I feel like Ornn's mana bar really makes it hard to lane early. I realize it would make his passive legit op but I feel like vs a lot of the champs that are more mobil with no mana can just jump a over him. Perhaps a cooldown on the item buys would make it more balanced with no mana.

Ok so lets talk Ornn because you say in the patch notes description your trying not to 'overbuff' him. The guy needs like a complete rework and he just came out. Two months ago you weren't about coming out with Kayn and now he's legit really broken. Let's look at Ornn, his passive allowing him to build items. Well thats great but the champ has MAJOR mana issues when requires him to go back. He's really weak, taric has better base armor/mr and he's a support. Ornn was made to be a top laner and if you look at most of the matchups, he loses 70% of his games. When it comes to being able to build items in lane, you're still required to go back quite often, which makes this passive not that good until you get into mid/late game. Ornn's Q is decent, not really a problem scales well with its AD. His W is great but I feel like this kind of the reason he's becoming more of support champion then a top lane or jungle champion. As much as I hate knocking this because its a good ability, the shield helps, as well as the knock up/brittle. However in a top lane scenario vs most bruisers or highly mobile top lanes which a lot of champions. That movement speed cut makes this ability hard to hit, in both parts of the ability. The E with hitting the combo knockup is good for CC and very efficient but when you got no terrian or your Q is on cooldown. It's really just a getaway ability but at the same time not really because one it stops you for a second. As well most champions seem to be able to stop this ability from even happening. The Ult is amazing and as I'm learning to use this more and more, it's getting easy to set this up in team fights. It just feels as amazing as this ult is, it's still extremely underwhelming as his whole kit. If I summed up Ornn in this last bit, he has a great kit. However, you say you're gearing him towards more of his utility rather then overbuffing him. The problem is his utility is extremely underwhelming. A person can go maokai and secure a garunteed team fight win, a lot more then ornn could. Lets face it when it comes to damage, I've tried everything possible so far and getting over 20k dmg on ornn is literally impossible. This whole champion has a lot of CC, but the reliability of the CC is left to a lot of chances. All of his ability cooldowns are REALLY high as well, which makes it even worse to give this champion even a chance.
