W passive.

I'm going to list some that others haven't listed, due to them not being as "cute," but I think that they could be quite interesting! Star Guardian** Orianna**. She already has a skirt! Her ball could be like a planet or a sun or generic star, and it could look like a comet leaving a trail when you use your Q! Your W and ult could involve stars quickly orbiting her ball and splashing out with a burst of light. Star Guardian **Jinx**. Her rocket launcher would fire stars that burst with light, her W could be a shooting star, and when her passive goes off she could leave a comet trail behind her! Also, her ult could be a meteorite! :D
